I am responsible for 5 area tax office in the KC Metro. I deal with David Harris and the Block company at my Noland Rd location. He is the only professional landlord contact I get to deal with sadly. I wish all my offices were this easy. He is quick, thorough, friendly, and gets our needs taken care of in a fast, timely manner. I have had to call him 3 times in the last 60 days. Once for a roof leak that he literally had men out fixing the SAME day I called when it finished raining. Then I called him concerning homeless hanging out at our location. Within two weeks he had new signs posted all around the building which allowed the police to take care of the trespassers. This last week we had an abandoned truck in our parking lot and it was towed off within two days of me calling him. He is top notch all the way around. I even had to deal with him when I worked part time at Spirit Halloween and he was just as fast and efficient at those locations. I HIGHLY recommend him and his company if you ever get the chance ask for David Harris.

Weak team in negotiation . All they care is about the commission. No expert experience and wise in dealing contract especially in sales from what we have experienced. We get nibbled the whole process of sales by buyer’s side with a lot of useless demands and fake documents to close the buyer’s deal. Always in a deep hole of getting ripped and pulling stunts by the buyer.

I have worked with Bill Maas, Block & Co, on a couple of different occasions. I can't say enough good things about him. He answers all questions and has the patience of a saint.
