where do I begin… got my nip piercing done here and began to have complications. I took my issue directly to bini and they openly admitted that it was pierced incorrectly and it should immediately be removed. when I asked if we could work out a fair compensation, such as me paying full price for two other piercings, and paying a service fee to redo the nip piercing correctly this time .. they began to say we do not offer free piercings, and we don’t know if it was done incorrectly or migration. yet they just openly admitted that it was done incorrectly? i’ve now been to multiple pierces and seen a dermatologist all of them saying it was pierced way too deep, but yet according to bini a derm is not a reliable source, but they have piercers working that don’t even know the difference between an areola and a nipple. is that a reliable source? I’ve been a customer at bini last two years, how disappointing to treat your customers that way especially being so open about coming to a fair resolution. multiple times in my email. I stated I do not mind paying a service fee for the nip piercing to be redone on top of that I’ll pay full price for two other piercings, but that still wasn’t enough and in their eyes that’s a free piercing….like seriously? I genuinely couldn’t help but laugh at how unprofessional their response is. I myself work in the service industry and if i ever messed up the way bini did I would definitely offer compensation. but they are so money hungry that they are willing to lose loyal customers rather than lose $15. if you’re looking for good customer service, and experienced piercers take your business elsewhere.

I have a couple things to share about Bini, while service was great and my piercer was lovely and did the best to accommodate for me, there was a major issue with one of my peircing. I had come in on Tuesday December 14 for the 25$ deal for one peircing. I came in with two of my friends to get a conch and a helix peircing, we were treated well, however the jewelry used to peirce my conch was a curved bar. Now I understand I am not an expert in peircings, but I do understand that the curve in the bar can add excess friction on the thinner parts of the skin therefore causing irritation bumps and is commonly only used on very specific peircings (rook, navel, daith, eyebrow). This was fine for a week after the peircing, however it gained two very large irritation bumps in my ear and it persisted for many many month and felt a throbbing pain. I did my absolute best to clean and care for it (aka saline 2x a day, no swimming, no touching, etc) however it did not go away, and I was never told to downsize, change to a straight bar or anything similar even after calling and messaging my concerns to the shop. I eventually went to an other peircer for a second opinion. They changed the jewelry for me after heavily advising me too. Currently my peircing is healed completely. However I was disappointed in the lack of communication about after care and next steps regarding my peircing.

Four experiences here now and sadly 3 of them have been problematic. Not a good score! Poor piercing technique & even worse customer service. I strongly advise avoiding this location. I gave it multiple chances (because I really wanted my local neighbourhood place to be great) Be very careful if you get a Tuesday piercing by "Vic" Her technique leaves much to be desired, I now have a medusa piercing that was pierced on a slant the hole on the outer lip does not line up with the hole on the inner lip, it's caused the jewellry to fit badly. She pierced my friend at the same time and my friend had to remove her nose piercing due to improper placement and angle of the piercing. Vic prides herself on doing over 100 piercings on the Tuesdsay specials, likely why there is so little attention to technique and detail. What she tells her clients they can/should do is met by aggressive refusal when you return for follow-up by a very young employee who also says she is a "piercer" I have piercings and tattoos older than the woman who was incredibly rude to me yesterday, and sadly it was the last straw for me. 25.00 is not worth it, you will get a horrible piercing, no follow-up support, more demands for money at your follow-up visit, and hostility if you stand your ground. AVOID THIS PLACE

I went here for a naval piercing, very easy through an old closed hole didn’t even need to mark. she somehow pierced in front of it and when i called her out she told me it was in the same hole and gave me a dirty look like i was crazy. I have to now take out this piercing in risk of infection leaving an open wound. Not to mention i’m 18 and now will have two little holes for the rest of my life. When I called in they told me their piercers “try their best” and that they do not usually refund. Thank you bini tattoo. I originally went to the other location sweet people. Do not come here !

One of your piercers literally PIERCED MY BELLY instead of my belly button. I went in after a week because I was in so much pain and she said “it will be fine.” I had to forcibly remove it at 2 am one night because I was in so much pain. Maybe don’t let your junior piercers do work on people’s bodies without training or supervision. When I went to another piercer, she was shocked about the placement. I’ve been trying to figure out how to get rid of the scar and I have not been able to. I guess you get what you pay for. Extremely disappointed.

I went for the $25 piercing on Tuesday and the staff are super friendly. Although the wait time was 1 hour it was totally worth it, plus there were many things to do around Yonge and eglinton to kill time. The piercer was super friendly and professional, as well made me feel comfortable. She also went through the aftercare properly. It has been a couple weeks now and it has healed very nicely. It was overall a great experience and I would definitely come back/ recommend this place!

Got my first tattoo today and had a great experience! Jasaña (@j.artandink on IG) was nice, easygoing, and patient. My friend and I both came with reference photos and vague ideas of what we wanted and I really loved how she took those ideas and took the time to create unique designs for us. Then we discussed possible alterations and different placements until we were 100% happy with it! The tattoo came out amazing. Would definitely recommend!

Extremely clean friendly staff. All new equipment and tools. I received a piercing and it was exceptionally quick and minimal pain for a daith. The staff explained the process and aftercare perfectly. It has been two months and my ear is healing on the timeline I was given of 2 to 2.5 months. I will be returning to have my piecing changed over and receive appropriate after care.

Liam did my tattoos last week. He was patient, friendly, very able and talented.. He helped me pick th best size for my arm. Haven't hurt this less when getting a tattoo in a long time! The place is large, brightly lit, professionally managed and very clean. None of the "dingy dungeon" vibes here. Had a great experience! Will be returning for more appointments with Liam.

Second time visiting for Wednesday $50 tattoo special, first time had gav who was amazing, friendly and did great work. Second time had Melissa got two tattoos, she didn’t rush regardless that it was a busy day, took the time to put in the detail, was super friendly. Overall great experiences, clean, detailed, patient work. will come again and again.

It’s cheaper than other places, but i definitely recommend to go to adrenaline in queen west(it’s more pricy but much worth it). I just got a jewelry change, and I hope everything is good, and it’s not bad quality. The service to customers is not great, specially the piercer, she wasn’t nice while answering my questions.

I spent over 200 on piercings and received very disappointing results! The artist tried to say to let it heal first and will look better, so I said ok. Now they refuse to take responsibility and of course have stopped replying! Cheap place but terrible service. And I am sure I am reviewing the correct business.

I went today with my boyfriend (I got two symmetrical nostril piercings and he got an industrial bar). The Tuesday $25 piercing special was very affordable and the piercer there was great with both of us and helped with my anxiety. My nostril piercings lined up so well and I love them!!

Very happy with the tattoo I got here! The location was very clean and all of the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The artist took time ensuring the tattoo I got was just how I wanted it both design and placement wise! I cannot wait to come back for more soon!!!
