Iv been buying here for years, went it today to buy a pocket of cement and asked the lady if they had. She replied YES they do and asked what else am i buying ? Major attitude problem,no people skills at all. Terrible.I replied thats all i need and she said NO i cannot get the cement that i need unless i take min 10 bags of sand with it as they are the only place with cement on the Bluff at the moment !??? Which i didnt need as i still had sand that i bought at the same hardware store a few days ago. Exploiting people. I Will NEVER ever return.

Wow. Where to begin! Staff are rude and the owner is even worse. I can't believe people still support this place. The girls behind the counter are always occupied with something and pay zero attention to the customers, the guy infront of me had to wait over 10 minutes to get help. No sense of urgency and lack of attention. I will never be back here. This place really needs to change their attitude if they expect to keep running their business

Service at the store disgusting if could leave no star I would. Went to buy a pocket of cemrnt and was told to buy some sand in order to buy the cement which is unheard of. Visited BPH to get some general supplies for some revamp work I am doing, pretty decent prices for a small hardware, and impressed with the inventory they keep and if I could give more than 5stars I would for the great service. Shout out to Eddie thank you for all your help made my visit a real pleasure.

The owner is super rude . . He thinks cause his been there for 15 years he can treat ppl any how . I would never recommend these ppl . Also he charges extra on delivery cause he has a small van . He charged r300 for 2km . What kind of madness is that . Everything is over priced . .

Very friendly helpful and clued up staff. Family friendly store that probably has what you need from DIY to building materials. Would definitely recommend this establishment. Parking is safe and store is centralized. Store is not the biggest but by far the best.
