Totally and Utterly disgusted to learn that Birmingham City Council have paid out approximately £120 million pounds of hard earned taxpayers money for “School Run Taxi Fares” which is totally out of order. The Council officials responsible for this mismanagement of public funds, should be taken to task and dismissed from their positions and their accrued pension fund used to replenish the public purse ! It really makes me wonder how many councils nationwide are frittering away our hard earned cash ! It’s high time these councils are investigated by an independent body, for the mismanagement of public funds ! I’m not surprised that Birmingham City Council declared themselves bankrupt , no doubt they’ll be hoping the Government pull them out of the mess they have created and they can resume ripping off the public ! I now realise why council tax charges are so expensive and the service received from the councils so poor. It’s time the good citizens of Birmingham insisted on a public enquiry and to ensure these corrupt, parasitic councillors are refused future employment within the Council Chambers!

Proper Nazis only out for themselves constantly harassing minority groups and preying on the vulnerable to line their own pockets. It's disgusting they're getting away with pushing people around. I've been homeless for a while and everyday I am targeted by security or council officials not allowed to sit where I'm comfortable they seem to want to hide the problem instead of addressing it. Apparently sitting on the floor reading a book constitutes a crime these days and that leaves me open to abuse from these inspectors they have tried telling me I can't stay in Birmingham at all I'm white British and I live in this country. If they actually put 5 minutes into solving problems instead of targeting and harassing vulnerable people they might actually get somewhere this has been ongoing since way before Shakespearean times. What do they think is going to change? I think it make for a really great story into the corruption of this borough for an undercover journalist. These people need exposing

I have never lived in sutton coldfield, I provided proof (my romanian passport) as proof of my residence in romania, and they say it's no good because ''it's romanian''. They sent constant threatening letters, harassed me, took my name, address, phone number, e-mail address without my consent, passed them on a private company, illegally claimed that they have court order's against me, yet they have zero proof that I live in sutton coldfield and they think it's *my* duty to provide proof that I haven't lived there, and told me that I need to contact the landlord. Yet THEY also contacted him and he said I didn't live there. A bunch of thugs who break the law and make threats. I'd LOVE to see you in court and provide MY proof that YOU broke the law. Even the police, when I contacted them, said how their letters are rubbish. And brexiters think that EU politicians are bad?? British ones are far worse.

Today Saturday, October 15, 2022 there was a total failure of British council to properly manage the toad works on M42. They failed miserably to manage and divert the traffic flow through alternate ways to facilitate commuters to arrive at their destination. Chaotic scenes spreading miles and miles of traffic were witnessed everywhere as frustrated commuters struggled to inch their way out of the chaos. Families travelling into West Midlands on M42 towards the Birmingham airport faced total chaos as the roads were closed almost in every direction. Unaware traffic commuters were stuck up on the roads and in their cars for hours before arriving at their destination. In such a chaotic situation, the hard working traffic police officers enjoyed a day off at their favourite places. Totally immature and incompetent CEO and top management of Birmingham City Council and British Traffic Police

You scum bags owe me £500! that I was extorted for by cder debt recovery that you haven’t yet issued my refund out for the harassment I had to endure and threats and bullying, non of you at the council were helpful I applied to the courts and had all my pcn’s for clean air and were all REVOKED! And when I ring up to get my refunds you have blatantly refused to issue my refund by your actions. I have written a letter to you and you have ignored my request for the refund due back to me. You did not allow me time to hear for my appeal and you Council and cder carried on regardless and now I have been conned and owed a refund! You despicable nasty rancid place! You do not care about the community you blood money thirsty criminals!

Clean Air Zone. I have been charged for going through the clean air zone in November. The picture on the letter that they have sent me shows a completely different model of vehicle, colour and a different registration to the one pictured (one letter difference). After contacting them and sending pictures of my vehicle they are still hounding me to pay £180. I have never been to Birmingham. I was at work in Manchester (nearly 100 miles away) at the time the letter states 'my vehicle' entered the clean air zone. Is Birmingham Council that strapped for cash that they are now trying to unlawfully get money from people who have never visited Birmingham? If a council representative is reading this PLEASE REPLY to get this sorted.

Birmingham is the armpit of the UK and Birmingham City Council is a disgusting pimple in that armpit! Clean Air Zone - What a joke! Not from Birmingham so wasn't aware of this. Would have paid the £60 discounted amount if the PCN had arrived on time! They must be hand delivering these notices as it was not received in a timely fashion and now I've had to pay the full £120. I went through the appeal process to no avail. Any other council would be more considerate and cancel a charge for a first offense or at the very least reoffer the discounted amount, but not Birmingham Council. Has to be the worst council in the UK. Shame on you!!! Will not be visiting and spending my money in this dump of a city again!!!

Been on the housing register for nearly 3 years position on a house that I bidded on is 727 but yet still someone who has been on the housing register alot less time than me even just a few months will be placed at number 1 and offered the house and Birmingham City Council think this is a fair way to allocate properties. Queue jumping should not be allowed treat everyone equally and fairly and let people wait their turn in the queue to be housed it's the right thing to do, imagine giving a property to a new comer over someone who has be waiting years and years it's really sad and an absolutely disgraceful way to treat people who have been waiting on the housing register for years and years.

When is there going to be a rubbish collection our road stinks to high heaven and now I can smell from inside my home can't open windows due to smell the weather has been so hot there's sightings oof rats everywhere it's not helping as I've been feeling so unwell I've had a few seizures as I have epilepsy and my son was off school because he was so sick yesterday seeing what was in the rubbish pile think it's time to stop strike action and do your jobs properly we've had a few neighbours burning the rubbish scrounging off the street it's an absolute disgrace shame on you council

Council tax office is full of incompetents who act as if they were employees of some fraud company. They are very eager to take your money "accidentally" wherein you were exempt from paying for a service. And it takes them one whole year to process the information, when it comes to refund the incorrect taxation! Never leave them an extra quid of yours by trusting that they would rightfully refund it when the process would be done. Alas! They won't do that, they have been trained to get away with stealing the most of the money in your pocket!

Horrible , horrible finally last month getting a response from the CEO OF BIRMINGHAM CITY COUNCIL HERSELF. Homeless for 3 years , what the council seems to be caring about is helping people that are not from the uk and putting them before ourselves as British people . I received a council tax bill of a property I sold over a year ago. I contacted Birmimgham city council and emailed them with the proof of sale. Two weeks later I received another letter to pay the outstanding council tax bill. Called them and informed them I’ve sent the evidence that I’ve sold the property, they confirmed they have the evidence but apparently it can take them up to a month to update their record, in that time they will keep sending me letters to ask for payment.

These ppl are joke!! All should be fired and council closed! It's 5 months and none of reply on my 10 emails! What are they doing there? My bf is suppose to pay Penalty Charge for Low Emission Zone and these ppl just send letters who are against law but none of reply on ANY OF PHONES AND NONE OF MY EMAILS! This is just joke!! Got fined for entering a caz zone never heard of these before. Household support fund is a shambles. Passed onto BVSC and absolutely no response. Why are you offering out grants and not being honest about the length of time it takes to be seen? if you get seen. So in total, you have to wait at least 2 months for HSF. The payment will take 4 weeks!!? . The last time i applied it was in my account that same day.

Corrupt council!! Keep getting issued with council tax liability orders when we have been paying our council tax monthly. They are impossible to get hold of but are happy to send threatening letters in the post about going to court/sending bailiffs round. Even tempted to move areas due to the emotional distress they have caused.

The clowns at Birmingham City Council tried to fleece me for a one-off venture into their "Clean Air Zone" (somebody's got to pay for their bankruptcy I guess), but they decided not to contest my appeal after I took it up with TPT. Council waste of time. My daughter moved into a flat in cotteridge on Sunday last with 3 young kids 2,6 and 12. She has no heating or hot water and although she was told someone would be out on Monday and then on Tuesday its now Wednesday and - 3 outside still no show. B....y disgrace.

I regret Moving to Birmingham because of these people. I have never lived anywhere else in the UK, but I wish I did not choose Birmingham. Not only are they heartless and ruthless. They are the most uncoordinated organisation I have had to deal with in Birmingham.

Terrible waste collection service. Miss our entire streets rubbish collection a few times a year. When you report they dont return to to collect , leave it sitting for another week, then they fail to empty the bin properly when they do !
