This was the worst customer service experience of my life. I could hardly believe this level of negligence and false promises was possible for a company of this size. I advise potential customers to look at Bloomex's reviews on the Better Business Bureau before continuing with their purchases. I ordered a fruit basket for my dad's birthday since I couldn't see him during the pandemic. Considering their prices and advertised excellence and daily freshness, I felt confident that they couldn't screw up a fruit basket. To our greatest dismay, the first thing my parents noticed when they opened the box was the flurry of fruit flies that scattered everywhere. The next was the smell. When they opened up the box, they discovered that the fruit was moldy and squished and bruised. The oranges were dried up inside and could be squeeze like a stress ball. Thus, the saga began. When I finally got a hold of one of their "trained customer support staff," a cascade of issues arose: 1. I sent in pictures and a message about this huge mistake the same day it was delivered and was told that I had complained too late. 2. I was then told to wait 24hrs for a manager to contact me. It didn't matter who I spoke to, I was given this exact instruction for THREE full days. 3. I was asking one of the many ladies I spoke to why they didn't have management available on weekends after they repeatedly explained to me that they were a huge company (I'm still unsure why this was relevant). During my questioning, the woman hung up on me. 4. I had expressed massive concern and stress for me and my family in regards to the rodents that the rotten fruit would attract over the many days. I begged someone to pick up the garbage they dumped on my parents' doorstep instead of other compensation. No such luck. 5. I finally got a manager on Day 4 and, while they couldn't pick up the trash or give me a refund, they were willing to send another basket. They promised me a flawless second delivery and a complimentary upgrade saying, "Don't worry, our second time is always perfect." Not the slogan I was looking for, but I agreed to play by their rules. 6. The second attempt arrived almost as bad as the first. Fewer flies but the pears were even more damaged and the pineapple was just starting to mold. I guess this was their "upgrade." The selection was still as boring as ever. 7. I sent in another complaint and got, word for word, "We are sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction with what was received. Upon having reviewed the pictures sent to us we are able to determine that the basket you received was in accordance with our policy." Moldy, inedible food is part of their policy? I was losing my mind at this point. 8. I had to write another massive email explaining that, not only was their customer service reps completely dismissing me over and over, but they were not sympathetic to my plight in the slightest. No one would acknowledge the desperation I was experiencing trying to resolve this for my parents; the fact that they had to clear their house of fruit flies and sit with this garbage for an entire week; the space these TWO baskets of rot took up in their limited garbage allotment; how they were expected to eat mold and spore covered food or dispose of it at their own expense. It wasn't just the hundred dollars I spent sending my father two boxes of mold and flies and potentially rats, it was the emotional, mental, and time expense of trying to get this company to respond as a business should. I was finally directed to someone who could do "something." I was given the same options as usual: No refund, but store credit or a resend. Do they really not see the scam in this? Once again, I did their job for them and offered a compromise. I managed to secure half my refund but I had to threaten alternative action to get it, which is totally unnecessary and out of my character. I still lost more in the end. If only I could give half a star... Good luck to anyone who dares brave this business' services. I do not envy the adventure you're about to embark on.

By far the worst floral service I've ever experienced. This is one of those reviews I wish there were negative stars. I can't criticize this company enough but I will devote a portion of my week to reviewing it negatively in as many places as I can for the foreseeable future. Please don't waste your money with this company. I ordered bouquets for mother's Day to arrive on the 7th. They arrived 48 hours later after my mom had left. The company said they tell us on their website they could be late by 48 HRS OR MORE! but their landing page states boldly in red at eye level. . "24 hour, same day delivery" I even ordered ahead of time and they were still late. Their lateness policies I suspect are buried somewhere in some back pages you'd never see unless you went looking for them, after you were screwed over. I'm sharing a photo of one of the bouquets entitled enchanted Garden offered by the company, and I'll share what I got. 15 white roses in the photo with a purple theme is what their selling. Mine had two red roses. Sat with an online chat rep that took thirty minutes to respond and another 45 minutes to arrive at no conclusion at all except his guarantee that the flowers would arrive by 8 pm. They didn't. I can't say what angered me the most, the fact they missed the big day, the fact they hide policies and are deceptive, the fact they replace expensive flowers and greens for cheap ones, the fact they repeat the same response over and over like we're not humans talking to each other or the fact they refused to acknowledge the vast difference between what they advertise and what they deliver....oops! Don't actually deliver at all. Fraudulent company. I should have checked reviews before I spent over $100.00 on them. Bitterly disappointed across the board. No refund offered... They offered a coupon to buy more of their tragic supply and non existent service.

Friends from England used Bloomex in Vancouver to send flowers to us as the normal local Florist they use was unable to accept any more orders for Christmas delivery. They requested delivery for December 22nd; the flowers were not received by me until December 29th, and arrived via Purolator’s regular parcel delivery truck, so the box had been tossed around with the rest of their deliveries. Upon opening the box, we found an “arrangement” of Christmas greenery, with three severely wilting roses, and a mix of shrivelled red and white mini carnations….wrapped in a layer of bubble wrap! Most of the flowers had come out of the oasis, which was bone dry due to lack of watering, and the cheap utility looking candle had fallen out completely. I took several photos showing the damage to the arrangement which I emailed to Bloomex. Their response was that they could make no replacement or refund because there were insufficient pictures to see the arrangement from every angle. It was quite plain to see the poor condition of the flowers, and the damage to them from poor shipping. As these flowers were a gift from friends, I’m not aware of how much they paid for them, but sending flowers from the UK to Canada is never cheap, so I suspect they have paid highly for extremely poor quality flowers, no delivery when they requested it, and to add insult to injury, a company that doesn’t actually care about its customers or supplying a quality product. If I could award zero stars to this business I would do so. I can only suggest that you avoid using them yourself! My advice would be to contact a reputable local florist wherever you wish to send flowers, and avoid being ripped off by using disreputable so-called “florists” from the internet, such as Bloomex. Google maps and reviews will help you find the right place to use, close to where you want flowers delivered.

A dear friend of mine is having a tough time, and I sent her a gift from across the country to make her smile. I asked for extra daisies to be added for more fullness and agreed to an extra cost for that, of course. It was meant to be at her hotel upon her 3pm arrival yesterday. I called this morning to ask what was going on as the flowers had not yet shown up; I asked for a refund on the same day delivery cost, which was given freely - great. The hotel contacted me hours later because they were still waiting on the flowers, so I called a third time for clarification, and I asked what time they should be expected to arrive. “Tomorrow” I was told. I immediately stated that this was completely unacceptable and that the flowers would need to be delivered today. Suddenly this was doable! Interesting. I got a lovely text from my friend with a photo of the flowers a few minutes ago. She is very happy with them, however as I am a former florist myself, I was QUITE unimpressed, especially considering the cost I paid! I’m confused how anyone would consider these two bouquets to be even comparable. I asked specifically for pink lillies, and it appears that the lillies in question will be orange once they bloom in several days. Generally, it is far more impressive to have at least a single lily blooming in the bouquet upon delivery. I have not received the refund for the same-day delivery I paid for yesterday, AND I noticed that delivery is meant to be $14.99, yet delivery is listed as $19.98 in the itemized receipt. It isn’t a big difference, however, this is unprofessional at best. I don’t want a credit as I won’t be purchasing from Bloomex again. I will be sure to contact local florists going forward where individual purchases and experiences matter.

I placed an order for some flowers for my Mom’s birthday last night (22/09/23) to be delivered on the 23rd, with the express package to arrive 9-12, so that my mother could spend the rest of the day celebrating. It comes to 1pm and the flowers hadn’t arrived.. I called the shop to see where they were. Of course, they were late, so I got in store credit for the delivery lateness, and told that they’ll arrive soon. It’s 3:50 pm now and the flowers finally somewhat arrived… my Aunt goes out to find the driver who was parked somewhere not even attempting to deliver the flowers to the apartment entrance. When my Aunts saw the flowers, she looked at them and knew right away that they were wilted. She told the driver that they’ll not take the flowers because they were wilted and sent them back with him. The main thing is… the flowers were suppose to be for my Mothers birthday… just after she had brain surgery the weekend before.. making her first wait till 12… and then arriving almost 4 hours over that time…Luckily my Aunts were there to help my find the driver and then deal with the issue of a wilted birthday gift…What a horrible experience… I now and waiting and will be demanding for a full refund. 24hrs I have to wait now. Not in store credit, but to my bank card… I, thank the customer service rep (Anthony) for being somewhat helpful for such a horrible experience which should’ve been a beautiful birthday gift to my Mother, who is in Canada, as I’m ordering it here in the UK. I should’ve asked my Aunts to get pictures, but they were already running out of time… hopefully the investigation team does not try to hide and say otherwise. I will let you know when they contact me.. when and what happens to my refund..

I’m very disappointed with the service I was given! After I ordered a gift basket (as a farewell gift), I kept getting emails about the status of my order. I was glad when it was changed to “delivered”, UNTIL I confirmed that my recipient did not receive the product AT ALL. I used the live chat on the website to inquire. I first connected with J** then for some reason, R*** took over. This agent responded with a generic message stating that it was delivered and I reiterated that it wasn’t. I was told they will request for a full update and will get back to me. I got an update after 3 days saying that “the order was returned to our production facility”. At this point, I didn’t need the product anymore and since it was returned to them, I requested a refund. I sent 3 emails regarding a refund request because they were UNRESPONSIVE. They only responded on the 8th day after my first request and displeased, they were “not be able to issue a refund for an order that was confirmed, prepared, and sent out for delivery” and they can offer me “an in-store credit on the website for future use”. 1.) With the number of emails I got regarding the status of my order from the day it was confirmed until it was supposedly delivered, WHY DID YOU NOT UPDATE THE STATUS OF MY ORDER WHEN IT WAS BEING RETURNED TO YOUR FACILITY? 2.) I ordered a gift basket, not a floral arrangement. I understand your no refund policy for any order that is fresh like flowers but no refund for a gift basket (that was never received and was returned automatically) is unbelievable. 3.) You're offering me an in-store credit. Why should I use your business again after this experience? Please serve your customers better.

Ordered flowers specifically for Valentine's Day and paid the extra delivery fee. The flowers arrived two days before Valentine's and I was still charged the special delivery free. After one day, a few of the flowers have already started wilting. The message I had written was photocopied and glued to the card. Worse yet, it wasn't even glued on correctly. Also, when I called to complain, I could not get through, was told to leave my number, and that they would call me back. Still waiting... If you check the Better Business Bureau website, which I should have done prior to ordering from this company, there are officially over 800 formal complaints regarding Bloomex. UPDATE: After a few email exchanges with a Bloomex representative, I was given the following options: 1) resend the order at no charge (I declined, as I did not want my girlfriend to receive withered flowers again); 2) return the dead flowers to the company IF I want a full refund (they were already thrown away); 3) receive store credit (I also declined this offer as I will not be doing business with them again); or 4) a gift basket of equal value sent to my girlfriend when their new stock arrives (I accepted this offer and thanked them for trying to rectify the situation). I was sent a Puralator tracking number, and as I checked my account this morning, the difference of the special delivery fee ($4.99) was debited to my credit card.

Do not use this company. They are awful. My boyfriend ordered me flowers for valentines day. Issue one. They sent them 3 days early despite him specifying valentines day. Not the biggest deal, however, the bouquet They sent was mostly dead. Barely had any flowers. It was pathetic looking. So we reached out to say it was unacceptable. They apologized and said they'd re send them and give a free "upgrade" and the replacement bouqet still looks nothing at all like what was ordered. We contacted them again to say it still wasn't acceptable and they basically said they don't care because it states the bouquet may "vary" varying a little is one thing. But to be half the size of what was ordered and not even the same color (my boyfriend tried to order a purple bouquet because it's my favorite color) is not acceptable. I've attached photos of what was ordered. What I received first, and the "replacement upgraded bouquet" trash trash trash. Do not order. Nothing but disappointing. Edit: they've sent the same generic response to my review as everyone else. Of course I've already emailed them and they will not help me. Same excuse as all these other reviews I see. I actually tried calling and the service rep hung up on me after I asked her to let me speak because she wouldn't stop reading off a script to me. I repeat. Garbage flowers. Garbage company. Don't waste your money.

Absolutely the WORST customer service received. Will never use or recommend this floral company again! We requested delivery for a certain day as a birthday surprise. They took down the incorrect information so the gift wasn’t delivered. Without advising anyone, they attempted to deliver again without advising the customer of the delivery changes a second time. The driver advised us to call customer service. We did. The agent told us, to arrange a date when someone will be home which we did. On the arranged date we were then told after waiting hours for delivery that we have to pay extra for delivery because no one was home for the delivery the first two times. Called customer service again who said there is no supervisor to speak with, he did not provide any solution, he was snappy and utterly rude, blaming the customer for the companies error. How can a company attempt to deliver a package to a customer the second time without giving them notice so that someone will be here to collect it and then blame the customer for their error was initially getting the phone number correct for delivery. There is no accountability, lack of communication and now the birthday surprise is ruined because of them and the inability to get the phone number correct the first time and then try and effectively communicate for an efficient delivery.

My experience with Bloomex was quite disappointing. Despite ordering a vase and bouquet of flowers for my friend’s Birthday, my friend received the flowers wrapped in unattractive green paper, without the vase I had purchased. I immediately reached out to their customer service team, who assured me they would address the issue within 24 hours. However, I did not receive any communication from them for three days, and had to follow up myself. Ultimately, they only offered me a store credit instead of a refund which is unacceptable. As a paying customer, I have the right to receive the products I ordered in the condition I expected, and to receive a full refund if that doesn't happen. This was extremely disappointing as I have ordered flowers from other reputable flower shops in Vancouver without any issues. These other shops have consistently delivered beautiful flowers with the purchased items. I only chose Bloomex this time because of their same-day delivery service, but now feel it wasn't worth sacrificing quality and service for the sake of speed. I will never order from Bloomex ever again. I'm going to file a complaint about this "business" If they don’t give me a refund in 24 hrs

I've ordered from Bloomex in the past and was very impressed as were the recipients of the products. Unfortunately this morning I'm quite disappointed. I had ordered the Birthday Bundle and had paid extra to upgrade to the deluxe bouquet which is supposed to be "More impressive and contain more blooms" My mom just sent me a text thanking me, as well as a picture of what she received. I was horrified! The bouquet she received in no way resembles the image for the Birthday Bundle. It lacks color as it's almost all yellow. Being an online service, it's very important to replicate the shown image. Customer Service: I sent them pictures (expectation vs reality) as I thought if these arrangements are being put together by local florists, they should be aware that they are not representing them accurately. Their reply: "After reviewing the pictures they are satisfied and feel that the florist did maintain the style and color scheme of the arrangement." Wow! Needless to say they did not offer any compensation, only the $20.00 to leave this review. I'll let you view the photos and make your own decision. I won't be ordering any floral arrangements in the future.

Order 4121503 Disappointing experiences x 2! I ordered flowers back in May for mother's day. They arrived very droopy and wilted. Bloomex responded by providing a credit minus taxes and delivery fee. (approx $20 lost). I decided to give them a second chance and ordered 5 small arrangements for my mom's 80th birthday celebration today. They were ordered a couple weeks ago with delivery slated for yesterday. No delivery. When I called late yesterday they tell me that the flowers were delivered! I had asked for the recipient to be called or texted to ensure they were handed off and kept in good shape for today, not left in the building foyer. Bloomex tells me they were left outside the front door of the building! No call, no text, and the heat was over 30 degrees. So even if they got delivered (they didn't) what kind of delivery driver would leave them OUTSIDE!! And should it not be standard practice for the delivery service to take a photo confirmation of delivery! (they didn't) So here I am, no flowers, out over $100 and no resolution from Bloomex. I will be pursuing a full refund, not a credit and including delivery and taxes! Avoid this company!

***See attached pictures of what I ordered vs what I got*** Customer service said they would refund this order (see attached pictured) but that didn't happen either, as you can see by the reviews here, they all have the same apology but when you follow up with their customer service, all you get is the offer for "store credit", instead of an actual refund. I paid an additional fee for the delivery at a date/time I would be at home but Bloomex change the order date to a date that was "convenient" for them WITHOUT telling me. I found this out by the company doing the delivery, who was already on they way on a day I wasn't even at home. Their customer service online chat seems to be ONE person under different names, calling their number just means "leave a message" after being on hold forever. When you finally get someone on their chat window, all you get is "we are very sorry" oh and apparently, it's also my fault because I don't live near one of their locations, I mean they could have refused my order but instead decided to tell me this after taking my money and failing to deliver what I ordered.

Absolute worst flower delivery service I’ve ever seen. I ordered flowers for my girlfriends birthday and they are a complete rip-off. My complaints are as follows: - Flowers were wilted and crammed messily into the box. Sponge was dry so the flowers were not fresh. - Only the standard arrangement was sent when I paid for the deluxe. - Advertised as a 9-inch balloon but we received a mostly deflated small flap of 3 inch mylar on a stick. - Bear that was included in order had a bloomex t-shirt instead of a small cloth scarf as advertised. If Bloomex wants to advertise on my present then they can discount my order. This really annoyed me. - Also, speaking of advertisements, we do not appreciate a Hello Fresh card in her order. If we want Hello Fresh we will contact them ourselves. An absolutely disgusting group of people who are solely out to extort people trying to celebrate the good parts of their lives. My advice? Avoid them at all costs and shop somewhere else if you really want to do something special for someone you care about. If I could give negative stars, I definitely would.

I just wanted to say that I'm appalled with Bloomex's customer service policies. To start, I attempted to cancel an order before the transaction was finalized only to be told that I could not get my money back, I could only have a credit. When I attempted to use the credit I wanted to purchase flowers for my sister and injured friend. After I placed my first transaction for roughly a quarter of my credit, I was told that I no longer had credit available. Apparently if you don't use your credit in one transaction you loose what you don't use. This means that Bloomex took $160 from me for a service I did not get. On top of this they charged my card for additional tax and delivery as the credit can not be used towards that. I will never use Bloomex again. Their policies are sneaky and appalling and I hope my story will prevent people I know from using their services as well.

Great prices and a large variety of beautiful arrangements! Hopefully delivery to the small Saskatchewan town goes smoothly =D **UPDATE** I was notified the day of delivery … “The address provided for delivery is not in one of our local delivery areas. We deliver there overnight with the couriers from Tuesday to Friday…We were unable to use our local partner to deliver your order to this location. Unless otherwise notified, your order will be sent out with a complimentary upgrade for Tuesday delivery. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.” This did not come up on the website during the ordering process and I was not notified prior to the original delivery date. The new delivery date would have been Nov. 7th, 3 days late BUT they have still not been delivered and no further updates from the company!!

Absolutely terrible customer service and communication. I ordered flowers for my mom for Mother's Day and paid a rush fee for them. They were delivered late and to the wrong address. When I tried to get ahold of someone from Bloomex they were very slow to respond and just kept saying that it was "delivered to the right address". Finally a neighbour from up their street found the package laying on a driveway and brought it to my parents. Obviously by this point the flowers were completely dead. Bloomex will not refund me and just say that "as per their policy the flowers were delivered". Don't order from here, if you have any issues with your order they won't pickup the phone or answer your emails in time and they won't offer any assistance or refunds. Borderline fraud.

Ordered flowers for a friend October 29. Paid for delivery and they confirmed they would deliver the next business day. Then reached out a week later stating they were ready for pickup at some random shop… Advised the recipient is not able to pick up and I live far away which is why I hired someone to deliver them. They then offered a store credit… on a $100 order that they were not able to deliver… what good is that for me!? Gave them an alternate address to ship to on Nov 15 Now Nov 21 it says in transit. I’m sure the flowers are long dead by now and probably won’t even get delivered at this point. This company is garbage. Do yourself a favour and call a local florist who will actual do the job you pay them to do. Unreal what a waste of $100

Bloomex bases it's business on empty promises and terrible service. I had three customer representatives GUARANTEE that our sympathy flowers for a colleague would be delivered by a certain date and they were not only four days late but came in a shattered glass vase and entirely wilted. I placed three official complaints before our bouquet had even been delivered and all the Bloomex reps promised that they take the necessary precautions to ensure a quality product is delivered, no matter the delay. Which as you can see from the images that if this is what Bloomex considers a so called "quality product" everyone has a better chance ordering from another company, one that maybe cares a little bit about their customers and reputation.

RUN! Absolutely HORRIBLE Company!!! My Daughter's paid a very large sum of money to buy Mom what was supposed to be a large beautiful bouquet of Licac and Purple roses with baby's breath. She paid the extra fee to be sure it was delivered on Mother's day! > Not only did it arrive a day too late; but the bouquet I got included half dead daisy's, 3 pink carnations, a few tiny dead purple things, and branches of leaves. Most of the bouquet is slimy, rotten and DEAD!! My local grocery stores sell much larger and nicer bouquets than this for $9.99. Now she's having to fight with customer service? Apparently delivering a day late, and sending 11 pictures of my mostly dead bouquet isn't enough? ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE customer service!!

This is my first time ordering flower from this company, and I'd like to say the customer service and experience are terrible... I ordered the flowers for my mother's birthday, but they were delivered at the wrong time as they arrived a day earlier. To add to the disappointment, when I took the flowers out of the package, one of the roses had almost lost its petals and the rest of the flower doesn’t feel so fresh as well. The flower package feels very cheap as it was wrap in a white plastic bag and cover with transparent plastic. Spending $30 on flowers and $15 on a delivery service it feels terrible. As a professional flower shop, the service quality and experience is disappointing, I would never order from this place again.

Called the BLoomex Canada number and ordered flowers 3 times within two weeks. Once was for Mothers Day and the flowers were never received but I didn’t know til days later which really sucked. So, There is a chance your special person will never receive the flowers and you will never know. Of three orders that I made, two were never received. Online, it shows “delivered” so if I had not asked the people I sent them to, I would never have known (that they never received them). I phoned bloomed many times and they kept saying a manager would call me back… but I never heard back. Eventually an employee said they would give me a $25 credit even though I paid $76 for just one of the orders!!! Rip off!!!!

Extremely poor quality flowers, often wilted and broken. I've given this company many chances hoping for some improvement, but alas it is as always not what I ordered, paid extra for (to get the supposed supersize) as previously were flimsy when ordering the standards. Didn't help. I ordered a completely different bouquet in a vase, than what was received. Pathetic. When chatting they said that's why we are such good deals, we let the florists choose the arrangement! Why do you choose an arrangement online then? I think that the florists probably rid themselves of flowers that are old and will need to be tossed in a day or two through this company. Been my experience thus far!

Can't say my partner was too impressed with the flowers/service. The flowers came in the later evening - past dinner time so I couldn't give it to her right when I saw her. When we got them, they appeared to be past their prime - yellowy on the tips (starting to black), beginning to wrinkle and one stem didn't even have a flower. Probably my fault for not doing my research on the following: 1. How the flowers are grown 2. How they are maintained from the time they are cut and until transported to my door 3. Where the flowers are coming from 4. what time the flowers would arrive 5. The condition they would be in. Well, whatever at least I'm still in a relationship.

Absolutely terrible, I ordered flowers from their website via phone call and requested a specific date for delivery they said they can deliver but failed to do so. I got a phone call instead saying they will deliver 2 days after the specific date I ordered. When I complained no demise at all instead wanted to give me store credit. Why would I use your company again after you screwed me for my 1 year anniversary. Money grabbing company I could have used other companies if they just said we cant do it on that date and instead they promised to deliver to stop me from doing so. Greedy and border line fraud. Note: Still havent gotten my refund.

Bought this flowers for my 10 year anniversary. Was told will arrive on the selected date. They didn’t. Called for over 3 hours customer service. I was laid, hung and disrespected. Called the next day and was told a totally different story. I ask for a refund as the anniversary was yesterday and was denied one. The icing on the cake was… look at the picture of the flowers. The manager called Russel said I got an upgrade! OmG just image what my original flowers looked like if this was the upgrade. Never! Never buy from this company it’s just a lie, mistake and no follow up from everyone. More than disappointing it’s just sad.

Out of the three times I have ordered flowers from them, two bouquets were already fanned when they were received. Actually, I ordered flowers for my mom and because they were already fanned, they sent a replacement and it was in worst conditions than the first. Both bouquet were received on Thursday and on Saturday, they were already ready to be thrown in garbage. Also disappointing, the bouquets didn't look at all like the pictures on their website and they were received on the wrong date. Plus I wrote to them twice regarding the last bouquet we received and I haven't heard back from them.

False advertisement. I don’t usually complain but I was quite disappointed with my order and customer service did not help me resolve my issue. I ordered flowers for my gf’s engagement and was not satisfied with what she received as it was night and day difference. Attached is a photo of what I ordered (even upgraded to the deluxe) and a photo of what I actually received. You are better off going to the grocery store and getting a better arrangement of flowers for half the price. P.S. Careful ordering from here as they will use “they ran out of stock of the flowers requested” as an excuse.

Had I been able to give 0 I would have. My husband ordered a dozen roses for Dec 16. The first photo is what they look like now - Dec 24. They were delivered to the wrong address so the customer had to drive them to us. The customer’s flower came to us so we had to put them in water overnight and drive them out the next day. My husband complained and he was told both customers would get another dozen roses for free. They came 2 days ago. Second photo. When he contacted customer service today, he was told they only take complaints within 24 hours. We will not be ordering from them again.

I bought my wife potted flowers for Mother's day, while I was away on a business trip. I didn't get home until several days after she'd received them, whereupon I found out that they were delivered upside-down. She tried to recover them, but they all perished. When I informed Bloomex that the delivery company had made this mistake they indicated only that they would not provide a refund. I didn't ask for a refund! I wanted only for them to thank me for informing them of a problem with their distributor, and indicate that some action might be taken. Disappointing all around.

Worst service I possibly have dealt with. Flowers reached their destination but without the message I carefully had written. I was promised that if I emailed with the order number, the message would be added to the delivery. I was so disappointed to find out there was no message and no mention of who even sent the flowers. When I called to complain they offered a $5 credit, the audacity... When you make a mistake you take accountability and either fix it. My sympathies to the customers this company has failed. I'd send flowers but I'm afraid the message wouldn't be sent.

I was embarrassed when I saw how small the sympathy bouquet was - promo 50% off plus I paid $15 to super size & delivery I paid $83 for a $115 arrangement. I ordered prior arrangements to cheer up my daughter- this one needed to be a statement piece. It was the size of an average bouquet & the flowers didn’t warrant $115. $60 Maybe. AVOID Mother’s Day if you want to make an impression please go elsewhere. They did nothing when I made contact directly... and they made that difficult too- so here I am. This was important Bloomex - you can’t be trusted when it’s important.

I ordered flowers for my mother for Mother’s Day and paid extra for shipping on that day. They showed up four days late and in terrible condition. I contacted bloomex and sent them the photos and said they were in good condition and are standard quality for bloomex. Every time I mentioned them being late they ignored the fact and just said they were good enough. They would not give me a refund and offered store credit but never even gave me store credit. This is the second time this is happened with them. Will never order again. Terrible customer service!!

I started ordering from Bloomex frequently about 5 years ago when I moved from Vancouver to Prince George. They make gifting fast and affordable. I order a variety of flowers, balloons and food baskets and all the products have been quality. My only word of caution is that they sometimes say the product will be delivered by a certain day and it is late. When my neighbors mom passed away it took over a week for the flowers to come and I ordered them for 2 day deliver. They were greatful when the flowers arrived so I assume they were still in good shape.

Would've given 5 stars if the actual flowers received bore any similarity to what I ordered, not even close. Ordered "Splendid Spring" bouquet without the vase and upgraded to the Deluxe size. First pic is what I ordered, second pic is what was received. If the flowers had been close to what was ordered, it'd be 5 stars for ease of ordering, excellent processing and delivering on time. This was my first time using Bloomex, not sure if I'd use them again - prices and service are very good but I do want to receive something close to what I ordered.

Worst experience. Ordered in advance flowers for a funeral and they failed to deliver them. Had to provide a home address for them to be delivered the next day. I was told that delivery the next day would be a maybe. This is for a funeral in another country. I provided them with all the details. They called to inform me 2.5 hours before the service started it wouldn't happen. They said its a glitch that happened. Worst company to deal with. Order with another company. They are totally unreliable. I won't be placing any orders with them again.

Believe the bad reviews of this florist. I have never been to a florist with such poor taste. I received a completely different bouquet than the one he ordered for me. In my country, chrysanthemums are dedicated to the dead. He and I were very shocked to see so many chrysanthemums in the bouquet. Moreover, the color of the bouquet was very bad and it looked as if it was picked up from the street. The reviews indicate that they are running away with all the excuses they have to offer for refunds. I am sure they will be sued one day.

I ordered flowers for a family member who was recovering from surgery. They were delivered a day later than promised and had sat on a Purolator truck in below freezing temperatures for 2 days. When she opened the badly damaged box, several petals fell out and a number of the flowers were wilted. The company insists I received what was ordered even though they admitted from the picture I sent that some of the flowers were damaged.They refused any amount of credit on my visa, only offering a $20 store credit which I will never use.

Buying anything on line stresses me out, especially if it's to say sorry for a loss or a get better soon, or happy birthday, where I need to be there in person but can't be. I've used Bloomex for the last 6 years and they have been amazing every time. flowers not like photo shown on website. Flowers wilted/dead, some broken. Bloomex replied that it was the right stem count and the closed buds would open. I'd ordered the fullest/largest version of arrangement and was sadly disappointed. The butterfly ornament in the photo was missing from mine--Bloomex said this was just for presentation purposes. I'd call that false advertising. Don't waste your money. (1st photo: what was received (gold plate and lamp not part of order). 2nd photo, basket advertised on Bloomex site.)

I ordered flowers from the UK, to go to my cousin in Canada. It hadn't been explained that using a credit card outside of Canada, I would be charged in US$. Making the flowers about $20 more. When I spoke to Peter, he explained this is what happens, and was sorry to hear that I hadn't been told and is organising a refund of the difference between the US$ and Canadian dollars to go back on my credit card. I look forward to receiving the refund and thank Peter for explaining and getting this organised for me. Debbie.

Very unhappy with this company. First of all the vase was red and it was supposed to be blue. And they don't even care. I would of appreciated to maybe be told that the flowers I wanted weren't available. Instead they sent something that was made to look as close as possible. I think that isn't right. The phone number never works and when I live chat customer service (I counted today) in the middle of our conversation he stopped responding for 8 minutes! This happens often. Also once I picked out the perfect bouquet and paid, they notified me they didn't have those flowers in stock. The flowers I ordered, guaranteed for next day, did not arrive until a week later, looking worse for wear. They weren't actually delivered- recipient got a note to pick them up at Purolator. Bloomex told me there was no one home and nowhere to leave the flowers, which was a blatant lie. The, they only wanted to give me a credit rather than a refund. A manager was supposed to call me re: my request for a refund, but no one did. Proceeding with a charge back on my credit card. Don't waste your money!!

When you spend over $100 for flowers I would expect to get something that resembles what they advertise. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone. They ripoff their customers. Customers and family members have been overjoyed by the quality and attention to detail. Deliveries have always been on-time even when I place them last minute. Check out their specials section for unbelievable discounts. I can't recommend a better choice for gift baskets than Bloomex! (and trust me I've tried many).

Both my partner and my sister’s sent us flowers from here while we were on long distance relationships. Unfortunately mine came to an end so I send delivery flowers to myself every once in a while. Love the feeling of seeing the big delivery box arrive at my doorstep. Love the selection and the quality :) Only complaint is why would they print their messages behind a coupon and staple it to the card? Seems a bit trashy. Also, not a fan of the hello fresh advertisement in each delivery.

Simply awful. Despite the support team's niceness and respect, their limited authority left them unable to solve my issues effectively. The supervisors, on the other hand, displayed a remarkable level of incompetence. If timing is important to you, I strongly advise against using them. For casual flower deliveries, they might suffice, but when it matters, they fail miserably. Overall, I regret choosing Bloomex and recommend looking elsewhere for reliable and timely flower deliveries.

Order process and delivery was smooth and fairly easy. However the product is average at best. Presentation was fairly poor and quality of flowers and greenery was not as fresh as you would expect. Some even was brown and dead looking. I paid a little extra for the deluxe version of the roses. Hate to say if this is the deluxe I can't imagine how the standard box would look. The upgrade actually seems like it may be a ploy to take more of your money and deliver the same as standard.

Haven't seen the final product yet since I only placed an order so far, but I had a good experience. It's easy to order flowers as a gift from afar (I live in a different province than my mom so I can't bring her flowers for Mother's Day, so I ordered them to be delivered to her). There are also reasonably priced options so you don't need to spend a fortune :) Just don't forget about taxes and delivery fee that will be added on top and can double the price of the flowers.

Not only did the bouquet arrive not as pictured, but the flowers were also totally dead. I’ve tried multiple times to reach out to the company and there is either no response or a bot reply. All I hoped for was a nice bouquet for my mother on a milestone birthday, but instead they sent her wilted, dead garbage. I ordered a mixed bunch selection. The price for the bouquet was decent but the delivery fee was $15 which I think is a little pricy (considering they are online shop that only do delivery). The flowers are pretty but one thing that I find a little disturbing was the spraying of paint on the flower. Very disappointed in the quality of bouquet that was delivered. As you can see by the photos it looked NOTHING like the websites picture. Also bunch of flowers were sad, droopy, or dead. This is on the day that they said their new deliveries of flowers show up. On a Tuesday. Sent an email to them about it and did not hear anything back. Ordered the Beautiful in Blue bouquet, a white and blue bouquet with some green. Received was a sad looking bouquet of predominantly green, yellow, white and some blue. The focal flowers were entirely absent. I was told this is consistent with their substitution policy, which says they can replace with flowers of equal or greater value. Nothing was substituted other than colours, instead just the flowers of value were entirely omitted.

Ordered flowers for my grandmother for Valentine's Day. I paid an extra fee for timely delivery. They arrived on February 24. I paid $60 for this. The roses are lovely, but the arrangement was very underwhelming. I paid for a card with a message. The message was printed on the back of a coupon. Really not acceptable for the premium this company charges. I'll definitely be taking my money elsewhere in future.

NB: This is for the Ottawa service. This is great, I got my mother in law some flowers for her birthday. I had ordered them 2 weeks prior, and forgot about it. Bloomex sent me status update emails that it was on the way and then when it was delivered. Knowing the time of delivery is a great feature. The flowers were very nice for a great price.

WORST ONLINE ORDER EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. It was a complete scam. What was delivered not only did not contain any of the flowers from the selected arrangement and looked NOTHING like what I purchased but they didn’t even send the right size.

No idea how this company is in business. They are terrible and they don't do refunds. I ordered a dozen white roses, wedding flowers, to deliver on a Monday. They delivered late on Tuesday and only had 3 white roses and 3 red roses. THE WORST!
