This my first review everrrrr. & in my 30 years of being on the road never have I seen such laziness & disrespect from a tire/auto shop. Owner wasn’t trying to provide service unless I agreed to get a used tire. Said nail was to big for a plug, asked if he can put on my spare. With attitude he replies you have to take it off yourself then I’ll put it on. When I finally agreed to buy used tire, he didn’t have the size in stock & then finally offers to have one of his workers change my spare which was my original request he refused. I’m the type to never complain & as stated this is literally my first review. The younger me would’ve definitely handled it a different way

Came to Bobby’s for my annual inspection , habib was able to assist me with my safety and emissions inspection . Also did a tire removal and install (all 4 ) along with a suspension alignment as recommended when doing tires and suspension components, the staff was friendly and uncle Malik was very nice , offer me tea or water while I waited , they even have a waiting room if you wish to wait while your services are done . Would recommend Bobby’s auto repair for any of your vehicle needs !

Recently, I had an excellent experience with Rich & his team at Bobby's Auto Repairs. I can't recommend them enough, they were easy to deal with, provided fair prices, and they gave me back my car within a quick turnaround time. I had a decent amount of work that was needed on my BMW X2 and they completed it before end of day. They are amazing, friendly, and professional. I intend on going back to them for all my future repair needs. 10 out of 10 review!

I thought these guys were ok but turned out to be crooks. They held my car waiting for an insurance claim. Then when it fell thru they forced me to sign over my car to pay for storage they originally told me I didn't have to worry about. Hasn't been the same since the original owners sold the business, stay clear of these guys. Also they'll charge for every little thing to get more $$ out of you. Big Rich was the only guy that tried to do right by me.

Bobby's has been maintaining my old car for several years now. They have proven to be thorough and skilled, and they (and Rich in particular) have explained repairs and alternatives clearly and comprehensively. Work has been done quickly and costs have been close to what was estimated. I've come to trust them and they're now our regular shop.

Update Jan 5, 2024 After they changed the stabilizer bar links on both sides, it lasted only three months, then ripped off and made a noise while driving; I replaced them and found out the parts the guys replaced were not the correct fit for Honda! Please Beware, you can find another good shop around! Very disappointed!

Wonderful experience great people to work with. They fixed my years long problem of engine heating. They were thoroughly polite and humble. Price is also very competitive. I had visited multiple places but couldn't find the best solution. Look for Moeen he is the best
