आफ इस वेबसाइट पर भरोषा कर सकते है मे अपने बारे में बताऊँ तो मेरा अनुभव बहोत अच्छा रहा है सुरु - सुरु में online payment करने से डर रहा था और इसीलिए मे website पर दिये गये नम्बर पे कॉल किया और उनसे पुछा की यदि में online payment करता हूँ तो कोई परेशानी तो नही होगी तो उन्होंने मुझसे कहा आफ बेफिकर रहीये और मेने online Payment किया और मुझे extra dilivery charge ve नही देना पड़ा dilivery के लिए . और में अनार किताब का paking का बात करू तो बहुत जबरदस्त था में आपको बता दू मैंने यहाँ से Atlas order किया था जो सभी जगह unavalible था पर यहाँ था में इतना तारिफ इस website का इसलिये कर रहाँ ताकि में आपके बता संकू यह ws सच में बहोत अच्छा है और में चाहता हूँ आफ इसको support करे और इसपर भरोषा करे और इस ws को आगे बदाये

पुस्तक खरीदने वाले...पहले दिए हुए contact number पर कॉल कर यह सुनिश्चित करें.... कि आपके ऑर्डर का रिस्पॉन्स दिया भी जायेगा या नहीं!!.....Boookart वाले फोन कॉल का रिस्पॉन्स नहीं देते...जो की बहुत खराब तरीका है....साथ ही....मंगवाई गई पुस्तक की बजाय कोई अन्य पुस्तक भेजने की भी इनका प्रणाली बदतर है....हो सकता है आपकी पुस्तकों की डिलीवरी हो जाय ....परंतु किसी दूसरी पुस्तक का आ जाना और फोन कॉल का रिस्पॉन्स नहीं देना....इनकी बुरी व्यवस्था के साथ इनके गैर जिम्मेदाराना तरीके को दर्शाता है....Boookart को अपनी प्रणाली में सुधार की जरूरत है.....खरीदने वाले संभलकर ही खरीदी करें.....

India's no. 1 fraud book seller I have seen. I ordered book on 29th august but even after 1 week no update on it. On website it showing as "not shipped" on 6th september. I have tried every method to contact them, through call , whatsapp message , E-mail, whatsapp voice call etc. But does not received any response. They don't pick up the calls. Do not but anything from you will not get it definitely. They are taking money and no response after that. Such a pathetic experience.

Very bad experience....they deserve a ZERO star. They are frauds... After payment they show order status as PENDING and payment status - INCOMPLETE on their website. I even shared proof of payment on their email. Even then no reply from them. And they don't pick the phone you can try hundreds of times. I think they have looted my hard earned money and I have to take strict action to get my money back.

बेहद घटिया अनुभव। 5 मॉर्च को ऑर्डर (पेमेंट के साथ) करने के बाद, ऑर्डर का कोई अपडेट नहीं, 25 मॉर्च को जब फ़ोन करके पता किया तो कहा गया कि जो बुक ऑर्डर की गई है वो अभी उपलब्ध नहीं है कोई दूसरी चाहिए तो भेज देते हैं, मतलब कि हमारे समय और पैसे की कोई अहमियत ही नहीं, एक ऑर्डर के चक्कर मे 20 दिन बर्बाद कर दिए और उसके बाद भी कोई जवाबदेही नहीं। जब ऑनलाइन ऑर्डर पूरे नहीं कर सकते तो ऑर्डर लेते ही क्यूँ हो।

Worst book store It is a worst book store I have seen. On website book is available and you can order but in reality book is not their in store . So once you order a book, your money is gone forever. It will not be shipped at all and you will not get it. They will not respond on call msg or mail etc. So don't waste your money and choose some other store.

You delivery partner is so rude!! They didn't deliver any item they just wrote down "Call not attend" in from of me on the bulk of item... They didn't even call!!!! After some day they return our products!!
