Can't beat this location, 24/7 hours located in a hotel and close by BART station stops. Because it's in a hotel you have use of a bathroom if needed and space in the lobby to organize your bags. Super friendly and helpful staff. Doors locked unless you have a room key, so 24/7 staff/security present in the lobby to monitor the doors. Your luggage is kept safe in a locked storage room. I would definitely use this location again.

Had a fantastic experience with Bounce Luggage Storage in Downtown San Francisco! Convenient location, GREAT prices, seamless process, and the staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. It made my day in the city so much easier without having to lug around my bags. Highly recommend for anyone needing a safe place to store their belongings while exploring the Bay Area. Will definitely use again on my next visit!

When I walk to a luggage storage, why do I have to make a reservation ONLINE? Can't they process my bag at site? You do realise that travellers don't always have an internet connection? I felt like an idiot tapping my phone infront of a person, who could have done the same that I did in couple minutes. For me, it costed a fortune!

Used the Fitness SF location in Two Embarcadero Centre. Location is easily accessible and in the good part of town. I booked for the day and they kept the luggage away, and returned it when I returned the tag. I got exactly what I expected and nothing more or less.

Manager was flexible with me because BART ran late due to cancellations. Very polite, professional, and accommodating. I will certainly use Bounce at this location again in the future and will probably stay at this hotel now. Great experience.

Left or bags with Bounce location at Yotel while we went to see Hamilton 2 blocks away. Was easy to set up, easy to leave and retrieve bags and I never worried about them being safe. Would highly recommend using Bounce.

Luggage storage was great. The process was fast and simple, and it's open 24h which is super convenient. Only downside was the location. As a solo female traveler, I did not feel safe at all, particularly at night.

Great system for leaving luggage for a few days. They were really pleasant at the hotel where I left the bags through Bounce and the location was incredibly convenient for BART and MUNI.
