So upset by everything I’m not want to leave any negative reviews but I feel this is truly warranted . At my hair appointment during the consultation I show the new stylist the photos that I wanted to achieve… She told me 100% she could do that . While colouring my hair, I asked her just approximately how much the cost would be… She said partial highlights are $125. However the photo was balayage We also discussed the cut of my hair, and I just told her to take a little bit off, however, when my service was finished and she was suppose to be taking photos, she was still cutting my hair…. The colour was nothing like the photo that I showed her… Not even close. My hair is extremely yellow/orange. I reached out to the salon owner to see if we can fix this. She said she could redo some highlights… I didn’t want any more highlights as I don’t want to jeopardize my hair and having to colour it again… When it should’ve been properly the first time. I did not realize that the girl colouring my hair was brand new. Three days later, having my hair look horrible ( and sending some photos to a friend that owns a salon in London and her telling me how bad my hair looks :( ) I did reach out to her thinking that I need to really fix my hair. I messaged her a few times with no reply. And the last time she blocked my number !!! I’ve dealt with salons before, and I’ve never had this experience… It’s extremely unprofessional. I truly wish I had a better experience with the salon, considering they state that they specialize in blondes… But my hair is orange and ruined. The worst part about all of this experiences that might cost was over $500!!!!

I absolutely love Blonde Muse Co! Sam is always attentive when she does my hair and always makes sure she knows exactly what I want and if there’s ever any concern or ideas that are unrealistic she’s always honest about it. Everyone I have met at the salon is always so kind and I’ve only had amazing experiences when I go in. They use professional and expensive products on your hair as well which is why my hair always feels incredible after a visit. I would 1000% recommend Blonde Muse Co.

Sam is one of the most gifted stylists I’ve ever met!!! Blonde specialist is an understatement, she gives the most natural, lived in, beautiful colour. People should be realistic when bringing in photos of what they want done and the hair colour/history they have! Sam truly does work miracles and her signature style of blonding is second to none! She’s the best!! Also, the studio is GORGEOUS! So chic, clean and lovely.

Sam is an absolute queen at what she does! I was so nervous to go from brown to blonde never having dyed my hair, I did some research and found Sam and she absolutely killed it! She’s so knowledgeable at what she does and is so friendly! Bonus her new salon is aesthetically pleasing! 10/10 recommend

I visited Blonde Muse Co for a cut & highlights has so impressed with the experience! I loved the aesthetic of the Salon, the talented stylists, and the snack cart was the sweetest touch too. Shara did such amazing work with my hair, I’ll definitely be a returning client of hers from now on!

Sam did an AMAZING job on my hair. I’ve never had a hairdresser do exactly what I wanted! Sam, is a true hair god! Worth every dollar. Will be using her as my regular hair dresser from now on. :)

Blonde muse is fantastic! The stylists are super talented and understood exactly what I wanted. The salon is very clean, welcoming and they have snacks!
