These people are very RUDE! I came to the shop today with my 5 year old son to get some eclairs and posche pommes. The saleswoman asked me if I want take-away or not. I asked for take-away. My son likes to eat the pastry inside the shop, but we take most of it with us for the rest of the family, so I wanted for it to be packaged. I paid and wanted to take a sit with my son inside the shop. There was a plenty of free places inside. But the saleswoman told us: - No! You cannot sit inside because you told my colleague you want a take-away. I was just speechless. She did not tell me: "You have to pay extra if you want to sit inside". I would have been totally OK with that. No. She told me and my son: "You CANNOT sit inside". Really made a scene out of that one. (And she told me that in French, so it is no like having problems with English could be the reason). Now I would have left then and there. But I did not want to disappoint my son. I wanted to pay the extra for sitting inside. But she made a great show of "allowing us" to sit there and telling me "how I should buy things properly next time". These are very rude people without any notion of what customer service is!

I came with my daughter at 13:15. The shop assistant told me if I could ask my 3 year old not to touch the vitrine, because she cleaned it 5 minutes ago. Now let me think, after whom she cleaned the vitrine? I guess after customers before us. So they could have touched it and we cannot? She should clean the vitrine when the shop is closed and not when it is still open, even if only for 15 minutes. It is OPEN. And how can an assistant say that to a customer? Wau, yet another Lux place that loses a lot on a bad service.

Un grand merci et bravo pour le gâteau d anniversaire de ma fille. Nous l avons commandé seulement 6 jours avant son anniversaire nous pensions que ce ne serait pas possible... eh oui nous étions à la bourre mais cela n était pas un problème pour vous. Une œuvre d art presque pas eu envie de le manger tellement il était super bien réalisé bravo au pâtissier quel talent... Exactement le même que sur la photo. Aussi bon que beau. Nous recommandons à 100%

Super tolle Kuchen Törtchen Gebäck großartige Pralinen ein Genuss selten nein eigentlich noch nie so gute Pralinen gegessen auch noch nie so teuer aber die sind ihr Geld wert mehr kann ich zu diesem Laden nicht sagen ich war sehr sehr zufrieden konnte da leider nichts verzehren dank Corona leider

Cold croissant, stressed out staff, rather narrow WC, passive-aggressive messages in WC. Espresso ok, not amazing. Popular place among locals for reserved sweets and cakes which look good TBH. I look forward to return. Owner should fix the WC plumbing.

The quality is not worth the price. The breakfast pasteries are full of sugar and have no crunch. I really disliked. If you are looking for reasonable industry pasteries you better go to Fischer.

J'y suis passé en début d'après midi et le choix est limité. J'ai eu l'impression de déranger le personnel. Même pas un bonjour ou au revoir c'est pourtant la moindre des choses.

It should be more like 2.5 stars... Products are whatever, especially for the price - you are WAY better off at Fischer (which is mass production...)

Products very good although service is usually impatient and even contemptuous. Go to Bertrange or Belle Etoile if you have the means.

Lovely little boulangerie. Not high end quality but neither are the prices, certainly will go back (and kids love it)
