Visited for lunch today with 6 people at 12.15pm. We were asked if we were ready to order before 2 members of our party had arrived. After they had arrived, we waited for at least 10 minutes for a staff member to come back to take our order. No one came so we had to flag someone down. No friendly greeting or smiles from any of the staff at any time, absolutely no warmth. Unfortunately that was how the rest of the afternoon went. Staff members continued to walk past us the whole time we were there, almost going out of their way to avoid eye contact with us. We waited over an hour for our food, with no updates on how long it might be. We were told upon booking that we needed to be out by 2.30pm for the next seating. 1.30pm and still no sign of our starter or any meals. When we asked one staff member she said she would find out, but never returned, although she walked past a few times ignoring us. When we finally got her to come over to us, she said it was taking longer because a large table had ordered before us. The restaurant wasn't full, there were at least 3 empty tables near us. It eventually came out, 1 or 2 meals at a time over about 15 minutes. Staff were slow to take away our empty glasses, but none ever asked if we'd like anything else, it was as if they rushed off before we could ask. Two of us ordered a bottle of wine, and it was plonked on the table with two glasses & we had to pour it ourselves. Water was available on the bar, but you had to get up and get it yourself. Most of the table weren't happy with the quality of our meals. None of the staff asked if we enjoyed our meals, or how our meals were going while we were there, or even expressed any interest in their jobs. The man who gave us the bill at the counter wasn't at all friendly and didn't wish us a happy father's day, or a great day or any sort of pleasantries. The venue is well decorated, the food is half way there, but the service is appalling. I don't go to a restaurant to be ignored by the staff. The only thing they did well was clear the table efficiently when we left. I would suggest that all staff need training in customer service and hospitality urgently.

I often come to this place for arghile and drinks with my partner. I like the convenience of the location and parking isn't too bad either. You sit outside for arghile before 9pm and after 9pm you can sit inside which I find is fair. The arghile it-self is not too bad, the goose which is the smaller arghile is quite affordable and not too pricey. I always order the Lychee Mojito with no alcohol and it's the best drink that I ever had. Those are the main things that we normally come for on a Friday or Saturday night. They can do a little better with the outside area though, the chairs aren't too comfortable and there really isn't an arm rest, maybe they can provide nicer outdoor chairs with proper arm rests and better tables that can fit things on them properly. The customer service is pretty good, they are quite friendly and attend to your needs quite quickly. A few of the times in the past where it took us half an hour to call someone for their help and every time we waived our arm to call them, they seem to not see us and constantly walk back in and out. So maybe they should always have their staff constantly scan around for people to waive at them. Otherwise, this place is definitely our go to for arghile nights.

Wouldn't eat here again even if it was free One of the worse dining experience ever. If you enjoy waiting for 90+ mins for your food and eating in the dark. this is the perfect place for you owner is quiet rude, not surprised if half these reviews were written by themselves as I can't see how anyone would have a good experience Heaps better alternatives in that area where you get treated like a valued customer. Food lovers beware of this place anyone also looking for a job should stay clear of this place too. Cash jobs $10 a hr (told by staff who's forced to work 12+ hrs without any weekend bonus).

Nice and clean establisment filled with friendly and helpful staff. We had the Full Rack of Pork Ribs with chips (~$55) and a Garden Salad to share amongst two and we were both quite satisfied by the end. Not as good as Hurricanes at their best, but can definitely hold a candle in comparison. The ribs were tender and the sauce was decent, the beer battered chips were tasty and the garden salad surprisingly good. Will definitely be back to try other items on the menu.

Meals are always good and the portions are big. Atmosphere is great and the seats are comfortable. If you are sitting on the couch for a meal, it's a little hard as you sink in the table becomes shoulder height so a little effort is required. Kids always enjoy coming here as they the music and the couch. Amenities are clean and the service is reasonable. The price of the meals are a little expensive but you come back cause of the drinks, atmosphere and good food.

One of the best places to have a family celebration on a Friday night. The food and atmosphere was amazing. Just make sure you take cash with yourself or take your physical credit card. I had to drive 15 minutes to the nearest CBA to get cardless cash. Regardless, the night was so good that it quickly turned our frustration to laughter. We had a really good time.

they ask for cash only to avoid tax. this place needs to be raided by government and the owner should be placed behind bars. they are rip off tax cheats liars and the food is very dry. you got to wait for over an hour to get your drinks. bad customer service they will ask you to use an atm placed inside to get cash out because the owner doesn't want to pay the government tax. he deserves to be placed behind bars. this is fraud.

Served and seated quickly by staff. Multiple staff came up to us and were very friendly. Cocktail menu was nice and drinks came out mixed perfectly and tasting great. Food came out quickly and staff apologised for not having utensils on the table for us. My pork ribs were succulent, cooked well and coated with a juicy marinade. Chips were thick cut and crunchy. Food overall was excellent and a place I'll likely return to.

The service here is not good at all, the staff are arrogant and dont take criticism. The food is really overpriced compaired to similar restaurants. The drinks are another story with me being served Asahi beers that were expired (see photo for reference) i have been to blackcow on many occasions and they always have something that disappointed me this will be my last visit its just not good enough.

Wonderful hotel in a great location, with superb a breakfast. Staff also very helpful.The front desk staff all were professional and pleasant. Dining room for breakfast were nice and pleasant. The piano was nice but too loud. We do not know when will be our next visit to Prague but sure we shall return to this lovely place. Already recommended your hotel to a few of our friends.

Doesn’t deserve one star but i had to. One of the worst lounges in the area we waited more than 40 minutes just for 4 hookah and couple drinks. The hookah was just waste of money. My mate ordered water and he had to wait nearly 20 minutes to get the bottle It used to be one of the best lounges but unfortunately i see it’s going down day after another.

SO GOOD. This is my #1 place to eat, and has been for the last 12 months. Food is always amazing, especially the ribs, and I can never pass up on their Blue Zombie Cocktail. Staff are always super friendly and they remember us now. We walk in and are asked if we want our usual table, and if we need menus. Cannot praise this place enough!!

Amazing food with great service. I came here with a large group of friends and we were very impressed. Seating is very comfortable with a relaxed atmosphere and serving sizes are huge, especially the ribs which are a must try. The owner is incredible friendly, along with the staff. Would definitely recommend for groups or big occasions

Was seated pretty quick the cocktails are very nice and well presented :) Chicken strips where very burnt and rough didn’t enjoy that at all Pretty pricey as well . The beef ribs were nice a lot of fat on it though , the glazed was a little to strong. Garlic bread was great But as for the grilled chicken wasn’t to bad

Best322 Dined here to celebrate a birthday. Ordered the 400g Ribeye, excellently cooked med rare with a nice variety of different sauces to go with. Our waitress Elisa was very friendly and attentive and gave good recommendations for our sides. We kept ordering the complimentary bread as it was so good!

Me and my friends wanted to go to the bat for desserts and drinks but where told that had to buy a starter meal first before we could order anything from the desserts menu, poor customer service and bad waiting staff, would not recommend going there again. 2 stars for the atmosphere and music alone

Best food in town. Expect to wait (suggest booking) but totally worth it. Ordered their special of the day - fried chicken food with butter chicken sauce. All the food coming out of the kitchen were massive food. Recommend adding chips to share - generous portions. Will be back again.

Very poor customer service skills. I will definitely not be going back. Not many alcohol free beverages which is very poor as I am a breastfeeding mother. Please train your staff to start being nice. There’s plenty of courses out there. Also your food was horrible but thanks anyway.

Absolutely love this place, this is the best place to get curly fries in the city without being judged for dressing a little bit too much like a hipster. Such an amazing find, close to everywhere you'd want to go after. Busy on Fridays and Saturdays- a booking is almost essential.
