My daughter is a student in her junior year at Bioscience High School. It is by far one of the greatest things that has happened for her educationally as well as personally. As we parents, unfortunately, know gifted children are often bullied & or outed in a 'typical' public school. Yet here at Bioscience High School, which is a public school within the Phoenix Union School District, my child has not only been welcomed with open arms by the teachers and other faculty members but also given the space to grow, advance and achieve educationally but she's been given the opportunity & encouragement to find ad's express herself.

I was very disappointed with the treatment my daughter had by one of the teachers Mr. Calderon. He mocked my daughter twice in front of the class because of the scarf she wears for our religion. I was thinking she would have a safe learning environment unfortunately this is not what I expected. ..don't join that school

I am currently a freshman here, and I will say from personal experience, this school will challenge you. If you really want to learn, I recommend this Highschool.

This School has a lot to offer. Except if your interested in sports.

Going to college, they did something right.
