Disorganized store. Not well managed with non engaged employees. All the fragrance bottles are empty for months. So, no testing. In the prescription area downstairs, there is no customer service whatsoever. Pity for the location and size. If this is the customer service they aspire to, the shoo should be run with half the people.

Unfortunately the pharmacy is so disorganised. After waiting 45 minutes, I had to leave as they could fulfil my prescription. I had spoken to one person who agreed one thing to then have it completely changed by a second. I had gone to them as the first place I went to couldn't fill the prescription.

Gigi at Chanel was absolutely wonderful! Went above and beyond. Stayed over her working hours in order to help and choose the perfect product. Packaged everything so beautifully and gave plenty of samples! Best customer service experienced in a while. Will definitely be back!

Fayiz the manager was obstructive and rude,insisting I go back to the store I had bought my product from to have the price checked. Suri, the other manager,dealt with the issue for me in 5 minutes. Fayiz has zero people skills and is intimidating. Not a good face for Boots.

The new Boots store is amazeballs. Warm, inviting and smooth customer experience. The ground floor is mostly make up and brands with the pharmacy, skin care, hair care, products for men/women all on the lower ground floor.
