Le prix est cher pour la qualité de la chambre, elle sont toute petite, j'effectue une réservation via Watsapp avec la dame de l'accueil à mon arriver le monsieur qui est censer "surveiller" les entrés de l'hôtel en étant étaler sur les canapés de massages des clients n'est meme pas au courant de notre arrivé et du prix de la chambre ! (C'est pas comme si il travaillais ici..) on avais aussi réserver un bus, pour le lendemain 7h30, le bus a étais annuler car je n'est pas appeler la dame suite à cette demande par message sachant que à ce moment là j'étais entrain d'expliquer tout ça au monsieur ! Choses que je n'aurais pas dû faire si il était informer en tant est en heure ! On se retrouvés donc bloquer dans un hôtel avec des cafards qui se trouves dans l'entrée, sans papier toilettes, avec la WiFi qui passe que a l'accueil, une chambre petite, cher et sans serviette de bains !!! Si ça c'est un hôtel 3 étoiles moi je comprends pas !

Arrived from the airport at about 2330hrs and got shown our room, which was different from the photos that they show online. We were given a room where there was no space to walk or place our bags. The room literally had a queen sized bed fitted from wall to wall with a single bed on the upper deck. We had to leave our bags on the upper deck and sleep on the lower deck bed and step on it to access our stuff. Poorly designed space I must say and you're literally sleeping in a box with no ventilation. We were glad we stayed for only a night! The walls were so thin you kept hearing people chatting/ opening or shutting their doors. There wasn’t ventilation in the room if you don’t switch on the Aircon. I’ve stayed in cheaper places which were much much better. Otherwise, location is great.

Arrived and the private room was on the top floor (seven stories up). Immediately saw that there were to toenail clipping, ants in the bed (an abnormal amount) and stains on the sheets and the toilet bowl. The bathroom had a mug and lots of used toiletries in. Went downstairs and staff were very apologetic and said they would clean it. Came back hours later and whilst it had clearly been hoovered the toenail clippings were still present, and the maom sweet wrapper was still in between the lamp stand. At this point we were too tired to go complain again. I think the whole room just needs to be stripped and cleaned by Kim and Aggy to be honest! Quite frankly, for the price you can stay in nicer places in Hanoi. Location was good though.

The smallest rooms ever, no windows or anything. Worst thing is, we did our laundry but lost 1 kg of clothes (pants, 3 shirts, 6 socks). There was no service at all. The staff was just accusing each other of having mixed up the clothes, and they all said it wasn’t their fault. We don’t care who’s fault it was at all, we just wanted our clothes back / some money to buy new ones. The manager offered 300.000 dong, let us talk about it then and just ran off. The guy at the counter really tried to help us and was nice, but he needed to have permission from his manager to give us money or anything, and the manager suddenly didn’t respond to any of his calls anymore (and he knew we had to catch a bus in 20 minutes..). That’s just not how you solve a problem / how you treat your guests!

This place is way too noisy. It's located next to all the bars so people will be partying till 4am especially on the weekends. Place is very cramped also. If you don't mind the noise or bring earplugs, you'll be fine. Room has bunk beds with 8 beds. It is located near lots of activities so everything is within walking distance.

Khách sạn chuyên cho Tây balo. Khách sạn có quy định rõ ràng về giờ check in và giá cả rõ ràng. Nhưng nếu bạn lỡ chuyến bay đến quá sớm hay trễ bạn có thể thương lượng năn nỉ anh lễ tân nhé, ảnh rất nhiệt tình hỗ trợ nếu có thể. Quanh đây rất gần phố cổ nhưng giá phòng rất rẻ. Bù lại là điều kiện phòng sẽ ko quá tốt. Mình ở phòng giường đơn 2 tầng, nhưng vì đi 2 người nên bọn mình nằm khá chật. Và cũng may mắn là mình đên mùa đông đầu năm 2023 nên thời tiết rất lạnh, và phòng chật lại là ưu điểm giúp ấm áp hơn. Nhà vệ sinh bên ngoài nên đi ra vào sẽ hơi bất tiện. Về sạch sẽ thì phòng sạch sẽ lắm ạ. Hành lang và lối đi có thể ko sạch nhưng phòng sạch ạ.

The staffs are friendly and nice. I couldn't understand them but I think they gave me a triple box room instead of the single dorm bed I booked because i have a big luggage. They also let me check in early at 11:30 when I requested them to just let me store my bags with them while waiting for the check in time at 14:00 . The one star that was missing is due to the lack of shampoo and soap in the bathroom. There was the container but it was empty, pretty sure they will help if you just let them know. Cleanliness was ok for the price I paid.

The staff are amazing like above and beyond amazing. Hi im a British backpacker and have seen my fair share of hostels over the past nearly six years, some great and not great. Planed to stay one night booked another, best price for the area "Old Town" and we had a room to our selves, working AC in each room, two sets of toilet and shower to one floor and staff are again so helpful, made our stay in Hanoi as good as it could be. Thank you

Had a good stay here for two nights. The bathrooms were clean during my time here and the private 2-bed room was also perfect for me. Showers and toilets are separate cabins which is also not always the case in SEA, so that was definitely a plus for me. The 2-bed room is small of course but that shouldn't surprise anyone. I just wanted a private room before my flight early on the morning and could sleep perfectly. AC worked well too.

Ok for one night. You have more privacy than in a dorm. But I wouldn't equate it with a normal hostel. When we arrived, the room and bathroom were clean. The room is modern and comfortable. With a lot of luggage, it quickly becomes chaotic. The room is very noisy. If other guests are making noise in the room next door, it's hard to sleep. We were there for three nights and during that time the bathroom was not cleaned, which was disgusting because party guests threw up in the toilet. There was no water provided, just towels. The water in the shower was cold in the afternoon.

No recomiendo en absoluto este hotel. Estuvimos en una habitación minúscula (mucho más pequeña de lo que parece en las fotos). Tuvimos que dejar las mochilas en el pasillo porque literalmente no cabían dentro de la habitación. Mis amigas tuvieron que ayudarme a subir a la cama de arriba porque no hay escalera y está muy alta… surrealista. Hay malos olores, no está limpio, había pelos en las sábanas, el baño es desagradable y el colchón muy muy fino e incómodo, el wifi no funciona bien.

Everything was quite fine till the morning, I mean, nothing worse than what you get used to after 5 months in Asia. But seriously, starting a rennovarion or other construction works in a private apartment of the owner at 8am when you run a hotel? Made us a little bit angry. Of course after waking up the entire floor they stopped for some time, so I guess it was not THAT urgent. Plus, the walls are made of paper so they do not reduce any noices. In case you want to sleep well, look for something different.

Prix payé pour une chambre avec petit dejeuner mais l'hôtel n'en propose pas ! Pas de serviette, insonorisation inexistante, draps et couette sales, lits en béton ! Lockers trop petits, salle de bain minimale et sale, pas de savon comme indiqué dans l'offre. Ensemble vétuste. Personnel à la limite de l'impolitesse ... Bref, si vous voulez être reposé pour visiter la ville, passez votre chemin !

Llegamos a las 21.00 y nuestra habitación no estaba lista, desde el pasillo, vimos como cambiaban la bajera y las fundas nórdicas y almohadas del anterior cliente se quedaban para nosotros. Nuestra habitación no tenía cortinas, las pedimos, pero nunca llegaron. No es como parece en las fotos absolutamente. No lo recomendamos para nada.

Had some random guy standing at the check in desk check us in, take our money and take photos of our passports. We were told we would get our change later, which obviously we never did (essentially got robbed). Turns out he has been staying at the hotel for 15 days doing the same thing to other travellers with the staff letting it happen. Do not stay here under any circumstances.

It's exactly what you think. A box! A lovely, quiet, relaxing room away from the hustle just feets away. Although located on a busy street, no noise is heard from within. The mattress are firm, but expected in Asia. Only recommendation is an update in bathrooms. It met my needs, hot shower, but broken tiles and dirty floors are still uninviting. Overall would definitely come back. Nice stop, rest, continue spot!!

Zimmer viel zu klein. Wir hatten ein Dreibettzimmer welches so groß war wie die Matratze des Doppelbetts. Die dritte Person musste über das Doppelbett laufen um auf die Treppe/stufen zu gelangen die in sein Stockbett führten. Platz zum Gepäck verstauen gibt's kaum bis gar nicht. Bad war nicht sauber bzw. Vertrauenswürdig. In jeder Etage hat es nach andere Körperausscheidungen gerochen. Nicht zu empfehlen

It's a lovely box, very clean and modern, good facilities, load of assets but a huge downside : strictly no insulation at all from the hostel lobby/staircase, and neither from the street. As you can guess, Hanoi's street are pretty noisy, so can be the hostel lobby/staircase. Despite all its quality, could not have a good sleep. What's the point of ah hotel in which you can not sleep ?

You get what you sign up for, a box for a room. Not much room for bags exc. But it's a place to sleep the room cools down quickly and the beds are quite comfortable (could be softer, but not even close to the hardest bed I've slept in in SEA). If you fancy room for activities, look elsewhere, if you're looking for a bed to sleep in, check this place out.

It is literally a box. If you ever wondered what being buried alive feels like then book a 'family' room here. No space for bags let alone bodies. It's difficult and awkward and in hindsight I would have preferred the mixed dorms. Lots of stairs so be prepared. It's right on the bustling nightlife street so if that's your thing then it might be for you.

Great, the host helped us to book cheap busses to Sapa and Hoi An. Affordable place in GREAT location.

Had a fraudster check us in and run away with my money. Didn't even work for the hotel. Hotel gave us the money back (minus 10k vnd) and apologies. However, now a random person has a photo of my passport which makes me feel a bit uneasy. Really not good.

Great location, quiet, friendly staff, effective air conditioning, clean. Mattresses could be a bit softer (same applies to everywhere I stayed in Vietnam), and call me paranoid, but being in a box without windows, on the fourth floor, with just one staircase and no access to any other exit but street made me feel a little bit uneasy.

I love this hotel's decor. I appreciate dorms here. It's really like a wooden box. It reminds me my childhood, hiding in boxes. Each dorm bed got its private light, safety box, outlet & rolling curtain. It's quite small but very nice, clean & comfy. 6usd/bed/night without breafast is good rate for budget travellers. I like it :)

One of the worst hostel experiences ever. Dirty sheets with hair and insects as well as the AC remote not working and after being fixed, the AC itself breaking down in the middle of the night. Spent the night in my sleeping bag. The girl at the reception seemed to be genuinely sorry for the state of this place though...

For SOLO TRAVELERs. I liked the box hotel! Very basic, cheap but clean and air-conditioned rooms (small rooms, it's basically a box like the name suggests, but it was all I needed as I was traveling solo). Helpful girls at the reception! So, if your looking for big rooms and luxury, this is not the place for you.

Very nice! I have been booking twice here and i love it! So convenience location and the room is tidy, all the best you can look for while traveling alone. My tip is to book the 1 small 1 large bed room because its just a dollar more but you get to sleep in a queen size bed ;) You are welcome!

In general, the dorm and everything was good except the shield. I remember my bed was 1206. I intended to turn on the light and read a while, but I could not do it. It was really terrible with the mold mark. However, the staff was great and the location is very good.

cheap budget backpacker hostel. most staff have good english. strategic location in old quarter hanoi with minimart, restaurant, cafe, and massage shop nearby. the only bad thing is that the wall is so thin that you can almost hear everything from the room next door.

Absolut eine Erfahrung. Die Zimmer sind nur auf das nötigste beschränkt, aber sind absolut ok. Das Bad ist sehr gut. Wenn man mit Freunden unterwegs ist, kann man das Bad gemeinsam nutzen, da es immer für zwei Zimmer ist. Der Preis war mit 14$ für Hanoi ok.

Excellent location and great staff, really sweet. But I’m not made for box hotels and no windows. Stayed here for 2 nights and that was Ok. Longer don’t know if would have survived... good for the experience. Definitely makes you stay out side!

Location is excellent, main street of old quarter! Rooms were clean (it is a box!) and shared bathrooms were fine- shower worked well. Ask for a 'quiet room'. Staff are great, and help book tours/taxis of you like. Good value!

24hr noise from the street. Staff brought potential guest into the dorm at 11pm to take a look. Then check someone in at 4am (the door was locked, so he must wake the one closest to the door, that happens to be me).

Sowohl das Zimmer und auch die Bäder wurden sehr dreckig hinterlassen, die Betten waren hart wie Stein und die Zimmer hatten einen strengen Geruch. Die Bilder entsprechen absolut nicht der Realität...

They need to hire someone to work night shift .. atm there is a grandma who is easily confused, she checked in someone else into the room I reserved. Not what I'm after at 4am, which nowhere to stay.

Basic box room. Lots of noise from the corridor/ downstairs. Advertised to us as having a private bathroom but this was not the case when we arrived. Cheap, basic hostel in a decent location.

this place is extremely well situated in the centre of the town, with good prices and fairly decent facilities it’s a standard hostel, the staff are helpful and checking in was very easy

새벽비행기 전에 잠시 쉬려고 예약했어요. 좁긴하지만 아늑해요. 여자끼리 왔었다면 여기서 쭉 묵었어도 될거같아요. 번화가랑도 가깝고 숙소 앞도 오토바이가 많이 다니지 않아요. 이왕이면 공동세면실 바로옆은 피하시길바래요~~ 아 엘리베이터가 없어요. 생활소음이 있긴하지만 오토바이나 차 소음 보단 나을거라 생각되요;;;;;

If you are 6, there's a room for you. Shower door cannot be locked but the bed is comfy. Staff is helpful. Hotel is surrounded by great food spots but it becomes noisy at night.

Great place. I stayed in the private room with my fiance, the staff was super friendly and extremely helpful. Great Wi-Fi and always free coffee am tea in the mornings.

אנשים באמת מקסימים אבל לא סתם קוראים לזה box hotel, ‏היה לנו חדר קטן עם מקלחת ללא מראה. עברנו למלון אחר למרות שהארכנו את השהות

씻는건 안해서 모르겠지만, 깨끗해 보여서 완전만족~ 잠글수 있는 캐비넷도 줍니다. 맥주거리가 좀 시끄럽다는 단점! 그리고 아침에 하수구 냄시가 좀 났던거! 공용 돔 1박에 6달럴 자렴한거 감안해서 충분히 만족합니다.

더럽고 비좁은 곳. 1층 로비만 관리가 잘되있어서 속은 듯. 2층에서부터 올라가면 벽이 허물어질듯한 외관~공용화장실. 다만 조식으로 나온 국수는 맛있었음.
