Disappointing Experience: Beamout Hospital Coffee Shop The loud music and staff's lack of professionalism at the Beamout Hospital Coffee Shop left me feeling ignored and frustrated. They seemed more interested in socializing than serving customers. A hospital coffee shop should be a peaceful retreat, not a noisy club. Improvement is needed for a better experience.

This coffee shop was a terrible experience. Despite being advertised as Starbucks, the coffee tasted awful, almost like dishwater. When I returned the coffee for a replacement, the second cup wasn't much better. The staff were too busy chatting amongst themselves to provide any customer service, and when I did try to address them, I was met with grunts. I won't be returning to this place again. Starbucks really needs to step up their quality control.

I just popped in for a panini and a coffee... but I the tables were so dirty with rest if the food from previous guest, even was no guests at the tables at that moment.... 4 (four) people behind the counter just laughing and talking each others... looks like then share funny stories (nothing wrong with that) but I supposed to clean my table before my lunch... not a bit of respect for the people who trying to eat on a decent place... especially it's a Hospital Place... very disappointed ...

Coffee not bad. Some staff are friendly and some sure look like they're doing you a massive favor.

It's situated inside the hospital, you'd get in alright. Just maybe don't require their help. They'd be less than enthusiastic to do so.

Depressing place. No savoury food available at 2pm only cakes. The only cafe in the hospital and they have unhelpful staff and no food. Disgraceful

Staff need training!! Many of them don’t engage and are very unfriendly. Not a smile or a thank you. Perhaps not happy in their jobs. From an environmental point of view, why are all the cups and plates disposable?

Popped in for a coffee and scone after bringing someone to an appointment. The scone was stale coffee was ok but the staff were the rudest people I have come across in a long time. I would definitely not recommend this place!
