I am so sorry this review took so long! My mother passed away by her own free will 5 years ago. Blue Crane funerals were extremely accommodating to the needs of our whole family! My mother was cremated, and 100m after leaving with the ashes, a stolen vehicle hit us from behind. They were our saving grace in that moment. They helped us, they ensured the safety of the ashes, they calmed us. They helped us with the report. From the beginning they helped is with the funeral and everything that came after! Very Considerate and sincere. Our baby boy was born prematurely at 24 weeks and shortly thereafter passed away. During the process of arranging his burial, we faced many obstacles with many institutions and services such as the hospital to home affairs to our funeral cover treating him as though he was not a human due to his passing at such a young age. Blue Crane always advocated for him and went above and beyond to assist us. We always had peace of mind once speaking to them. We are so thankful that Blue Crane was recommended to us.
