The item I purchased is great but the customer service and reliability of the store is terrible. The customer service of this location and Bob's Furniture in general is questionable. I ordered a couch and then ordered the 5 year warranty over the phone and wanted to pay with a cc. They have to call the bank to "ensure its the same billing address" when they did this, they said they weren't able to verify. This happened 3 times. Their alternative option was for me to come into the store. Which was inconvenient for me at the time. Fast Forward, ended up having to go into the store due to their inability to verify the same billing address on my cc. When I arrived at the store and asked them what their solution to the problem was (as I called my bank to verify the billing was the same, it was) the manager said "we don't have one". Second issue, couch was delivered but the cushion's zipper wasn't put on properly and does not zip to the back of my couch like it should. The day after I had it delivered (under 24 hrs) I called for a replacement and it never came. When I called to find out why they told me no paperwork had been filed for this issue and now the cushion isn't available for 5 months. There is no confirmation email they send to prove this was ordered. Their suggestion was for me to call back once a month to find out. Unacceptable. Tried to take the 1 question survey after the call they give you the option of choosing 9 if you would recommend Bob's and 0 if you don't. When I pressed 0, the messaged started over. Tried to press 1, same thing. So it looks like they don't allow those "detractor" numbers to counted. Never ordering from bob's again.

We just bought our new place and threw out all our old first apartment furniture. James was great and facilitating our purchase. He let us shop enough that I didn’t feel like I was pressured but was knowledgeable and responsive when we had questions. We pieced together a great look for our house with his help. I will update after delivery but this far I’m very happy. 10/8/19 Ended up deducting a stars after delivery. We were told 3 guys would come to deliver but 2 were here. They were fine and where able to get everything in and put together, just was one less than we were expecting. Be aware if you’re buying from Bob’s it’s this company’s policy to not assist with bringing furniture through balconies when all other options are exhausted, which we ended up having to do for a head board and a VERY heavy table top. I understand it’s a liability issue but in a big city with lots of older apartment building with narrow hallways it frankly seems like a bad policy. I wish the delivery guys would have at least helped us hoist the pieces up when we had gotten the rope, rigged it up and let our neighbors know what we were doing, but they said they couldn’t even lend some muscle. Once everything was in set up went great and they were very patient when we last minute changed our floor plan. One of the cabinets we ordered did have a damaged handle, which the delivery guy took a photo of and said we’d be contacted to have it fixed. So that was nice as well. The delivery guys left a packing box in our hallway that we had to take care of and some packing material was left in our parking lot. Except for that, and the no balconies policy, overall good experience.

A sofa I purchased from Bob's Discount Furniture was delivered to my apartment and for the next several days a chemical smell filled my apartment despite ventilation.  My nostrils felt sore, throat felt tight, and I had a hard time breathing. After several days I called the company requesting they send a technician immediately due to the overpowering fumes and the impact on my health, but they said the earliest they could do was three days out. I told them I wanted a refund and they insisted they did not give refunds. The fumes became so bad I had to remove the sofa from my apartment to a basement storage room. After the technician came and confirmed the smell, I disputed further with the company and they finally agreed to issue a refund. They only refunded the cost of the sofa; not the delivery service I also paid for. The company did not respond to the health emergency caused by their product in a timely fashion, nor did they disclose their use of chemicals on their website, and their quality assurance process is flawed.  A child or a person with a poor sense of smell wouldn't even know the sofa was the source of fumes causing the symptoms I had.  This is a consumer health and safety issue. I would never recommend this company to anyone. My nostrils still don't feel right and I'll likely need a doctor's appointment. Also note that the negative reviews on Yelp and the Better Business Bureau for this company are abysmal. Google is notorious for having fake reviews and I wouldn't be surprised if many of these positive reviews are fake.

They did the impossible and messed up something so simple twice and left us in a stressful situation over three weeks now. We liked and ordered an L shaped couch in the store and they delivered the pieces wrong where the hooks were at the opposite side. Delivery guys took photos and said they will share it with customer support and there is nothing to do on our end and it would be fixed. A week passed and nothing happened, then we started a process ourselves, explained the simple issue and they sent a new piece after 10 days wait. They sent the exact wrong middle piece again! Delivery guys again took photos, and we spent an hour on the phone explaining it, it's like they really do not comprehend. Now, a technician has to come out to evaluate the issue but they can't send the right furniture that we ordered. Horrible experience overall. What is he coming to evaluate? Why can't you send the right furniture that we ordered in the store! Update: Per response we received we tried again, all they do is connect you to someone who can not speak English and repeat the same things you tell them and put you on 25 minutes hold. Non English speaking customer service goes like this " so you are saying...."..Yes, that is exactly what I said 4 times already. We are fighting for a refund now, and want them to pick up this wrong item sitting in our home over a month and no result so far. These are ultimate scam artists. Just go to Ashley furniture for peace of mind and do not deal with these people.

Last month my husband and I went to Bobs to look for a new couch. We had one in mind but wanted to look around. When we walked in we were immediately greeted by Johnny. At first I thought "oh no were going to be followed around and pressured to look at things" but I was wrong! Johnny just gave us a quick overview of how pricing worked, asked us if we had questions and then let us look around. We eventually found the one we had in mind and were seeing how we liked it. About ten minutes after we walked in Johnny came and checked in on us. I wanted a different color in the same style but unfortunately it would've taken like 4-5 months for delivery. He showed us other sectionals but I ended up deciding to get the one in its original color. Johnny was super friendly and not pushy at all. Often times when I go into furniture stores I feel the sales people can be very aggressive, but he definitely kept his distance and even gave my husband and I some time to discuss things. My two favorite things about the whole experience were the treats and free ice cream and the personal thank you note Johnny sent a few days after our purchase. I waited to post my review until after receiving our furniture. Everyone we worked with was very nice. We did have some issues with one of the pieces to the sectional but it's been taken care of and everything is great. We love our new reclining furniture:)

Absolutely avoid this business at all costs. Take your money and go anywhere, literally anywhere, but here (or any Bob’s Furniture location). I understand this is supposed to be a discount furniture place, but they are WAAAAYYYY overpriced considering the incredibly poor quality of their furniture. Also paid $300 for the 5 year warranty on their furniture, and they wouldn’t even replace a button that just fell off on it’s own on my sofa. Literally popped off and looked like it was just thrown on with some Elmer's glue to begin with. Filed a claim and got an email back saying the warranty won’t cover it and they won’t replace the button. Don’t even get me started on their unprofessional shipping department and warehouses. Told we’d have our stuff in a month. One month turned into two, two turned into three. They even delivered a coffee table I had bought 2 months late, and when we did get it, the delivery guy opened the box to set it up and it was completely damaged. Chips all over the wood, cheap paint was chipped. Dents everywhere. Handle on the drawer was broken. Please do not waste your time here and definitely don’t spend your hard earned money here. Can’t believe the quality of their product and of their workers/warranty department for the amount we paid for our furniture and everything on top of that.

Agreed great sales experience. Great furniture, good service too. Thanks Sergio for helping us make a decision in 10 mins. The furniture never came as communicated and expected date keeps extending from first week of December. It gradually became January. Visited the store to cancel and return the bed protector the manager encouraged us to see something that could be in shock. We agreed and chose something that will have an expected date around Christmas . New story a part of the bed now arrives in Feb mo ths since I paid in full. I called up to cancel today Dec 11th 2021. They tried again 6o sell us something that could be available but hey we ain't falling for the sMe stunt pulled before. At the time of sale they cross sell stuff with a smile and now refused to take the damn protector back.they won't make an exception and lack empathy. Horrible I would never step in another bobs discount store.a place where you pay the entire bill and never get your furniture. Unreliable and inconsistent. The bed protector is a sham and they palm it off and don't take it back even in original packing. Horrible Horrible experience. Wasted time .

Avoid buying furniture from the store at all cost! Their delivery team is absolutely incompetent. I came in on 11 January to place an order for a bedframe, a mattress and a carpet, three simple items, to be delivered on the following Saturday. I received a call from the delivery team on that Saturday to let me know that they had the incorrect address (false), and that they would not be able to complete the delivery. I was upset, I reached out to the team, they informed me there was nothing they could do and that they just have to try and deliver next time I was available. Which was the next Saturday. Here we are, and they pulled the same story again trying to tell me that they had the incorrect address and could not deliver my furniture. Now we are 2 1/2 weeks out whenever it was supposed to be delivered within three days. I have canceled my order and I will be encouraging all of my friends to avoid this store, like the pledge! Incompetent Would be a generous word to describe the store and their team.

Vinnie was great from the beginning to the end. He was very knowledgeable and gave us time to decide on the many options for mattresses. The Manager Kelly was also very helpful in confirming our order and providing details on purchase. Thank you! This is a follow to this purchase experience. Today I stopped by to return the pillows we purchased. Also, needed to get a replacement encasement cover for the mattress since the zipper broke off when I zipped the cover. Someone there attended to us and pointed to a very tiny number on the encasement package and told my husband and I that we need to call that number to get a replacement. His mannerism was not with a customer friendly approach. As far as the pillows, we were told it had only a 3 day return policy. Well, needless to say neither of these two things were disclosed to us when purchasing the items. It is very disappointing to learn of this after the fact. The customer service provided was not consistent.

Worst customer service ever. Ordered a reclining couch and a recliner. First delivery attempt the couch was broken and they sent me the wrong recliner. Their excuse on the recliner was that they don't make that one anymore, but then why send me a different recliner that I didn't order? They wouldn't make it right, so I had to settle for a recliner I didn't want just to have my 95-year-old aunt to have something to sit on. The second order the couch again was broken. I had to fight with them to get a refund. In the end it cost me over $800 for a cheesy ugly looking recliner that I didn't want. I most definitely do not recommend this store. Update - only refunded the price of the couch. So the chair cost me $1, 030 for a 499 price tag. They refused to refund me the goof proof protection plan and delivery fees. So they got free money from me. Now I guess I have goof proof protection plan for a couch I do not own. This store is the worst so buyer beware.

This was possibly the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Me and my fiancé entered the store to a lady whose only words were “go ahead and look around”. Employees were in recliners, on tablets and phones, or simply ignoring us as we walked around the store. Not one single person asked if we needed assistance or help. Unfortunately due to a house fire, we recently lost everything, and was in the store to purchase a complete house worth of furniture. I would never purchase anything from that store due to the pure lack of customer service. The store was empty, so there was honestly no excuse for the way we were treated today. Although there were a few decent pieces that caught our attention, we will go elsewhere because the employee behavior and overall feel of the store was not welcoming. I will personally never shop here, and would never recommend anyone in my demographic to patronize this establishment.

I was delivered a defective piece of furniture in September of 2020. The delivery and installation drivers documented this defect, and told me I'd receive a call back about replacing it. They manipulated my bed frame to work despite being the wrong piece. In August of 2021, this piece has finally caused the bed frame to break. Notice on the attached pictures how one of the sides of the frame sides has an extra set of holes - this is because the delivery drivers needed to drill additional holes because two of the same sides were delivered. After contacting support, I was informed between 5-7 business days would be needed to review my case. Do not shop at this place if you expect longevity in your items. Almost every item I have, despite taking three months to deliver, is somewhat defective. Save your money an additional month and buy somewhere that can provide you with furniture with reasonable quality.

Bob’s Discount Furniture has beautiful furniture at a really affordable price for the quality you get! There are plenty of friendly staff around to help you pick out what you’re looking for, and were happy to answer all of our questions. Our salesman was Tucker and he was approachable, friendly, attentive, and very informative. He let us know about the warranties and financing options just in case (even though we are lucky enough not to need the latter), and ultimately provided excellent customer service when we visited. The manager was also friendly and helpful towards us as well as his subordinates. I’m always happy to support companies that value both the customer and employee experience, especially since I myself came from the customer service/sales industries. I’ll be recommending Bob’s Discount to anyone who asks where I got my lovely furniture from. So excited for it to arrive soon!!

I went to the location on Fullerton with my wife and four daughters in hopes of finding new furniture since we are moving into a much bigger place. James Freeman greeted us right away, was very personable and welcoming, and gave us space in order to look around and peruse their selections. Once we reviewed everything on the floor, James was extremely knowledgeable of the dining and bedroom sets we were interested in. He knew all of the options for the sets, and he helped us navigate the selections and pricing with ease while being candid and honest with us. The process of purchasing the dining and bedroom sets was relatively quick, and James scheduled everything to line-up with our move-in date, which was excellent. We had a great experience because of James, we love all the furniture we purchased, and we cannot wait to have the bedroom and dining sets in our new home.

Peter was amazingly helpful, very friendly, knowledgeable & very upfront about the products on the sales floor. He wasn't pushy & allowed my wife & myself to make our own decisions. Of course he was explaining what the difference was from one product over the other. One sofa had more comfort or options then the other and he patiently explained every detail of everything we asked about. We spent almost 3 hours in the store looking around & asking questions.The whole time everyone was professional and friendly. They have coffee, snacks & even ice cream. Amazing place and I never say that about any store. I hope the owner reads this cause that store and staff deserves the recognition. I went into Bobs furniture and unfortunately witnessed a terrible interaction with a manager Aaron Deleon I believe that was his name. He denied a young black woman with an infant and an elderly woman I believe was her mother a sales price that was listed, he literally lied in their face!!! I was in utter shock. It’s so unfortunate what people go through going into a store to spend their money with a company and to be treated like this. I spoke to the young mother outside and she shared the video with me. It’s heartbreaking. I was going to purchase a grand manor bedroom set and decided not to do business here. This manager needs to fired because he is hindering his salesmen from making commission and he is not the face the company should use for representation. I felt so sorry for the salesman he looked so uncomfortable and disappointed.

Bradley and Maurice were an absolute pleasure to work with. Bradley greeted us at the door as soon as we walked in. Cordial, open and welcoming. Most salesmen are pushy when making a large sale. This was not the case. Although we spent an hour in the shop, it did not seem as such. Time was taken to explain different pieces and price options. Appropriate time between interactions to give us time to figure out what was needed. Best perk, for our son, was the complimentary ice cream at the cafe. Overall experience was not bedraggled and time consuming. I would definitely recommend this location, Bob’s on Fullerton, for furniture needs. We read some reviews and they were not the best. We still took a chance and are happy thus far with our decision. Will re-review once our selection arrives. Well done Bob’s, well done!!

I truly could not advise more that you go elsewhere for your furniture needs. We went in store to get the feel of our new couch but ended up ordering it online from Bob's later that day. Upon receiving our new couch, we were missing the entire chaise and had not been notified at all that it would not be with the rest of the couch and would come later. After numerous phone calls and no response, we finally find out that the chaise is going to be delayed at least 4 months from the rest of the couch. Mind you, they are in no rush to get us the final portion of our couch that we paid for months ago. They are unwilling to refund us any amount until we receive the chaise and at this point we aren't even sure if it ever will show up. Terrible service, no communication, and no respect for customers purchases.

But their business and management were discriminated every Christian from Middle East and specifically the regional manager John Stowell he is theif and liar. And everyone here are playing games on customers and employees. No one follow up any real polices towards every condition. Bob’s company management are racists, they support only certain religious from certain countries. We don’t fight the enemies outside the USA only. we watch the wrongs who are inside the USA Don’t ever dare to harrased a women in USA in every condition. This was my 3rd stop looking for the right couch and for the right price. I was a bit frustrated and annoyed with the pressure from the sales people at the other places. I honestly however, was very pleased with Bob's from the moment I walked in, to the moment I left the store. Everyone was welcoming and nice. Kudos especially to Jose. He was so understanding, attentive to what I was looking for, and laid back. Gave me all the time I needed, no rush, and no pressure. It was a very pleasant experience and certainly didn't feel like I was just another sale for the day. I was extra happy that he helped measure the couch I purchased to make sure it would fit in my small apartment. I've been referring all my friends there since!

I highly recommend Bob's Discount Furniture on Fullerton. I was there looking for some home decorating accessories like table or floor lamps, an entertainment center and counter-height bar stools. The sales associate and the sales manager were both courteous, and very helpful without being pushy or trying to sell me anything. I think the selection was excellent of all the items that I saw and I think the prices of things were very reasonable considering that on the same day I had been to four other major furniture stores. I am glad we have Bob's Discount Furniture in Chicagoland, we needed some more competition for some of the larger Furniture chains. I highly recommend Bob's Discount furniture.

This place is super unprofessional. Starting off with the salesman, she told us the delivery was going to get here in 3 to 5 weeks in december of last year. It kept getting delayed and delayed then out of nowhere i get an email saying theyre coming on a day im at work so i call to reschedule and the people end up coming to my house to deliver it and i wasn’t there so they left a voicemail profanities and being rude. I scheduled again for today (feb 5) after the incident and they arrived to the other side of the building after being up since 6AM to wait for the arrival. This whole experience with bob’s furniture has just been terrible, wouldn’t recommend it to anyone or buy from here ever again.

My first time in a Bob’s, and it was super successful! Was greeted when I walked in, but not bombarded by sales people or pressured at all. It was great. Matt was someone I first talked to, super helpful dude. Then when I was ready to make a purchase I was hooked up with Skylar. Great guy! Shared all the important info I needed after buying a couch. They made the process super easy and I’m stoked to get my new couch delivered! It was Labor Day weekend, so they had good sales, face painting and balloon animals! I forgot to get one, and that is my only regret. One salesman had his face painted, and I will admire that until my last breath. Thanks to the staff of Bob’s in Lincoln Park!

Went to look at furniture since I just got a new place and needed everything from living room to dinning room to my sons bedroom set and Vinnie was fantastic! Greeted me when i entered the front door introduced himself and led me to what I was first looking for and let me look calmy and did not hover over me pressuring me as a lot of people do when you go to look at furniture. He answered all my questions and gave me financial options and his own opinion on what he thought was best for my situation. Overall great experience and will for sure be going back if i need anything further and asking for vinnie. Great sales man and even great conversation!

I came in indecisive in purchasing a mattress. A sales associate by the name of Vince was extremely helpful and giving the information about the mattresses and also gave me space to be able to make a sound decision. What began as browsing turned into an actual purchase of a new queen mattress. Not only was he very helpful, but he was also very polite and funny. I haven't had a pleasurable sales experience in a long while. If I had to rate this, this would be my number one top sales experience in 2022. You rock Vince! I will definitely be sending people your way and I'll be back to buy something to sit on besides the floor!

Yesterday I went in to Bobs Discount furniture to look for a couch and was very happy with the amazing service I received! Alan was the sales person who helped me and he was extremely helpful. Alan was not only so kind, but also incredible at his job! He showed me a variety of different couches and all of the different features with each. Alan was very patient with my indecisive-ness and helped me find the perfect sectional. I was happy to find such a great couch at a very reasonable price. My entire house (except for my dining room) has Bob's Discount Furniture in it. I've been a customer of theirs for years and I have never had a bad experience. Every piece of furniture I have is still in tact and functional. I also have their protection plan for just in case anything does happen to any piece of furniture I have. No regrets at all. Ask for Ted. He's the absolute best! He's very kind and extremely patient. I changed my mind a couple of times while in the store and he was extremely patient with me. I'm a happy Bob's Discount Furniture customer. Absolutely no regrets here. ️

Never got email, text, phone call saying they need a pic of couch to continue to file goof proof claim. Now they saying because I didn’t respond in 30 days claim is closed. What an absolute SCAM!! Paid for goof proof coverage for a reclining couch & the mechanics failed. Recliner is stuck in recliner position. Filed a claim over 2 weeks ago & no reply, phone call or email. Buyer beware when you pay for added warranties. It’s a scam. I will say the girl at Lincoln Park store was excellent but unfortunately they aren’t affiliated with the warranty company so there is nothing she could do.

I’m not sure why there’s so many bad reviews! I had a great experience with Jimmy at Bobs in Lincoln park! We were approached right away and literally the first couch jimmy showed us, I knew that was the one I was looking for. He showed us a few more but I was certain about the first one. I appreciated that he was polite, knowledgeable, and not pushy. Sometimes sales people can be too much, jimmy was not! And that honestly made me really like bobs discount furniture. And I’ll be sure to go back for further furniture needs because of the great customer service we had from jimmy!

Great sales experience. We were greeted by Ted who is very personable. He explained how pricing works at Bobs and let us know he was there to help. No high pressure sales; he was just available for questions and explanations while at same time giving us space. After we chose our furniture the checkout process was simple and again everything explained thoroughly in regards to delivery, protection plans, manufacture warranty and cost breakdowns. Good selection of furniture with many options for customization and configuration if you need to go that route. Thank for the help Ted!

Before I could even look at anything the sales agent was on a roll trying to upsell their furniture insurance. Like what’s he up selling insurance for when he didn’t even know what I was looking for? This really needs to be brought up while closing, not right in the door. I would try to ask a question, and he would go right back into the insurance sales pitch. Clearly this is how they make their money? The insurance? I couldn’t get out of there quick enough honestly, going to order online, and when I do I’ll certainly be skipping the “goof proof” protection plan.

Literally the most stress-free furniture shopping experience I could ask for. Jeffrey was helpful and courteous, and completely low-pressure. Stuck around to answer all of our questions, and provided insights where appropriate, but didn’t hover when we wanted to browse, or needed to discuss privately. The couch we bought was at a great price, and we he quality is great as well. Finally, the GoofProof warranty makes spending that much money on furniture feel like an investment, rather than a weight around our necks. Definitely shopping here again!

The store was clean and well organized. A lot of furniture stores are the same, so we depended a lot on the customer service. Miranda C was an excellent associate to work with. We went and explained our budget and what we were looking for and she showed a lot of great choices and talked us through all the payment options. Shopping for furniture at Bob’s was a pleasant experience. The sales representatives are very knowledgeable and patient. Michelle was absolutely amazing!! We came to her frustrated and in desperate need of a new sofa. We had just had the worst experience with Ashley Home Store, that we made her aware of. That being said, Michelle went above and beyond to help us find the perfect sofa! We left an hour later with a piece that was even better than the original one we ordered and for a better price!!! The store itself was clean and very inviting. Loved the little cafe in the back. Will definitely shop there again with Michelle! Thank you!!

Went to the BoB’s on Fullerton to get my mom, who’s 87 years old, a chair. We were greeted by Bill who provide some of the best customer service I’ve received in years. My mother was pleased with Bill’s efforts to make sure she could test as many chairs as they had in the store that fit her specifications. He even went as far as carrying chairs over to us in order to save my mom from having to walk long distances around the store. She found a chair that fit her needs perfectly! Thank you Bill for your efforts!

Horrible, stopped in just to get a couch, got held up for an hour listening to them jabber about conspiracy theories (good dude, weird conversations I didn't want to have) had two couches delivered broken. JUST want a refund to go somewhere else and holy moly it would be easier pulling teeth then. From store employee, manager, AND TWO help lines later over an hour on the line. Would give 0/5 but unfortunately you have put a 1/5 Do not buy from them there QC for $1200 items is the worst I've even seen

Went in here on a whim after spending the past weekend probably going to 200 different furniture stores and not finding anything good that was worth the money. But this was my first time in a Bob's (I had never even heard about the brand before) and was blown away by how affordable everything was! Joe was great and didn't pester us too much while we were looking and we actually ended up buying a recliner that would get delivered in less than a week would recommend 10/10

My daughter and I were looking for a nice couch for her new apartment in Lincoln Park. We happened upon Bob’s Discount Furniture, and I’m glad we did. Jacqueline provided awesome service. She was kind, knowledgeable of the products and answered every question we had. Our only disappointment was we were unable to have it delivered this week before her classes start. However, it will be delivered next week. I definitely recommend this location. Ask for Jackie. She’s a jewel.

Awful products and even worse “protection plan”. Our couch leg broke while simply sitting in it- after a little over a year of use. And the couch wasn’t cheap. We bought the insurance plan for 5 years. For their insurance plans, Bob’s contracts a company called Guardian Products Protection. This company is beyond awful and doesn’t do their job honoring or fixing broken products. Look them up..1 star rating on google with over 300 reviews. Shop elsewhere.

The sales person I had was hella good. Letty 10/10. Now the other male sales associates, uhhh they were ok lol except for not helping/not knowing how to take apart a couch, so my husband had to step in. Was told they would help put it in the vehicle but they didn’t. Just helped my husband take apart the couch and just left us right away to stand around waiting for a sale. Hire more people who will help with taking apart stuff and helping with carrying..

I just want to say Sergio is amazing!! When my husband and I walked in to Bob's Furniture Sergio greeted us right away and help us right away. My husband and I did not have to walk around the store to find someone to help us like we had to do at Ashley Furniture there was no one on the floor to help us walking around for 30 minutes. Sergio helped choose the perfect couches and they arrived sooner then expected which is a big plus. I love my new couches.

Vincent was such a great help, he is very informative and transparent. He wasn't overwhelming, which was great because my wife and I like to shop comfortably. And he made the transaction very easy going, he talked to us about the new beds that came in and he such a great seller we might consider. Very straight forward sales process. Decent selection and a helpful salesperson. The voicemail system on the other hand is a disaster. Nested choices with ambiguous options and no escape to a human (or no obvious way to get a human until you get to the level where you can select talk with someone at the store a few levels deep) Have someone rework the phone system and this would be four or five stars.

No interest if paid before 12 months, delivery and setup (at a charge) and overall experience was good. No pressure salespeople, clean store and bathrooms, complimentary coffee & hot chocolate station. Will be back for a living room set.

Informed staff of my delivery time needs and departure needs. Was told that delivery would be in specified time frame. Delivery pushed 2 hours later and was told there was absolutely nothing to be done. I understand people want to make a sale but this was badly done and I would never consider shopping here with “white glove delivery” again because of the incredibly unreliable delivery times.

I entered store. No one approached me or even said, hello. I found the item I was interested in without help. I then walked over to the office 15 minutes later, still no one approached me. Than she showed me a video.. it’s a shame you guys are baiting and switching that’s not good business. That could’ve been handled way differently. My “leather” couch is excessively peeling less than five years after purchasing it. We purchased a warrantee as well and submitted a claim with multiple pictures providing evidence. They denied the claim saying the damage isn’t covered… I wish I never walked into this store.
