We hosted a baby shower at one of the smaller function rooms at Black Eagle Hotel and it was a great experience. The Hotel and Conference rooms are stunning and the gardens are superb. One immediately feels relaxed and comfortable. The room was beautifully prepared and the event went off well. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. I highly reccommend this Hotel for any function, wether it be a wedding (there is an awesome chapel amid the lush gardens) or a conference. Thank you Guinevere for your assistance, much appreciated.

What a beautiful place. Decorated with such love and attention. The food was truly amazing and delicious. The eating area outside was so beautifully taken care of. The peacocks walking between that tables with their little babies. Everything so nice and clean. We had a strawberry salad that was out of this world with a bit of peanut butter brittle in between. I had the Kasler chops that was amazing with the most fantastic mustard. My wife had the oxtail that was so tasty as well. We will def be go back again.

The finger foods menu which we had wasn't tasty. The mini burgers were dry and the waitresses weren't that hospitable. They refused to give people food when they requested, then they were left with alot of food that wasn't eaten due to the waitresses limiting the attendees. The food was then left out for the flies to feast on, since they were "not allowed to be eaten by the attendees". Beautiful venue with nice gardens for picture opportunities, however, the service I experienced was bad.

Wow, what a find! Beautiful and serene oasis with lush gardens and a gorgeous peacock family too. We had an incredible lunch, exquisitely prepared and served by waitrons who clearly love what they do. It was such a pleasure to go here - we will be back soon!

I wish I could add more to this review I went for a birthday brunch and I think this was one of the worst experience. The establishment is beautiful and scenic, we had one person help us for a table of about 9. Wow did we not wait 40 minutes for a drink and just about 1 hour 30 minutes for food but overall not bad just needs some improvements

Went for a wedding there.... Time keeping was properly managed.... Table service at the wedding reception was a bit poor.... Waiter were slow to take order considering each table had an appointed waiter, were unfriendly and recieved the wrong orders a few times....

An absolute gem in the heart of Krugersdorp. Stunning gardens, fantastic service, the hosts of a lovely personal wedding expo that was held there recently, and very unique. It is the ideal venue for a small, personal wedding that still wants that whimsical touch, as well as an out of the box venue for conferences and the works, by offering both a formal yet peaceful setting

Delightful and decadent! Charming establishment with peacocks roaming in beautiful landscaped gardens. Feathers restaurant and their staff are 5 star plus. We had a strawberry salad to share and then oxtail and kassler as mains. Every mouthwatering bite was exquisite. Well done Black Eagle, we will be regulars going forward. Thank you for a great experience.

Wow, that is all we can say. We renewed our wedding vows and our experience was nothing more than excellent. Food was fantastic, reception was great and Phumie was an absolute angel. Visited the Feather's Bistro. Beautiful place, great staff and service and top notch cuisine. Smaller menu and winelist. Nice to dine on a table cloth with solid cutlery. Found a gem and loved it.

I had a pleasant experience, warm welcome. When I arrived it was very cold but the room was warm. Breakfast especially the Fruit/Muesli Bowl yummy with fresh fruits Overall I will surely come back again and recommend the place to family and friends. Iyooh Outdoor = Tranquility at its best. Very classy, but pricey, and they charge gratuity on your bill at the bar, we were offerd 2 waiters at our private function, but they were all sitting in the bar talking amongst themselves. Owners or managers need to put more effort into the staff if they want to charge those high rates

To Thule the receptionist, Charlie and Thulani on the bar and wait staff, my amazing housekeepers and Lorna in Management. Well done. All round exceptional experience. Compliments to the Chefs on outstanding presentation and flavour at all meals. (Now we just need that pool fixed)

Great conference venue. The arrival service was very good and the food service was top notch. I unreservedly vouch for the establishment in terms of very good rates as well as service to match. As a total value proposition it will be hard to beat. As for me, I will be back!

Black Eagle Hotel + Spa hosted a memorable, sumptuous Christmas Day lunch. The setting was beautiful. Thuli gave excellent service + recalled all my requests from my booking. The toilets need redoing because there were broken items + not user friendly.

I did not stay over but went to the spa. Had treatments there and massages. Fantastic service and massages. Thank you very much Emma and Dane. Will definitely see you again when I am back in SA

We had a training conference there today. 24/1/2022 Venue was great, except, the lighting was poor as we had to do substantial amount of writing. Besides that, the catering was great, service was suburb and friendly. We will be seeing them again.

The venue has a great ambience, but lack in the kitchen area. Juice is not offered as basic for breakfast and lunch, you have to pay for it and that is a problem for those who don't drink tea or fizzy drinks. Food is a bit disappointing.

Excellent food, service, and ambiance. I'd gladly stay here on my next trip!
