My recent experiences at Boots in Piccadilly Circus, London, have been quite disappointing, to say the least. If I had the option, I would rate this store with zero stars. The customer service is far from satisfactory, with staff showing little interest in assisting customers, even when the store isn't busy. It's disheartening to witness such lack of care and attention, which has led me to walk out of the store on multiple occasions. Unfortunately, the consistently bad experiences at Boots have left me with no choice but to seek alternative shopping options, such as Amazon, where I can receive better service and a more pleasant shopping experience. It's a shame, as I would have preferred to support a physical store like Boots, but their subpar customer service has pushed me away. In summary, my encounters at Boots in Piccadilly Circus have been consistently disappointing due to the poor customer service. It's disheartening to have to rely on online alternatives like Amazon for a more satisfactory shopping experience. I hope that Boots takes customer feedback seriously and makes improvements to ensure a better shopping experience for its patrons.

Extremely poor service from Sarah-Jane… Don’t spend your hard earned money in this store. I’ve spent over £80 in the store on Dior products. The service was highly disappointing as I have handed over my card to the Dior assistant Sarah-Jane but she didn’t scan it properly. Additionally as a student I get additional 10% off so I always make sure to use the advantage card. I’ve never been asked if I had one I had to ask Sarah-Jane to scan my card. She’s also informed me she doesn’t even have any bags which was ridiculous. I simply thought Dior products may not have the additional 10% Student Discount so I’ve paid what I’ve been asked for. I wouldn’t think to check the shop assitant every step of the way. Unfortunately only at home I’ve realised the card was never scanned and I’ve not only missed around £2.50 worth of points and after checking with the customer service team I’ve realised I’ve also missed the additional discount! Avoid as there’s a poor service. Shop assistants don’t care and just want to have a chat among each other. You get ignored in store and need to ask for basically everything…

I have been a regular customer for a long time. Never have a problem but today at 8.30pm I went to do click and collect. I know where to go to collect but after waiting for awhile, no one came so I went over to the paying till where there was a person. I queued just like everyone else. The female staff said that i have to go to click and collect till. When I said I was there and no one comes. Her response was ‘I didn’t even see you’. The fact that I was doing the right thing in the first place but one there to help, so I myself have to seek help myself. The response was so rude. There are many ways to say like if you go back there, i get someone to help as an example. But what is the point of having click and collect if the staff can’t even see as she said herself. Might as well just use the same till if the staff herself can’t even see. I could end up there for ages and no one can see me.This is a disappointment. No point in having separated till if the staff can’t see. Please find a solution to this or train your staff how to do service properly. Thank you.

On their website and APP, even here, it states the special Xmas opening time (before Xmas Eve) is 11pm so I went there last night. It turned out not to be true. The downstairs still shut at normal time. It is only the upstairs that is open. It is a waste of my time but they could have made it that clear very easily. Also on their APP, it states a particular product I was looking for is in stock but I couldn't find it anywhere. I asked a lady upstairs sitting near the self service cash point and she was plain lazy and didn't want to offer any help. The reason I mention her ethnicity is purely for the management to know which person should you want to investigate further. The time when I spoke to her was 10:25pm 22/12/2021. Then another guy working there told me that he never saw the product and it might be out of stock and the website doesn't update real time. I told him that it shows in stock for weeks. I checked it this morning, still says in stock!

It was a distressing and out-of-control moment for me, but the exceptional service provided by the team, especially the lady (with black hair and eyes), helped me feel better. Despite not being able to remember her name due to the trauma of the situation, she quickly assessed the situation and provided assistance. I want to extend my gratitude to the entire Boots team for their exemplary service and apologize for any inconvenience I may have caused the cleaning team. I am continually impressed by the efficiency and expertise of the Boots pharmacists, who consistently go above and beyond in addressing urgent medical issues. While Boots may not be a hospital, the staff's ability to handle emergency situations is truly commendable. Thank you for your exceptional care.

The worst experience. Went there 2 days ago to get a wrist supporter. Ask for the pharmacist help, all she said is there, over there and you can fit small. I thought a pharmacist job is to help but I guest she is just too busy to even try to. So bought the item and come back wanted to use them. Gust what it’s too big for the size S. Went back today to get refund or exchange and the manager said we cannot exchange or refund for a safety reason. I asked which part of safety it said in the receipt because it only says medicine, food or personalised gifts. None of this is under that category. I mean?? Seriously, it didn’t fit and I was advise the wrong product. Where is my right as your customer. Thank you but next time I’ll stock all my medicine stuff back home or I visit Paris where they actually do spend time and ask you questions.

The pharmacy staff at Boots Piccadilly give the worst customer care ever and when you complain about them to the store manager the manager can only apologise and say they have tried to resolve the (known) issues but they seem to have absolutely no power over the pharmacy staff. I complained about how rude they are and that they like to announce your medical condition when you collect your prescription and the result is that they will no longer administer me my prescription in my local store! Lol! It's such an obvious abuse of power. Seems even the poor hen pecked customer care team jump to the pharmacy staff drum at Boots Piccadilly. It all seems very corrupt and wrong. I'll get to the bottom of this. I don't like big pharmacy controling the populace!

Your staff’s attitude stinks. Terrible experience. the person next to us knocked over the whole bottle of foundation liquid, splashed on my shoes and trousers, a very large area, and your staff has been shirking the responsibility all the time , repeatedly telling us that it’s not their fault at all, shifting the blame to someone else. In fact, we saw the staff who knocked over and splashed me. No actions, no apologies, no compensations. They only knew to disclaim their responsibility, and that’s your staff. That’s your attitude. I can’t wear my whole pair of shoes anymore and they worth quite a lot. No more boots. and I will warn others of your stink attitude.

A very good destination if you are buzy and need the everyday cosmetic essential. There is a pharmacy as well on the top floor. On the ground floor is beauty and they stock some of the most well known brands like clinique ysl loreal and many others. The top floor is dedicated mote to the essentials and this year that includes a Christmas gift shop. There is also an opticians and an electrical.section for toothbrushes and shaving. There are a few self service tills. On the ground floor there is a fantastic service but on the first floor the staff is limited so is difficult to.spot them.

The two women at the prescription counter were very poorly mannered and confusing. They didn't tell me how long I had to wait for my prescriptions or where to wait, and when I asked again, they reprimanded me and told me to go and sit over the benches. They were all stand behind the counter and chat very loudly during my waiting. I would have complained to the manager if I hadn't been in a hurry. I will now go to revised pick up location and will not return.

Great location, has loads of deals. I adore this boots store. It's huge and in an awesome spot. I feel like I can buy anything here. Also they have stairs at the back of the store on the right hand side. In case of a broken escalator-long lift lines emergency. Loved that area of the store too. Staff are always working, the ones that stock the shelves. It's nice to see for some reason. Someone is always walking around. It's nice to see staff around.

Matt was amazing when recommending perfumes. Gave us exceptional good service 5 stars for him. Only bad thing is after the purchase security was following us around and even went as far as letting the security alarm go off. I saw that the security upstairs followed us down to the exit and was holding a tag just to stop us. When I confronted the tag in his hand he was embarrassed. So 0 stars for that. Me and my friend were racially profiled (Asian)

I visited this store on the 20th September around 11:30. I was buying a load of products and needed some help as I was in-distress over my phone running out. I was looked after by a team member named Natasha. I can honestly say she gave the best customer service I have ever received and went out of her way and beyond to help me. I honestly can’t thank Natasha enough as she was absolutely outstanding. Best customer service ever. Thank you so much.

Was here for the Our Future Health appointment. I am extremely uncomfortable around needles and blood, but Michelle was very lovely and made the whole process a lot less traumatic. She's also extremely skilled with taking blood, resulting in minimal pain during the process, and barely any bruising afterwards. I often have troubles in past experiences (extremely low blood pressure, tiny veins, etc...) but this was as smooth as it gets.

I went for an NHS flu jab appointment and there were 5+ of us waiting 45+ minutes past our appointments at lunch time with the most unhelpful person failing to give any estimation of a reason or estimated time. (turns out they had messed up the appointment scheduling and double booked) It was the worst given injection I've had in a while, and I get a lot. The vaccine still isn't on my record almost 3 weeks later

Easy to find. Great experience at Boots for a Covid-19 test. Lady was such a darling in explaining why the wait time was longer than scheduled appointments. She willing sought help for a couple who wanted to register. The PCR test went really well, no discomfort felt because she guided me with breathing as she went in the nostrils. Wished I took her name. Book today and have your test done here.

At a prime location in the downtown with very big space, two floors, one for cosmetic and perfumes while the other for pharmacy and health products. However, several store items in the 2nd floor are misplaced or out of stock and several shelves are fully packed!. Staffs are short. Self check in machines are working well. Nazmul of this shop is an absolute jobsworth. Looking to scan customers items when they have been queuing for a long time only to say it is a prescription counter. If it’s a prescription counter, why are you there with your scanner Nazmul? Why do you have the scanner? Humaria also having a lovely chit chat with a colleague whilst multiple customers wait. For my "Our Future Health" appointment, Michelle took great care of me and not only did we have a great conversation, I was able to get some of my Health data such as blood pressure and cholesterol level (I really wanted to know this especially). My wife asked me to buy cough syrup for our daughter and it's my first time in this Boots branch, I approached a crew there and pointed the direction to me where to find this. But when I went in the baby section I still cant find it. So this crew found me wandering and proactively approached me and this time he escorted me with smile and I totally appreciate him!

Sales staff there were quite rude and impatient(it was 3 years ago, but now I want to write the review). I am not sure is that because they are just racist or they treat every customer that way(I mean if the company really want to build the brand by opening a shop in this central area, you better train your staffs to respect others.) Very crowded and very busy but a very touristy location so it's to be honest that it'll be filled with stupidity. The pharmacy is large and they offer a lot of different health services which can be personal so a side room is offered. The main till area upstairs is mostly self service checkouts and there are escalators up and down the entrance to the top floor.

She was really lovely and we had a great experience shopping here

One of the best restaurants in London for sure. The ambience is like no other restaurant in London, you are taken to a huge French brasserie hidden below the busy streets. After 8pm they have live music while you eat. The menu has lots of choices, and the staff are very friendly. Definitely recommend a trip here.

A tip, find a general Beauty Crew member to help, they tend to be more helpful honest and less pushy compared to the brand specific sales person.
