Please stay away from this place! There’s a lot of other great Dentist in the area, so choose wisely. I wasn’t planning on leaving this review but since I came across their page, I will because everyone needs to know the truth of who Dr. Bove is. I worked here for Dr. Adriana Bove for about 2-3 weeks and she said “she would mail me my check”. It’s been more than 4 years since then and I’m still waiting for my check. In general, this is the worst, most unprofessional/unorganized dental office I’ve ever worked for! And in case my name doesn’t ring a bell, double-check your records. My maiden name is Karen Sanchez. Although, I doubt you’ll ever find any records of me with the way you operate. I’m still not quite sure how your practice hasn’t been reported for all the things that occurs behind close doors. But I guess that explains why you’ve created so many different business accounts with different names (Dr. Adriana M. Bove DDS, Brickell Bove Studio, etc.). I’m sure you wasn’t expecting this review. Because it’s been so long since then, but I was much younger, vulnerable, and defenseless. Individuals like you shouldn’t go around stealing from their employees, patient’s, and God knows who else. And because our behaviors have consequences I took the courage to speak my truth and expose who you really are. Because if you did what you did back then plus what you did to me, then only God knows what you’re capable of doing now.

I left a voicemail to make an appointment with this office and they texted me (not called me) back the following day saying they were on the phone with someone else… tried to make an appointment still and whoever handles the texts/calls wasn’t even trying to give customer service when “booking” appointment. Sent over my insurance information and no one got back to me or even confirmed my appointment. on the date of said appointment, i obviously didn’t go and they texted me to reschedule- i didn’t respond. i was no longer interested. this office called me again and i said i wasn’t interested. The office texted me and said “Thank you for replying to our messages” immediately after i hung up the phone. This is weird and clearly unprofessional. whoever is handling their appointments is not a trained properly.

Went there for dental work and then also my mom went there. They ended up charging my mom for more work that she did not even do and for stuff she did not need doing at ALL and the insurance company charged HER for almost $1000 extra! Don't know what kind of scam they run there but I won't ever be going there again. UPDATE: the insurance company ended up sending a formal letter asking for their money back.

TRASH SHE ROBS PEOPLE BLIND. Over charging insurance, mistreating her employees that is why she has a high turnover, works with dirty instruments, just don’t bother with her honestly! And she keeps avoiding me cause she over charged my insurance! Horrible!!!

Tried to call for booking an appointment, instantly went to voicemail saying to hang-up and call 911, and to instead message them. After 3 days of waiting I finally get a response asking for my name and information but to no avail.
