Pathetic food with pathetic service. I've booked the tables through dine out app with the offer but when I reached so they aren't accepting the dine out offer and even after agreeing with me, they took service charge which is not necessary. It depends on the customer whether he should give or not. It's the biggest mistake of my life that i decided to chill out over here. Very pathetic snd disgusting manager because that guy was showing attitude for no reason and we really don't care about it but still the way was unprofessional. He is completely Illiterate person and don't know the atticates and no dressing sense and no grooming at all. This person defines the place very well by his looks and attitude

I'm extremely disappointed with the bad service, late food, and terrible taste at this establishment. The staff was inattentive, leaving us frustrated and hungry. When the food finally arrived, it was cold and tasted awful, as if it had been reheated multiple times. The charges for food are really high comapred to the taste and service they provide. This was a truly unpleasant dining experience that I would not wish upon anyone.

Worst place ever...I have booked this place 10 days before my party but in the day of the party they took another booking and asked us to shift on the different place and they had also forbidden us to use the dance floor...worst staff ..they don't know how to talk..when we complained the staff member(Manish) started fighting..the food was also served cold...they spoiled my whole party.

Yesterday, we visited the lounge but the food was not good at all and is was served cold.. I know it is crowded all time waiting is not a issue but the behavior of the staff was so rude and the way they were treating us as we are beggar's. Really it's was the worst behaviour..please make your staff to respect people... the way they behave is horrible...never visiting this place ever

Pathetic service,very rude staff they don't know how to talk with there customer, very bad experience, they serve cold food , charges r so High but quality of food is so poor, the arrangement are so poor even u have to literally screem for getting on spoon also ,there attitude is so negative ,never gone visit this place again

Ambience and service is good. What I didn't like was i ordered apple cinnamon mojito and what they gave was a simple mojito with apple cuttings on top.nowhere it was close to apple cinnamon flavour...please check before serving

Aanchal the hero attended us today. Food was awesome, apparently their cook is pretty experienced. Nonveg specialy the galawati kebabs were awesome. Music was little loud rest all was excellent.
