Billing counter staff,There's no manner..hw to talk with customer .. Last visit 12 may 23 shopping just Rupes 3058.. I am customer of this Shop Since 5 year...as per as print bill .Rule .if any problem with in 15 days..u can visit Again ...26 may ..I Return my (M Lower paint 1299 price) to Shop ..my paint chain Already not Sliding properly.. shop manager said to me with comittent.. newly change by Master Tailor..& inform to me....but today Said cannot any help...I was Shocked... Thanks to All staff of Bombaybala

We need to collect the item once tailour does the work. Discount board is not true. Meaning, if on the board blackberry displays 30% off and I bought one item wherein I did not get advantage of discount as they told- jisme tags lage Hain,wahi discount rehega.. anyway I don't mind paying for quality .

The place is a hoax, they’re selling ethnic wear worth rupees 2000 for 6000 rupees, I will not say it is an expensive place but rather an overpriced place! You’d be better off going to a boutique if you’re willing to spend 5-6k for an ethnic dress or any different shops in Jaripatka or mominpura for clothes better than what they sell at less than half the price, totally got scammed by this store Don’t recommend at all Please don’t waste your time and money here

Good clothing options. Great staff, knowledgeable and patient. I had to take away a star because the POS machines here do not accept international travel cards. If they can update their machines to support international credit cards then I will change my review to 5 stars

This is a good shop, well neat and clean. They greet you once you enter the shop. They have a kurtas section downstairs and have a decent collection. Their staff is supportive and suggest you the better combination but only the drawback is the shop is a little expensive..
