I'm not one to usually write a negative review but this company were terrible! I booked a maxi van for a group of 7 to come and pick us up and take us to a restaurant we had booked for a certain time. The booking process was straight forward and easy, but I was a bit suspicious as it seemed a little to easy and I had to ask for a confirmation email to be sent, which was done but not in a very professional format. Our taxi was booked for 11:15am and was not there by 11:20 so I tried to call and couldn't get through to the person I had been texting to make the booking. I sent him a message to ask where he was and he just messaged back and said I'll check with your driver. When I made the booking I had explained to him that we needed to be at the restaurant by a certain time otherwise they wouldn't hold our table. I finally got to speak to someone and he just said I can't get on to your driver so you will just have to wait until I can find out where he is. By this time we were already running 15 minutes late so I furiously told him not to worry. One of our group ended up having to drive as we didn't have time to organise any other transport. It was such a disappointing start to what was supposed to be a fun girls day out.

Worst service or lack of! Would not recommend this company and will never use again. Confirmed maxi cab booking on Sat for 10.30 am Sun p/up for our group to be transported to concert. Got a wake up call from a driver at 6am at different address. (clearly mistake) 10.30 arrived, no sign of taxi, rang co & man said he would find out where taxi was & call back. Never heard back!! Had to organise another more reliable company, we were now 1/2 hr late. Had this company booked for way home & surprisingly they actually arrived! We were a bit reluctant, I had set quoted price but driver decided to charge an extra $20 per stop on top of original quote. Totally ridiculous increase!

We hired a maxi taxi through Nadir to take us to the airport with our big luggage. He was quick to confirm the booking, arrived on time and was super courteous. Highly recommend
