We have had very poor service from Vaneeta. She avoids calls, hangs up. And when we get her on the phone she gets frustrated and does not listen to what our problem is. She has yet to get any of our information correct. Causing us to have to contact her back- making her get even more frustrated. Overall very poor customer service and a very stressful experience. We have tried to get another representative and are not having any luck. We would love to give this company the benefit of the doubt seeing all other reviews. Vaneeta has really put a sour taste in our mouths and we hope to get another representative before making the decision to cancel our policy overall.

Recently I renewed my vehicle insurance with the Billyard Insurance Group - Westboro. I was very satisfied with my direct contact by phone and subsequent emails. I found the contact to be informative and professional. I was able to find some savings for my insurance. Separately, I have referred many family members to contact Billyard and they have renewed there insurance with Billyard, all have been able to get some savings for vehicle insurance as well as with their home and liability insurance. I will continue to refer friends to Billyard Insurance Group upon their insurance renewals for a quote.
