So I bought a 15-day bus pass on March 24th to get back and fourth to work. It was my first pass longer than a day. I was excited to have my 15-day bus pass. The next day, I noticed that IT WAS COMPLETELY USELESS! All the bus operators wouldnt let me or anyone else use their passes. So I thought, "well I guess I paid $34" for something useless. When I called the RTC corporate number on April 6th, they put in a claim. I called RTC back today on April 9th to check up on the status of the pass refund, to be told to return to the BTC and the clerk will take care of me. I swiftly head to the BTC. Once at the counter I explained my situation that on March 25th, RTC Supervisiors told operators to not let anyone swipe passes or insert money. The man at the counter, Brian, quickly, and in a rude manner, said "Free rides started on April 5th". I know thats wrong. I SAW THE SUPERVISIORS TELL, I MEAN INSTRUCT, the operators NOT to accept fare on March 25th. When I called RTC, the first time, on April 6th, their OWN customer service number had a recording on how free rides took effect on March 25th. So my 15-day, $34 buspass was USELESS after ONE DAY! So, the rude man at the window handed me $7, and smiled as he knew I was getting ripped off. I HIGHLY caution everyone when buying any pass longer than a day to know, RTC dont care about anyone at all, they surely didnt care about me!

EDITED AGAIN & AGAIN !! THIS SCUM LAS VEGAS, NEVADA USA RTCSNV BUS TERMINAL, since 7/2014, WITH ALL THEIR EMPLOYEES, SECURITY (works over =f*ucks with the library's customers, the county etc office customers etc..CUZ THEY HAVE SOME FLIM/FLAM BADGE, IN LV NV, THAT IS NOT LAW ENFORCEMENT, but some securiry that can always be bought (ditto for UNLV cops that protect their illegal sanctuary campus gangs)=MAKES MOST GREEDY LIARS), CUSTOMERS, TEAMSTERS, KEOLIS, MEDICOACH DRIVERS ( I DO NOT NEED TO USE MEDICOACH/PARA-TRANSIT), "Ambassadors"(STALKERS ETC), CLEANING & MAINTANCE CREWS ETC ARE MORE AMONG THE GUILTY THAT WILLFULLY AGGRESSIVELY AGGREVATE STALK, HACK, STEAL ETC THE ID'S ONLY I REPRESENT AND DEFEND (SEE MY ONE TWITTER ACCT @IAMONLYCAFFREY) AND CONTINUE TO RETALIATE SINCE I HAVE COMPLAINED AND THEIR BUS DRIVERS, CLEANING CREW, DESK & DISPATCH EMPLOYEES (THEY ARE NOT USA HOMELAND SECURITY) AND SECURITY EMPLOYEES ETC ARE AMONG THOSE GUILTY OF HACKING MY LAPTOP AND SMASHING MY LAPTOP SCREEN WITH RTCSNV BUS DOOR. I HAVE NOT BEEN HOMELESS AND AM NOT HOMELESS AND SINCE I AM NOT UNDER 18 YRS OLD (IT IS IN THE BUS ROUTE MANUAL) I NEVER NEED RTCSNV'S CONCERN &/OR ATTENTION &/OR EVIL EVAL (ILLEGAL)....ALL THESE TYPES THAT EVIL EVAL ARE ALWAYS ILLEGAL,LIARS, GREEDY, THIEVES ETC ETC.

On 12-7-19 at approximately 6:45 pm I was sitting inside the Bonneville bus station waiting for the 208 East to arrive, I was there for approximately ten minuets, when three security guards (two men and a woman)approached me asking to see my bus pass. When I explained that I intended to pay cash and showed the cash in my hand I was told to leave, because the inside of the bus station is for people that have prepaid for bus passes only. Now I'm just one woman and i was not bothering anyone. I just wanted to get home from a hard day at work. I see no reason why the security guards feel a need to harass people that are just minding their own buisness. For that matter if your not allowed to enter the bus station before buying a bus pass, how are you expected to pre purchase a bus pass so you can enter the bus station? In my experience they always sold the bus passes inside the bus station, but I guess people can't do that now? I'm sure the whole thing is on camera if anyone in athuarity that works for the transit system is reading this. I was sitting by myself at the far end by the bicycle entrance. The 5ft tall woman wearing a blue hooded jacket with a bun in my hair, wearing glasses.

It is really important to get to places in a timely manner, so I am not sure why the busses can't. I've been trying to see if they can have the bus get to my transfer point before it's departure from the stop as it is in the schedule. I don't think I'm ever going to be able to say that it was, every time I get to my transfer point the bus is at the stop and all who are in need of getting on run like Olympic Hopefuls even if you can get to the stop before it leaves, they close the door on you because of the issue of the time. Bus (a) is not arriving at the time point before it's time for (b) to be leaving it's stop, so that they can actually be able to connect with one another in time. Who is the genius that thought you might cross two street lights and then walk to the stop before it is ready to go in 1 minutes time UNBELIEVABLE!!! So this results in having to wait for the next bus to get there, now that it's obvious that YOU'RE GOING TO BE LATE FOR WORK !

  • sweet cheeks

The bus going down Flamingo, east and west has been a horrible experience to many many many drivers. Im only complaining because I take this bus, everyday and so does many many many other people. We should have to leave our homes 3 hours early just to get to work. Myself and another lady waited 45 minutes for the bus and I was extra early. While standing at the bus stop, 3 buses passed on the opposite side. As I am writing this I AM SUPER late for work and so are mary many many other people in the bus right now. Something needs to change. I buy a monthly bus every month, most of that time I'm waiting or walking (which is good for me) but wow, all of the bus stops as we speak are filled with people trying to get on the bus. Did I mention we're super late. I hope I don't lose my job because I'm on the bus, as well as all these other people

  • Kelleen Baldwin

I don't mind if the bus runs late, things happen, so usually I always go a bus earlier then needed so I'm not late for work. Today the HDX I was waiting for never came, but the next one did, and driver flew right past me. Next bus isn't for another hour, now I'm gonna be late getting to work. So I walked to Bonneville station to let them know and they informed me that when a bus is running that late they don't have to stop to pick people up, they only have to stop where people want to get let off!!!! That is completely inexcusable!!! Transportation at its absolute worst!!! Oh and just found out the next bus is a half an hour late. Smh, very rude and inconsiderate people, thanks for getting me in trouble at work!!!

Bonneville Transit Center is right in the heart of what is considered downtown Las Vegas. Only blocks from Fremont Street, the Mob Museum and other historical landmarks it is one of the main public transit terminals in Las Vegas. While nearly all the bus stops in the terminal are covered there is a main lobby which provides bathrooms, water fountains, vending machines with drinks and snacks compatible with tap to pay or Payrange and even cell phone charging stations for convenience. Be prepared to show a digital or physical bus pass to use the charging stations as they typically only permit 30 min max use time to give other riders waiting for a bus connection equal opportunity to charge their devices.

  • Terrance Johnson

Don't go here security here are rude they don't do there job correctly and are not sufficient on talking to customers and they bus drivers are rude to they quick to kick you off the bus and won't pay you for having to deal with homeless people that bath in the restrooms or kick them out when there in the stalls getting high everytime you talk to security they have a attitude and get aggressive then if you have to defend yourself for them attacking you they get away with it still if I can get enough people to sign a petition we can change all of it and get them to be better and have cleaner restrooms and more

  • Q The RetroGamer

This isn't about the station itself but the buses that come to it. These buses supposed to be on a schedule but they are never on time. They're already late and then they sit at each stop for like 2-3 minutes!!!!! You would think that they would a. Stick to the schedule and b. Run more buses frequently especially on buses that have to load and unload multiple wheelchairs (often at one time depending on the bus route) especially during the day. The Bonanza bus are notorious for multiple wheelchairs and sitting at stops although their already late. The RTC knows this and does nothing about it.

  • Heather Lloyd

At 1:26pm on Sunday July 9th 2017 the bus driver was completely RUDE and DISRESPECTFULL. I take medication, Zoloft, gabbapention, visteral and lithium. I had a cup of water from 7 11 with WATER. Double lid so it wouldn't spill, and he wouldn't let me on. Its at least 112° f out side?! What the hell! I can die if I dont drink water with my meds! Did he have more money to give me so I could replace what I needed? No, I garinte he didn't. So RUDE, INCONSIDERATE AND COMPLETE AND UTTER DISRESPECT! IM GOING TO COMPLAIN AS SOON AS THEY OPEN! AND BOY OH BOY DO THEY HAVE AN EAR FULL COMING THERE WAY!

  • Jay Bondoc (Ellen Ravenclaw)

There's a major sanitary and safety issue and it's that the bathroom(s) are missing soap in their soap dispensers every time I come here for a bathroom break after a long transit trip to anywhere in town. The passengers that use the bathroom usually would not have the opportunity to wash their hands after elimination and would have to ride the buses with their hands dirty. Usually I wouldn't count small technical issues like this for places with high amounts of people going in and out, but my concern is that this situation could become a city-wide pandemic waiting to happen.

  • Anisha James

What ever male bus driver driving the 101 bus number 17634 Northbound feb 11th. was very rude. My dude had a 30day which we paid for. And laminated it. (We know now not to laminate) after two weeks having it. It had to be that bus driver holding up everyone from getting to work, school and appointments just to tell my dude off. Man if u dont like your job why work for a company. Bus drivers like this dont need be drivers. Please replace besides him and his rudeness i think everything else is great. 2 stars for bus drivers like him

  • Tynia Murphy

I was waiting for my bus. It comes at 4:50 every week day. But today the driver came early and just drove right passed me. A co-worker picked me up and followed the driver so I could get on. Once I was on the bus I noticed there wasn't much people on the bus. He was early so why is he driving pass stops. I told him he drove right passed me. He didn't even care to stop. He said he didn't see me. I told him he should slow down when he gets to a stop so he can notice next time. He was rude about the situation. No respect.

  • Roberto Solis Rodriguez

Called the Customer service line and was told to show up with my medical documents, clarity card that shows my disability and or Medicaid card in order to get a reduced bus pass via the app but it really didn't happen that way. I wastedy time coming here just to get conflicting info at the Customer service desk. They really need to get it together regard thier services and eligibility, it's like the front desk people blame the call center reps. It extremely unprofessional and a waste of my time as a paying customer.

  • Donald Gove

The RTC is a place to change buses, has customer service windows, you can buy a bus pass here, as well as get information on the routes, ask a question, etc. there's a restroom here, both men and women, but it's also a place where people with nothing to do are hanging out there, there's homeless people who are asking for change, a cigarette, and they hang out in the restroom, but the security that's there are always keeping an eye out, it's safe, I don't know about night time, I've never been there at night.

  • Diego Guardado

Security here is very unprofessional. They kicked 2 girls out (not bothering anyone) according to them have been there too long. That’s fine rules are rules. What’s unprofessional is he continued to say they were prostituting ... keep in mind these are really young girls. Not only was that disrespectful, but they were a lesbian couple for his information because I got to talk them a little. In other words teach your employees to treat their job like a job I’m half as old as he was and I know the difference.

  • Bart Aroyan

Went in the lobby to get something to drink I was waiting for my bus and as soon as I sat down to drink my water the security came over told me to leave. There were no one in the lobby but me. The sign on the window said no more than 10 people here due to covid. I asked him why I need to leave I'm not bothering anyone I'm the only guy here. But he only knows one thing just doing my job . Shame on bonneville bus linea

  • Norman Shepard

Decent modrn ,well lit facility but bathrooms could be bigger and the snacks are overpriced. Sitting is at a premium but they do have a recharge station and Wi-Fi with good security when you meet the druggies and mental defectives that talk to themselves or grunt at you when you approach. Could be much worse, like LA or NY. You can see the struggling and downtrodden faces searching for answers...

  • Brenda Yi Adams

I MUST take a brief five minutes to let the public know that their not ALL bad. Just this morning on the Deuce I was LITERALLY Running to the bus as he was pulling away,(as I was about to stop) I realized he STOPPED ( yes waited) if ANYONE knows the Usual bus drivers Very Seldom would they wait. Let alone STOP!!!! I just want to say THANK YOU to the driver of this bus this morning!!!!

  • Tonk johnson

I really don't appreciate buses not being on time I lost my Job of one year because my car broke down n had to catch the bus these buses have made me late all week and it's sad because I leave two hours before I start work. Have a bus driver on the 207 at Nellis and Stewart Get off the bus after she was already 4 mins late to go buy junk n make me miss my next bus

  • Geric Bandivas

Not reliable... comes late most of the time... to all the tourist buy the passes in bus terminal instead of paying inside the sdx or deuce bus it's a scam if u buy it inside the deuce and sdx... there's not even a train or something in Vegas to get from downtown Vegas to Henderson or summerlin... if u don't own a car ur more likely have to deal with the bus...

  • Andrew Woehrer

Just got attacked by a homeless man in the bathroom. Security didnt do anything I told them I wanted to press charges they didnt even speak to me. Different rules for different people. I guess its not against the rules for a homeless man to attack another person. Its possible they wouldnt act because he was black its hard to say but I was definitely attacked.

  • ZANAYEH Williams

This place is the most horribly incompetent unprofessional and laziest place ever the busses are never on time and most of the drivers and supervisors are liers I only gave it 2 stars because there are only 2 drivers that I know who are actually good people the rest are just ugggg UGGGGGGGG !!!!!!!!! and I do have videos to prove just how horrible yall are

  • Mark Tobler

The center is clean and well staffed. I have never felt unsafe in the neighborhood, nor have I had to play "dodge the homeless." (Is that a thing or is hyperbole strong with some of these entitled reviewers?) Tip: there is a parking lot to the south across the street mainly for employees, but a few spots can be found for the bus riding, driving public.

  • Mark Myszak

Security more concerned with harassing a cigarette smoker than an abandoned back pack. Harassed and threatened me because I said foul language is uncalled for. Threatened me with jail. And tried to steal my bus pass. I wonder if the guy that ran away with the abandoned back pack was the owner... or was it a terrorist bomb being spirited away

  • Ricardo Perez

This place is gotten downhill security don’t even do nothing to people who are not wearing masks they just let it go, buses are not even 50% like they said to prevent covid and I even asked a driver are they even cleaning at night with “ medical grade cleaner”like there flyer inside the bus said and she said “I haven’t seen anything personally “

  • Bruce M.

Nothing special but it's a good place to launch a good time for downtown Las Vegas. Bike share and catch the bus to most places in Las Vegas. Purchase the monthly and two weeks bus passes and get the ID card for seniors and other stuff. Restroom and the Bike shop and repair. Covered seats for waiting for the bus outside. …

  • darlene donoghue-anekwe

I take 2 busses to college and 2 to return home. I use this mode of transit daily. The drivers are accommodating most of the time. Occasionally there are very annoying passengers but that comes with public transport. I'm quite happy with the fact Vegas has a transit system that covers most of the large city. Happy riding!

  • Ofelia (JESUS's girl)

U can buy tickets here at the customer service windows and at the kiosk box. It's better to buy it at the window. At the kiosk box, once u get it there, it is already validated. Too many homeless and it smells here, too. The women's restroom is somewhat clean. U can charge your phone here too. …

  • Aaron Jefferson

Bus route 214 West number 18725 driver is extremely rude. I asked her to please turn the AC off because it's freezing cold and she wouldn't take the pleasure to respond. Lots of people are getting sick because of the cold weather. We certainly don't need A/C when it's cold outside. Turn the A/C OFF!!!

  • C M

Definitely a mix of people traveling here. Signs and maps should be more noticeable for tourists. 50/50 with bus drivers.. some were very nice and fun but others could be super mean and rude... 113 definitely the most entertaining bus. Clean location, open 24hrs, security isn't that nice though..

  • Eyez FRFX

Have had to call a $20 Uber on the fly multiple times for multiple routes after trying different times to catch these buses. Money I didn't intend to spend. The worst part is it's not even any construction on some of the routes that have been the latest. I'm talking 30mins to an hour. Terrible

  • Richard Smith

Driver (106) south bound just before 10 am on 8/3/2022 was extremely rude, I have noticed this about several drivers since Covid. If you don’t want to drive city buses (THEN DON’T) Granite these drivers handle all types of people, but DON’T allow these types of riders dictate your day.

  • CWOLFCHI 96

Sitting on a bus rn (207) west and this female drove up on the sidewalk,1st mistake then drove the wrong way,2nd mistake and now driving slow while being escorted by an transit supervisor. Very late also Please make sure the driver know what and where they need to go and do.

  • Roxi

The 106 is continuously late which makes me miss my other bus 9 times out of 10. And when you make a complaint nothing gets done about it. I have made several complaints and I get the same response every time and the bus is still late almost every day. Nothing has changed.

  • Thomas Wiktor

For being the main hub for almost all bus lines, this place is seriously lacking in amenities. The bike shop is great but the 3 beat up and usually broken vending machines are not nearly enough. You can't go anywhere either because it is unsafe if you wander a block away.

  • Dawand Dothard

Security & Bus drivers are really unprofessional & rude with an attitude always. Security think they really are police and bus drivers think they own the buses seriously. This issue need to be fixed because us as citizens shouldn't have to deal with their stupidity

  • DTV NJ

This Place Blows Dust...Always Late...The Staff(Drivers) Are Rude And Ignorant...And The Busses Are Always Breaking Down...Which Means I'm Always Late For Work. Hands Down, RTC Sucks!!! If I Had To Say The Best Bus Company, I Would Say New Jersey Transit.

  • Anthony Luchese

Worst Bus system I have ever used in the USA !!!! always late never on time , rude drivers , Stinky Dirty Homeless always hanging around causing Chaos Well what can I say welcome to POS Las Vegas where the city is built on Losers , SmH

  • Matthew Fried

You have to play Dodge the homeless when walking around here so prepare to be repeatedly asked for change while waiting for a bus. But there is security here and I have never felt unsafe here and this is a fairly decently lit facility.

  • Noneofyour Damnbuisness

The 108 bus is the worst stop ever always late drivers will pass you up cause they are late and they keep moving stops making it difficult to get to and from where ever it is you have to be ( work hospitals, home where ever ) ......

Clean building inside & out, even tho the homeless frequent the grounds at certain times. The security on site make sure to keep travelers as safe as possible, and there are vending machines and charging stations throughout.

  • T German

Location appears clean, buses on time, security, and staff available for questions. Only problem, people smoking everywhere, even with a no smoking sign next to them. No enforcement, so non-smokers are bombarded with smoke.

  • Napoleon Hartsfield

The have no respect for it's customers as on 11/20/20 at approximately 6:01 I was right by the wells fargo ATM running late for work and a second away from the bus 109 to go to flamenco the bus pulled off on me.

  • patrick mitchell

It has been recently built in the last few years. But I would call it efficient. The people there are friendly enough to get you the answers you need, whether it be the bus drivers, security, or staff inside.

  • Tony Cisco

This is where many busses intersect. There is also a bike shop inside, restrooms and a customer service counter where you can purchase bus passes, reduced fare identification cards and various other business.

  • Sheila Armistead

You have to wonder if you are at a transit center or a detention center. Lots of security personnel, but they are definitely needed as there are many homeless/lost people in and around the transit center.

Nice transit center, however soda prices are too high. $1.50 for a can soda is ridiculous

This place is a Zoo! Security is always hassling patrons. If it a must you visit, beware.

Great, can't honestly think of anything of complaint or dislike about it at all °

No drama, fortunately. Restroom wasn't too bad. Not a long wait for my transfer.

Had a bus driver stick his middle finger up at me at 915 on sunset at sandhill
