I live in the neighborhood and was excited to try Blow and Arrow for a blowout before a wedding. When I showed up at the time of my appointment the salon was locked and no one there. When I texted the number I had, the owner assured me my stylist was running late and should be there soon. 15 minutes later a receptionist opened the door and asked me to wait - she didn't greet me or let me know how long it would be before my stylist arrived. 10 minutes later my stylist arrived and was apologetic for being late. I let her know I was hoping for a blowout and curl. The blowout took over an hour and I left with my hair looking the same as it does when I let it air dry after a shower. The stylist didn't use a curling iron even though I had asked her to. When I left no one was at the reception desk to help me with payment or ask how my service was. Once I left I reached out to the number I had to let them know I was disappointed with their services. I received a call from a receptionist who was apologetic and told me she would speak to the owner and see how they could make the situation right. I never heard back from anyone. Overall, very disappointed not only with the service I received but the lack of professionalism in response. Would recommend saving your money and time and find a different salon.

I’m so glad I found this salon and especially Gigi. She is a phenomenal hairstylist and an absolute sweetheart! Gigi is extremely talented and very thorough with all of her work. I would recommend her to anyone looking for any hair need at all - haircut, style or color! I got a blow-dry for the first time by Gigi and was blown away by how long it lasted and how beautiful it looked. Since then, I have continuously gotten blowouts here and now my haircuts and color too - which are all done by Gigi. She spent nearly all day with me getting my hair color exactly how I envisioned so I will always be back! The rest of the salon staff is also very gracious and flexible as well, you will not be disappointed visiting this salon! I’ve been going here since March of this year and the only thing I wish is that I found it sooner.

I made a last minute appointment for a simple blow out and as I entered i was immediately greeted. Not only is the salon super cute and fab the staff is very nice and friendly. Gigi did my blowout and all I can say is wow. She’s super friendly an sweet and we had great conversation. She’s super relatable and will give you exactly what you want. I was looking for a salon near me for blow out if I ever need it and I found my place. It was my first time there and I will definitely be back. Make sure you ask for Gigi you won’t regret it!

Just had a cut for curly hair. I don’t think my hair ever looked so puffy and frizzy after a haircut in my life. The shape is like a mushroom, and my hair was left frizzy after so much product. I don’t know what technique she used, but this is not the way to do curly hair!! She also tried to upsell me the whole time with masks etc. she was friendly and personable, but the service for the price was not worth it. I would not recommend this place - it was expensive as well. Changed rating to 1after learning how company called me.

This was my first time at the salon and Adele earns the 5 stars alone! I needed a subtle style last minute for an event and Adele delivered. I showed her inspiration photos and she was totally transparent about what was and was not possible in the time we had. She went above and beyond nurturing my stressed out curls, and I left with a blowout that actually held up against the unexpected rain (I brought my bonnet with me just in case). Can’t wait to try her Beauty Kitchen products, they are undoubtedly made with love and care.

I have 4b/4c low porosity hair and Adele knew exactly what products and techniques to use to bring an entire new dynamic to my blowout and hair. We all know dealing with natural hair takes work and Adele provided my hair with the extra care and TLC it needed. Impeccable service from start to finish. Got a haircut and blow dry from Gigi and she immediately understood what kind of hairstyle I wanted. I asked her to keep my layers and trim the dead ends a bit, and give me a curtain bang. Gigi was super friendly, detail oriented and made sure I was comfortable throughout. I’ve never been disappointed at my experience at Blow and Arrow. All the hairstylists are experts, and super friendly. What else can I say? A photo can speak a thousands words. Will definitely visit again for my next appointment.

My first experience at blow and arrow was absolutely amazing, the hospitality and atmosphere was welcoming. My hairstylist was Camilo and let me tell you- I’ve been looking for a hairstylist that would care for my hair and share their honest advice when it comes to what I should do with my hair and Camilo delivered just that but more. He did an amazing job and I still can’t get over how beautiful my hair cut and blow out looks.

Always great service, friendly staff, and atmosphere. Recently, I had Adele as my stylist and she was absolutely wonderful. A true professional, she makes sure you’re involved in the process with how everything looks along the way, resulting in you feeling like a million bucks when you leave. I had never had her do my hair before but I will be requesting her again next time I come in.

Danielle was absolutely amazing, super friendly!! She was super sweet to me the whole time and took my feelings into consideration. I made an appointment to get curtain bangs or should I say to fix my previous haircut. Gigi is the best! She fixed my previous haircut which I originally wanted layers and my layers was just not layering. My hair was so botched. I went to Blow & Arrow for an Olaplex treatment, trim, and blowout and I could not be happier with the results! Adele was kind, talented, and incredibly knowledgeable. I had such a great experience at Blow and Arrow. I had a blowout and makeup done. Camilo did an excellent job on my hair and fixed my curls until they were perfect.
