I had a wedding reception to go to when I realized that I had not gotten a manicure and pedicure before the reception. This is something I NEED to have done monthly, especially before events such as this. So I called in Rupi the owner at this spa and told her I needed to go to a wedding and needed to come in. Despite the fact she was busy until closing, she squeezed me in and even stayed late to finish me up. I was very thankful for this. I love when owners really care about helping you, especially in these kinds of emergency beauty situations. She even did my make up to help, as I had told her through our conversation that I am tragic at doing my own make up. I would definitely recommend this spa to people who want a good customer experience!!

I went to this spa for laser treatment on my face. Unfortunately I was treated with IPL treatment not laser. Also after each treatment my skin was getting worse so I went to about 6 other spas and asked why is my skin getting worse. At bovardia Spa before each treatment my face was waxed and then IPL was done. After a thorough research I found out that waxing should never be done before the treatment. Hair must be shaved only. Also appointments were never confirmed. If anyone goes to this spa for permanent hair removal please remember no waxing is required. Rates are same as all the other spas.

I’ve been getting facials at Bouvardia Spa for a number of years. Rupi alternates between microdermabrasion and Beauté Neuve treatments for me. I’ve noticed a remarkable difference in my skin. I would recommend seeing her as she takes her time and knows what’s good for different skin types.

I am 13, Very fun experience for me and Rupi always calms me down and makes me laugh, and that makes the pain so small I don’t even notice. Ruby does a great job at what she does and I hands down always love the overall work she has done :)
