Went into this shop today after recommendation from work mate. I admit that I may not be the target client, I had been across the street doing my laundry and was not quite dressed to impress BUT there’s the trap for the average sales person. I may not look like I know my Chardonnay from my Pinot Gris, but how do you know? I was allowed to peruse the shelves, without so much as a hello. Made my selections and completed my transaction with the bare minimum of interaction. I’m not an assertive person but I really wanted to ask about a wine varietal that I spend a king’s ransom on. No opening, just politely took my card transaction, I’m disappointed both in myself, and the server. I’m a very shy person but with the least encouragement can be delighted into spending a lot of money on exciting wine. Just rather deflated after my visit today.

Good selection of wine but limited beer choices. One of the staff was very unhelpful and not interested in our questions. The other lady was cheerful and extremely helpful making it a more pleasurable visit.

Fantastic wine store. Unique selection of wines that you really can't find in normal bottle o's. Knowledgeable staff directed me to some great new finds on my first visit. Super impressed
