Not good for councils Care line help number. Phone rang for a long time before being answered by a rude off hand woman around 10am today. The system had gone off as it hadn't been tested for over a month, but scared the resident to death! Wouldn't a phone call reminder be better for elderly people?

No one picked up my phone even after 30 mins or more of holding the line. Wish there was an option to leave a voice message and to get a call back. Finally I got connected but didn't manage to get any information on the query i asked.:(

Absolutely rubbish. Have been entitled to a carer for months but they can't get their act together and provide the care. Have carried out a an assessment but nothing beyond that. The organisation is as usefulas a chocolate teapot.

left phone ringing so i could make a cup of tea whilst waiting for the phone to be answered. even having drank my tea and visited the lav it had still not been answered. god help those who are in desperate need of this service
