The customer service is a BIG NO , both their female and male representatives are not well trained in attending to customers, there is partiality in status and tongues even if you have old customers you need to still acquire more new customers cause this business shouldn’t be destroyed by the workers. Please the management should see to it, I and my sisters came to the bakery this morning and the guy who attended to Us made us know that we are not their old customer and told my sister not to complain. Very annoying and disgusting we are never coming back tho this our first time not sure we want to patronize again

Very poor customer service, the guy displayed a level of partiality in attending to customers having a special treatment of going into the baking room to bring a fresh bread for a particular customer and still claiming right over it simply because I expressed how bittered I am with his behavior. I will never ever go back to this bakery since there’s separation in tongues and status

I have eaten the coconut bread from BoGiant and indeed it is the home of delicious bakery products, it is so tasty and it lasts a while without going bad. If you want the best coconut bread in Ghana, this is the bread that you buy.

Bogiant is a one stop shop for bread and all types of pasteries, with excellent taste and high quality. I love the variety of products. They have the winning combination of consistent quality and great service. Not forgetting the spacious car park. Makes life easy.

Bogiant bread is very tasty. The bakery sells fresh bread all day. The smell of fresh bread greets you immediately you enter. The shop is always well stocked and sometimes if you are lucky you can request for hot bread straight from the oven. This is pretty cool.

NICE PRODUCTS... BAD SERVICE The ladies at the front desk are very rude! I honestly prefer when the men are on their shift, they are more friendly and always ready to help

Their bread are nice and fresh but not my favorite. Their location makes it easy for people to access it and you can visit the Achimota market afterwards.
