I highly recommend Bike Fair. It is hard to find a second hand bike shop, which I thought was odd in the Netherlands or it’s just not very easy or straight forward. I was very relieved to find Bike Fair, I checked if they were a reputable company. The process was so easy, I was able to filter on exactly what I wanted. The information provided helped me make a sensible and well informed decision (age, damage) no surprises. I was very happy that I could get the additional security items and that setting up insurance was also available. I received constant communication from the team. The delivery happened sooner than expected and I was very pleased overall. The additional items came separately and I received a follow up call. Bike Fair just removed all stress from the process. Anyone that is buying a second hand bike should contact them.

You should only get your bikes from here! Very responsive team and hold sellers accountable. Great details on the listings as well. Delivery is fast. They also help register your bike on Bike Index which helps people identify if the bike they're being sold is stolen. One thing to consider is that the accessories that are recommended may not be the right size for your actual bike. Also while the bikes usually have free delivery, buying an accessory is separate and has its own delivery fee.

We bought (and then sold) a couple ebikes for an extended stay in the Netherlands. The bikes we purchased were delivered to us and met our expectations. Selling our bikes is where we really had a great experience. We were on a tight deadline to sell, and the people at BikeFair were super accommodating and helpful to us. Was a lifesaver to have them store and sell the bikes for us. Definitely will use them again next time we do an extended stay in the Netherlands!

I bought a bike through their website, although the delivery process took some twists and turns, but the service the company provides is unbelievable. They reply super fast, even at hours I wouldn’t think they would. I had quite a lot of problems and questions and they always helped me out with everything in a super nice and kind way. All in all I received a cool bike and had a 5/5 experience with the helpful people who work at this company.

Very impressed with BikeFair, having just purchased a pre-loved Batavus, and taking (free) delivery of the bicycle last weekend. The entire process was smooth, proactive, trustworthy, and informative. I would most certainly recommend BikeFair and use it again as soon as is necessary.
