Well.. great response! Someone truly pointed out, you guys are not customer friendly and you did prove it. Learn to take customer feedback and improve your services, rather than acting all Salty about it! And about the cat being with me just a day, it was informed to you before the grooming session. If you guys were experienced professionals, you should have asked me to do it at a later point. Isn’t it!? Original review: Did not have a very great experience with cat grooming here. Had to wait for 2.5hours for cat grooming. Excuse they were giving us that the cat is aggressive. All pets are normally aggressive when random person starts grooming them..I don’t know what was new in that. They should have been experienced to handle aggressive pets. It was a Persian cat and it is a very calm cat. While I was the first one to give my cat for grooming, I saw other pets being groomed and exiting in between. Also there were couple of dogs in the same room which obviously isn’t safe for my cat and might have scared the hell out of him. The grooming was also not up to the mark after taking so long time. There were some patches that was not done properly. Lastly, they were insisting to have a vet check up after the grooming. The vet saw the pet for a minute and I was charged 250 for that.

Went in for grooming for my indie. Went back to collect her after an hour. She felt fresh but the fact that you cannot go in or see what is being done as part of the grooming process and the fact that my pet cannot tell me how she felt inside is a bit unsettling . I felt that way because of 2 reasons: 1> When the door was partially ajar, I saw that my dog was on the table with a cat next to her. My dog hates cats and it could be vice versa as well. So it is an unsafe condition for all the animals within that small room. 2> There was one employee/helper on the inside (who was not in their uniform but belonged to their team ) who was heckling a dog by tapping slapping its head, just because the dog was not barking at him. I asked him to stop right away. The owner can do this to their dog, not a third person in the absence of the owner. Either way, I’ll not be visiting again.

I have not visited many pet stores till yet, because everything is available here at Bow Meow store located at Chocolate factory road, opposite to swaraj super market. They don't sell unnecessary accessories to the end users or customer by insteadusing influencing words rather they advice friendly suggestions wrt to pet health if only customer comes up with the queries. Incase the product is not available, respecting the customer needs, they arrange the product n do the free home delivery in the locality within committed time. I have visited once and till now i m continuing because the behaviour of the owner n co-workers in the Bow Meow store is extremely good. The food stuffs available are for all types of breed-dogs n cats. The price and quality of the product is genuine. Hope my words will b helpful to all the visitors.

This pet clinic and Store not deserve even one rating p I had very worst experience before that they were charging 550 and now their charging 750 without any prior information.. full manipulation.. please be very careful.. if you don't want to dispose your hard earned money. Last time I pet goat Sikh there when I spoke to them they told they will check and they give just basic medicine. If you want to keep your pet life in danger and you want to waste your money your welcome to that clinic otherwise the clinic is so worst. Thank you

On a serious note :Google needs to introduce minus rating for these guys. Sometimes while treating animals they forget to keep a little courtesy with human. My experience was worst yesterday when I took #Jorawar for vaccination. For the amount they are paid for treatment they should have a little care to pets irrespective of the breed atleast. That's where it makes a difference between human and daemon. I believe it will be considered in a positive note and others don't face similar situation. Let's keep humanity alive.

I always leave my cat here for grooming and trust their services. But due to few negative reviews about pet treatment by staff I was worried and informed the same to harish and he explained and gave the proof about pet treatments that how it is done with love and care.. And after that I was relaxed and happy and even my pet is calm and happy.. If you come across any bad reviews contact harish he will take care of it.. And don't belive blindly on any bad reviews..

When we were in an emergency situation to find a shelter for our pet Jackie, Bow Meow had come like a saviour for us! We never left our Jackie anywhere and he was not at all trained, but the people from Bow Meow got attached to him instantly and they were taking care of him for nearly 7 days! Really really thankful for giving a second home to Jackie. Bow Meow will be our go to point whenever we think of Pet Boarding! Thank you so much Harish and team!

Worst clinic and careless.. please be very careful.. no professionalism.. there is no written record of your transactions.. specially boarding charges are extremely high and they will charge extremely high with any prior intimation. This boarding will not give proper care of your pet as well. They threaten me last time when I asked questions by charging unnecessary boarding charges.. and their slogan is THEY DON'T WANT CHEAP CUSTOMER LIKE ME ..

I got my first spa and grooming when my Shih Tzu dog was 6 months old back then till now his hair is not proper and it's completely rough he the man who took my dog inside did completely no hair which made me disappointed and later he told me it will grow up properly now I feel I did a mistake by taking him there they should learn and have patience to listen to wat customer says and do as they wat to be done please don't go there place

They are playing with animal life just for money they will tell extra extra problem for cat recently i took my cat she was inly having food poison they gave extra extra medicine for extra money and now my cat is having jaundice they are making business from pet life don’t trust the doctor in this store they will change tell different thing for money and blood trust also they are not doing properly they don’t have emotions for pet.

Such amazing staff. Everyone at Bow-Meow are super nice. They helped Bella (my super active doggo) get spayed at an ease. Hari has been the best person. I got a shihtzu pup from them. the pup is healthy and playful and has become an important part of our family already. Pramila Ma'am and Hari was very supportive and helpful. I keep reaching out to them for evry query evry now and then. They are genuine dog lovers. they even have ample supply of dog nessicities. Went for trimming my puppy nail and their staff was unprofessional in doing so cause my puppy was left with bloody nails. I won't recommend to have their service from my personal experience as this was my 2nd visit to their center and they seems to be more keen towards selling their products and services rather than caring about our pets.

Nice place for pet supplies. I was there to pick some quick bites for my Poochi and litter sand. Travel carrier is pretty costly compared to online. But you can decide on size to place order online. Collection is pretty good. You will get all varieties of cat and puppy food there and they give some standard discount of 10% on MRP.

I've been taking my dog here every since I've moved to Tavarekere. Their clinic has good, capable veterinarians. Aside from this, they also offer spa and grooming services and do a great job! The store is also well-stocked with a variety of brands and products and the staff is very helpful and polite at all times!

I just went to the shop with no idea with my 52 days old puppy...the staff were very polite and described me everything about how to take care of my puppy. I am very happy with the service.
