In my early 20's I suffered from back injury and over time it got worse. I had to be strict with a work out routine in order to keep my core strong to support my back. Over the past year I broke my ankle and I couldn't exercise and my spine became worse. My dr recommended telsa former as it was originally created for physio therapy. Heard good things about body catalyst so decided to enquire. Had tesla on my abs and glutes to help strengthen my spine while i couldn't work out and was blown away by the results. My spine has become so strong and no longer in pain. Since my treatment i have had updated. x-rays of my spine and it has moved 2 cm for a better alignment which i was so happy and shocked by just incredible treatment! Even now my ankle has healed I have both returned to gym activities but am continuing tesla. It's great as its functionality works in 2 ways it's built up my strength but also from a cosmetic perspective my abs have become tighter, flatter stomach and better looking glutes. In particular Sinead who has been on the body transformation journey since day 1 before everything was up and running in picture perfect condition! The results are amazing! You don’t think there is any change and then you see the before and after shots and measurements! Always making each step informative and encouraging! Just had my first HIFU treatment today. Claire explained everything as we went and made sure I was comfortable at all times. I expected the procedure to but a bit painful, but was surprised that it was not, just a couple of areas that felt a bit stingy. Looking forward to seeing my before and after photos later today.

I couldn't recommend Sinead and Tanesha more highly. The girls were fantastic and always ensured I was comfortable. They took the time to explain everything thoroughly so that I had a clear understanding of the different options available. I am very satisfied with my results based of the recommendations from Sinead.
