What a fun way for an afternoon, with friends or family, this a great place. Plenty of lanes and lots of fun as you challenge each other to see who gets the most gutters! I think that's the goal, isn't it? It seemed like that for me Very friendly and helpful staff. Food is good too. My hotdog was so warm and yummy. The place is very clean, toilets are kept clean too. I had a great afternoon. Parking and access is easy and the centre is fully accessible including bowling ball frames for the infirm and disabled so they can still be successful in their bowling. Warning: when I was there they had disco lighting effects around the lanes and a person, like me, who is sometimes affected by flashes could have some discomfort. Just be aware if you have such a person in your party. Maybe they have a "quiet time" when those effects are turned off?

We attended a 6th birthday party here a few months ago and had a fantastic time. The party host - a young man, sorry I can't remember his name- was attentive and extremely professional and clearly well trained. He kept the kids captivated the whole time. Us parents on the side were amazed by not only the quality of the food and beverages but the serving sizes, they were huge!! It was a great experience and the kids were all thrilled when the lights got turned down and the disco lights and lasers started. Thanks for a fantastic time!

It is good value and the staff are friendly, however it is immensely frustrating that the ball returns can not handle 16 pound balls. If you do use a full size 16 pound bowling ball then it will get stuck and not returned almost every time, no matter how old or new the ball or which lane you choose. Never had this problem at another centre, i think the machinery needs upgrading...The problem seems to be ignored as unlike every other bowling centre where there are plenty of 16 pound house balls to choose from, this centre has none.

Very rude lady just turned off our games without any indication as to why. Turns out she made a mistake when she reset the games. Then asked for another $7 to restart the games. After spending over $100 just on food, Transgender employee Adam felt being rude to our table was his duty, after we told them we would not return. Cancelled our autistic sons game because of their own mistake. Once called out on his behaviour, he threatened to call police simply because we were there. Unbelievably entitled. Do not recommend.

Closed the gates and locked the car in late at night, had to pay for a 30 minute drive back home and back there in the morning, didn’t see any warning signs of parking there after they close, and even if I did they should’ve atleast noticed the car in their parking lot and left the gates open. I don’t understand why they even keep it closed anyways it’s that easy to jump over, the if anyone had a genuine desire to enter the premises after hours they would just as easily do so with the gates open

Left my bowling ball there for redrilling and never heard back from them and tbh I forgot about it until a family member reminded me of it I've now asked two times about it and they've said they have looked for it and it's not their fault because it's been too long No apology No reembursement for my equipment Piss poor service If any staff from Bowland Salisbury read this I believe you have my number and I am willing to remove this review once my ball is found/replaced

Absolutely disapointed... I'm not sure if the place is derelict or is straight out of the 90s, customer service is atrocious from one staff members in particular who approached us and was flat out rude and disrespectful to us as paying customers. What alley makes you wear bowling shoes especially since covid...?? Oh wait, that only applies to some people. Ruined our night out, never coming here again! Sticking with King pin at Norwood,

Been here a number of times, they have Greta specials for school holidays and family days. It makes a family trip out affordable. The bowling is well priced, however the drinks are quite expensive. $5 for a bottle of Pepsi, but I guess as the bowling is affordable it balances out with the drinks. You can order food also. They have done a great job managing COVID..cleaning the balls in-between people using them.

26 bucks for an adult to play 2 full games AND you get a meal and drink with it too!! THEY HAVE A COCKTAIL BAR AND IT ALSO SERVES JUGS AND PREMIX, HELLYEAH. Food is amazing and decently sized, the 2 person share plate easily fed 3 of us and probably could've fed 4 tbh, but it was great so we stuffed ourselves silly. All in all, this is a great place an I will definitely be bringing friend here again

We had my sons 7th birthday party here over the weekend and it was awesome! Staff were so friendly and attentive, even going beyond to fix my sons misspelled name on his b'day cake! We were able to come set up earlier so all prepared before kids arrived. Everything ran smoothly, from food, to bowling and cake at the end. All 16 kids had a ball! Many want their next parties here. Well done Bowland Salisbury!

Came when it was quiet with my client, absolutely incredible, music isn’t too loud place isn’t too overwhelming. Staff were INCREDIBLY nice and friendly!! Will definitely be coming here more often ALSO, the coffee I didn’t expect to be great but it ended being absolutely delightful! Ordered a small iced latte and it tasted like proper good cafe quality coffee it was insane Thank you that’s all

Clean, nice friendly staff. Games are cheap, food prices are ok. The building is old, looks a little run down but couldn't fault the cleanliness. I'd suggest to management to reduce the amount of mothballs you are using in the toilets. It's very strong, other people in the toilets at the time were coughing because of the smell. Other than that, had a good time.

Bowland at Salisbury East is a great place for a fun day out. My nephew and i go every sunday and the staff are fantastic. Emily goes above and beyond every week to welcome us back and makes sure to hold me my favourite bowling balls and is always smiling and happy. Belinda and family are also lovely and welcoming. Would recommend this bowland to everyone.

Very dissapointed on today's visit we have always found nuggets and chips fantastic BUT today they were terrible..... not what we were expecting ... soggy chips under cooked nuggets just so so We had 5 serves which wasn't worth the money.. Staff not interested in hearing us .. We did ask if they were from different supplier and told could be... ‍♀️

We had our son's 6th birthday party at Salisbury Bowland over the weekend and it was a successful event thanks to the staff. Our kids, guests and parents thoroughly enjoyed themselves and the kid's food was brilliant. It's inexpensive and there's plenty of room. I can highly recommend Salisbury Bowland.

Absolutely rubbish being rejected service due to a medical condition that has nothing to do with them, a medical record is no one's business beside a doctor and patient unless court ordered which can only happen individually. Disgraceful participation in segregation. Legal action will be pursued

Very rude lady serving. Abrupt, no people skills. It’s like she is forced to be here. Such a damper on the whole experience. Each time we go to order something they are on the phone or busy chatting. Doubtful we will be back. Only one of the ladies is nice with the blonde highlights.

A little bit unfair to children on the weekend wanting to have fun bowling to only get there and the lanes are booked out due to "my best guess" a competition. I'm not saying the competition shouldn't take place but at the least have 5 or so lanes open for the general public.

Closing times say 11pm walked in just to see if we could play 1 game considering there was a whole hour left until closing time and got told no we can't and when we asked about there closing hours said 11pm their reason was " just for tonight " were closing early .......

Pretty handy as a local alley, staff are great, it's just a shame that some of the lanes are stuffed are are only acceptable for "fun" birthday parties etc, as you definitely can't expect to bowl well on some of them, even if you're normally a good bowler!

So many wonderful memories at this place throughout the years. From watching my mum bowl, me being in junior leagues, and now taking my nieces and nephew their to bowl on the occasion. Always great fun, and hope they still do Iced Chocolates (yum!)

Very professional staff presenting a great quality bowling alley. No sticky carpets or worn out machines here. Lanes, balls and shoes all sanitised before and after use. Great value even when making a walk up booking. Will be coming back again.

Cute little place with great service. I asked about gluten free & they were able to provide me with some options & when they brought the food over the lady reconfirmed everything that was and wasn’t gluten free (even the sauce) bless!

We have been here several times and always enjoy ourselves. staff are friendly and if your coming for a feed, the food is prepared and delivered in reasonable time. The lanes are well kept and the venue is clean and well maintained.

Great experience to go bowling to. Very happy and helpful staff, great atmosphere and always have a good time here. Sad to see there is only a few bowling alleys around now, so it's best to make the most of the ones still standing.

Great place to take the kids or have a birthday party at. Plenty of lanes, 30 from memory. There's a pool table and plenty of arcade and skill tester machines at the entrance. Food menu or kids and adults and they serve alcohol.

Known this place for years. Great staff and bowling alley for all ages and levels. For social nights out, league bowling. Or all of the above. Great cafe too with food for everyone. And music going and even disco light bowling.

7 of us went with two under 5 ,played two games had good time ,staffer who looked after us was good .. I've seen bad reviews re attitudes of staff and was a bit concerned but we didn't have any issues .. will be going again .

It was ok at first but when we ordered our slushies they came as just drinks and the worst part of it. Was that it was the last day of school for 2020. The bowling was fun and it was an ok trip. Except for the one thing..

This place is awesome the staff are so friendly and the food is quite nice, I like that they have specials! They have done some updates to this place (new arcade games and some rennos) it’s only made this place better!

It is best to book ahead especially during the school holidays or on a weekend. Staff are friendly and helpful. Would recommend this for a family outing where you can get the kids to exercise while having a bit of fun.

This facility is perfect to drop in for a game of bowling or to hold kids birthday parties. Great location, fair pricing. Best to book a lane, particularly on weekends and school holidays. It can get quite busy.

Really enjoy bowling here. Best deal by far is the 2hr family fun sessions - $10pp (min $40) for 2hrs unlimited bowling/shoe hire. My family of 3 can get 6 games in the 2hrs which makes it well worth the price.

Bowland Salisbury is a great place to go with a group of friends or family. It is good for all ages, staff are good and you can choose the music with a crowd DJ ( I rickrolled everyone there).

First time here. Had a great afternoon bowling. Excellent chips and gravy. Staff were fantastic. Some faulty pins though, refusing to fall over. But apart from that, it was great.

Great fun, good specials. We did a disco bowling thing. 2 hours, party lighting, music etc. Food was actually decent for a bowling place. Arcade is not huge.

Always have a great time, not to mention get the greatest service at Salisbury Bowland. There's nothing they won't do for you, and the prices are wonderful.

It's a bowling alley, it's also got air hockey, which is always a joy. It feels slightly squeezie in there but perhaps my memory of bowling lanes is wrong

2 games and shoe hire on shop a docket for $12, can't complain, kids had a great time. Lots of balls to choose from and the shoes were well looked after.
