Zero stars if I could I don’t think I’ve ever had worse customer service and been more disrespected as a customer. This company is an absolute joke! Edit: appreciate their response because it is the perfect example of them being condescending and treating their customers who spend money with them in an extremely disrespectful way. So many other websites to buy posters from why would you ever choose to do business with a company who treats disrespectfully, take a look at a lot of the other poor reviews with similar experiences. The proof is in the pudding and Arseny Libon is one of the most combative representatives/owners of a company I have ever come across in my life. Been in business 10 years and a whole 102 reviews, it’s also not so much the exorbitant amount of negative reviews but the fact that the negative reviews paint the same picture of awful customer service and disrespect, shouldn’t even be one instance of that but keep going on about how it’s only some of your customers you have disrespected not all of them I implore people to not only check the “small amount” (about 20% overall on google) of bad reviews regarding customer service and check other reviews on yelp, better business bureau and trust pilot just one bad review after the next regarding customer service! Trust me when I say their goal stated below is a flat out lie or else they would be a decent company and treat customers with respect, they do not care about you.

Have bought many posters from them and the customer service has has always been amazing. Had one order that took a few months to print and ship. In that time we moved cross country. I had neglected to update the shipping address and they shipped it to the address I had given them when I placed the order. It was our old business address and no new tenants were there to recieve it because of COVID. The post office tried multiple times without success to deliver it and then it just sort of fell into limbo. Working with the post office I tracked down the package which at this point had been sitting lost in an office somehwhere for a while when they found it. They explained they could not just forward it to the new address they would have to send back to Bottleneck. I reached back out to Joe and let him know the issue and that the poster would be coming back to them because of my mistake in not updating the address. He said it was no problem he would reach out when they received the poster back. Which he did asking for the new address to send it to. I gave the address and asked how I could pay them for the 2nd shipping fee. He just replied back "It's all good" and took care of it. I thought it was an awesome gesture you guys didn't have to do as it was my mistake. Just wanted to write this review to say thanks for the great customer service!

Bottleneck Gallery offers the most diverse collection of movie and art prints available today. Whatever your tastes, Bottleneck has something for everyone. Joe, Arseny, and the rest of the BNG crew are art lovers/collectors first, so I have long appreciated their approach to curtailing the resale market so fans have a greater opportunity to purchase the print they desire. They frequently offer works by some of the most sought after artists, including David Welker, Matt Ferguson, Joey Feldman, Jim Pollock, Drew Struzan, Todd Slater, Gabz, and even Banksy! BNG's customer service is second-to-none. Quality control is always top notch, but if there is ever an issue, they respond to e-mails almost instantly. In addition, their Bottlebux program rewards frequent buyers with discount and free shipping coupons. Their physical gallery in Brooklyn is always a treat to visit. I've been to numerous shows and met some tremendous people. Best of all, the gallery is located in an extremely safe area with plenty of places to park, eat, and drink nearby. I cannot recommend Bottleneck Gallery enough.

Joe and Arseny are some of the nicest people in the world, and they run a world class business. They reward repeat purchasers with the ability to earn rewards and discounts on future purchases. They work with amazing artists crossing many genres, from all parts of the world. They offer unique limited edition art prints, puzzles, limited edition toys, statues, and more. They’ve helped me to collect my favorite artists but also have introduced me to new ones over the years. This is a team that cares about their customers deeply, take extra care in packaging and shipping, are always fully transparent about release times and their site is rarely glitchy. It can stand up to the traffic of highly anticipated releases. If you’re an artist, they treat you well and take care of you, and if you’re a consumer you can feel good knowing your art purchase is in capable hands. Best gallery for limited edition artworks, hands down.

I ordered two puzzles on 1/13. The website indicated that they would ship at the end of January. I followed up on 2/2 and was told that they would be shipping at the end of February. I followed up again today after no communication from the vendor. I was told that "the ports are backed up" and that they'd be here "soon" and that I could have a refund if I wanted. I requested the refund and followed up to ask when I could expect the refund. Joseph responded to let me know that it would be "just like any refund". I am not aware of what the expectations should be for "any refund" but this seems like a weird way to run a business. I would expect a bit more professional communication after sitting on a customer's money for three months with no follow-up. I've seen Joe blacklist folks on Facebook when they've questioned his business. Fear seems like an odd tactic for customer retention.

Bad customer service. Made a honest mistake, purchased the wrong item, asked for a refund minus their "Restocking fee" and they did that for me. So they kept the restocking fee, even though it never shipped out (no restock) and I received nothing. That is fine was my mistake. Fast forward a couple weeks... Tried to purchase again recently and now I am blocked because of my honest mistake. So I cannot purchase anything online anymore from this business. Excellent way to treat your customers. Their message: "You've refunded in the pat so you are on a block list. We hve to go over every purchase with you." Wonderful grammar, horrible business. Was also my mistake not reading reviews about this business in BBB and Yelp. Every single complaint is about customer service. Without the help of great artist, this place wouldn't be around.

Bottleneck has the best customer service in their industry. They also have consistently produced the best products, through working with the industries top artists. BNG has also invested in quality print production, inclusive of inks, designs, paper, etc that provide the collector with a showpiece museum quality product in their collection. Their shipping is consistently quick, proper, and communication is speedy. You will not find a company in their industry with better communication, consistently desirable product, or rewards and service. As they grow they keep getting better! Heavily preferred provider over Mondo, for their quality of service and overall treatment of customers.

Bottleneck Gallery is leaps and bounds the BEST art dealer I've ever purchased from. Joe, Josh, and the whole team are dedicated to making sure that actual art collectors and career long fans of artist are able to purchase their releases. They don't have to take all the extra steps in ensuring their sales are not controlled by bots and resellers, but they do and those of us that are defenseless to these tactics can't thank them enough for giving us a fighting chance. I just want to take a moment to thank Arseny. I reached out to BNG because, we finally got around to doing this puzzle...until we realized that we were missing ONE piece. I reached out with little hope that they would just send 1 piece, but he was so kind. I know that in the grand scheme of things a missing puzzle piece is nothing. He sent the piece out 2x because we had moved and then we realized we had an older version of the puzzle. Even though we have to complete the same puzzle 2x now I really appreciated how considerate he was. I will forever be a BNG customer and highly recommend them. Thanks Arseny!

Great prints, but horrible customer service. My partner and I are very loyal customers who appreciate the quality of the work Bottleneck sells so much that we have spent over $1200 with them in the last year, alone. However, the few times we have had an issue with an order and contacted Bottleneck, the customer service team has been combative and dismissive in response to simple questions. Again, the artwork is good quality but if you’re hoping for an understanding and helpful customer service experience, I suggest turning to Bottleneck competitors such as Mondo, Red Bubble, Mad Duck, Vice Press, etc.

Worst company and customer service on the planet!!!! only website on the planet where you add something to your cart and within the 3 seconds it takes for you to check out the items are sold out.. every other webiste on the planet will give customers a few minutes to purchase what they added to their cart but not these guys.. i complained about it and they ended up canceling my order and tried charging me a restock fee.. bunch of low life sc*mbags.. i filed a complaint against the BBB and will make it my lifes mission to make sure everybody knows exactly what kind of low life sc*m run this place

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER RECEIVED. I ordered an item as a gift for a friends birthday . Due to COVID there was a delay in manufacturing that pushed my anticipated delivery date until after the birthday. It was a completely reasonable delay, but a bit of a disappointment. I contacted customer service and they got back to me within 5 minutes of reaching out, explained the situation in a polite and respectful way, and found a way to work with me to receive my order in time. Couldn't be happier with my experience. Grade A service

I can't say enough about Joe and the BNG team. I have bought hundreds of art prints from them through the years and have never been disappointed. Very prompt to answer questions and always make any issues right (i.e. replacing print that got damaged during delivery). I usually don't write reviews, good or bad, but Joe went above and beyond and helped me find a piece of art I wanted so I could surprise my wife for our anniversary. Bottleneck Gallery is hands down one of the best in the business!!!!!!!

I've been purchasing from Bottleneck since 2012 and they somehow keep finding ways to make collecting art better and better. These guys have the best communication and you can tell they really care about their fans. Problems are incredibly rare and usually the fault of the Post Office but if ever you have a problem just email them and they'll take care of you incredibly fast. They really put a lot of hard work into making the customer happy. Overall Rating is 15/10

Great gallery. They always reply to my emails and requests. Never had a problem with them. Their posters are great, I have few from them and they are just amazing. Some people complain about check out issues but you need to stop and think that thousands of people are trying to buy 200~ posters, at some point they will sell out, I’ve been there and never took it against the gallery. Took almost two months to ship a print after charging my credit card immediately upon purchase. BG did not communicate this delay at all until I emailed them over a month after ordering to ask why my print hadn't shipped. Appears to care more about promoting new products than providing good customer service. The print, when it finally arrived, was good quality and securely packed for shipping.

Trying today 20 times to buy a released poster for Jurassic Park. Every time e place the order: Your cart has been updated and the items you added can't be shipped to your address. Remove the items to complete your order. I missed where is the information that you guys don't ship to Portugal, because in the address field I can select my country. What a Bummer :/

absolutely dreadful. purchased limited edition prints and the address was wrong. tried to fix it asap and nobody answered. I had to open a paypal dispute to get anyone to actually do anything. its been almost three months and I'm just getting the prints now. if i could give zero stars I would be.

Avoid at all costs. If you can get the item anywhere else do it. My package was returned to sender by the post office because I live in an apartment and they couldn't fit the print in my mailbox. BNG never refunded me after multiple inquiries. They are scammers.
