A very nice café in the heart of Sherbrooke. The coffee selection for coffee lovers is one of the most diversified I've seen even in comparison to much lager places. The staff is exceedingly friendly and courteous. The space in the Cafe is perfect for meetings, a quiet comfortable place to work, or just a place to relax. The only thing that is missing is a few more vegan/vegetarian choices on the menu. The quality of the food is good for a café. The pastries are delicious, properly dosed and well made. A definite must if you're in the area.

It's the best hangout spot in Sherbrooke with a quaint wooden interior that feels very cozy. Great WiFi too. Their mocha and cake was good but the Hazelnut Baklava was bland and kind of dry and crusty, so avoid it. It tastes nothing like real baklava either so I'm not sure why they call it that at all. It's location right in the heart of the city, and the great ambience means you can practically run into all your young friends in town if you spend enough time there.

This place is must for real coffee lovers! Great baristas, a large selection of coffee and hot drinks, very good prices (cheaper than Starbucks). There is a room where you can study, surf on the web with their free wifi or relax while drinking you coffee. Definitly the coffee shop you want to try if you're new in Sherbrooke or visiting the city! The owners of the place are very friendly and passsionate about what they are doing! I would recommand 10/10

  • Pamela Bechwaty

A very nice café in the centre of Sherbrooke, cozy atmosphere, and friendly service. The coffee selection is good, you will also find a variety of sandwiches and pastries that look really good! Prices are super fair, for example a matcha latte would cost you $5. Definitely recommend!

This place is good for coffee and to study. You're generally not alone because this place is popular, so it's generally not intimate. There's a very good coffee selection and well informed employees that can help make a choice or discover! The star down is for impersonal service I received multiple times. There's so much people coming in everyday, I understand that it must be exhausting!

  • Odilon Boulanger

I can't say enough good things about this place. Knowledgeable, kind and polite staff. My 'coup-de-coeur' is their wholesale coffee wall. **Ask about their 50% off returning customer policy**

Decent, sprawling café good for reading working, studying . The coffee is great though, and the pastries are decent. Haven't tried lunch options. Ambiance and decor is retro and pretty nice if you love Edison bulbs. They have lots of non-dairy milk options and a few vegan food items as well, including great muffins.

  • Eliane Stephenne

Such a cute place with actually comfortable chairs to sit in and talk while having coffee, lunch, snacks, whatever! I studied there all the time pre-covid. Everything I've tried there has been delicious : their coffees, pastries (date squares, cookies, cupcakes...) their Gelato!

  • Valérie Duguay

It's a nice place, super chill, lots of plants and really cozy for studying but bring a sweater the AC is on max most of the time or in winter it's cold near the windows! The espresso is delicious with a taste of chocolate and the teas are good!

  • David Blais

Great place for a good coffee and a quick snack, they also sell coffee in bulk with a wide selection.

Nice place where to study when not too packed up, yet students are those packing it up the most, so much better during the holidays. Second floor is almost a sauna at times. Coffee way too expensive given the popularity of the place.

  • Ellian Schwartz

Excellent place to go as student to study and hang out with friends, as well to to read, browse the always changing art collection or simply talk coffee with the baristas. Excellent selection of coffees, pastries and lunches.

  • Mitch M

Standing in line to get a coffee. Long wait...which was made longer, by friends of the baristas already inside the cafe, cutting into the line with baristas serving them like nothing happened...forget this place. …

  • Tanya EJ

Attended the Sherbrooke Food Festival and came here to cool off and use the facilities. Cozy place with tons of students, looks like a nice place to chill. They had beautiful household knickknacks, if that's your thing.

  • Fabrice So

We went there twice during our trip. Best cafe latte. The cakes and croissants were delicious. Great place to hangout and catch up on emails with the free wifi. Lots of space with comfy seats and tables.

  • Barbara “Financial Tidbitter” Aboagye

The interior is beautiful. The ambiance is also great with beautiful selection of music playing at the background. Great place to work. The hot chocolate is also good. It gets filled up pretty quick.

  • Paul E

Great food, wonderful coffee, tea, and the staff was extremely helpful. One staff member helped us with a fantastic restaurant recommendation. No doubt, we will come back when we are in town again!

  • Quentin

This place is really cozy and the menu is finely good. It has classical dishes such as hot chocolate or cappuccino but it tastes better than any place nearby. The service is also really pleasant.

  • Carlos Gómez Gallegos

Beautiful cafe with tons of space to sit. Good coffee, snacks, and food (mini pizzas, salads, and more). Also offers a bunch of small, gift-worthy items (chocolate bars, mugs, etc).

  • Jaychandran Padayasi

Their espresso is top notch. They also have quick snacks with amazing muffins. The staff is friendly and the place is a great place to have a coffee on a lazy weekend afternoon.

  • Thomas Dong

Coffees, and hot chocolate are amazing! The ambiance, and the setting are perfect. Looks like a great place to study with friends, or just relax. A must go in Sherbrooke!

  • Dominick Doyon

By far my favourite coffee roaster, even in mtl there aren't many local coffee shops that can top their coffee, their service is also efficient and very respectful.

  • Jean-Nicolas Tremblay

Really nice place to go whether to study or just enjoy time. Their coffee is excellent and they have a great variety of choices. They have bio and vegan options!

  • Boots Lawless

This is my favorite café in town! Lovely atmosphere with loads of seating. The café mocha is most excellent. Great place to hang out, read, or study. Free Wi-Fi.

  • Oisin Feeley

Excellent coffee. Good tea. Very nice space and decor. WiFi ok. Very good sandwiches. A huge range of patisserie. Also a good place to get coffee-related gifts.

  • Jasmine

Busy Saturday morning at brûlerie Faro. There is always a line to get your order, but the service is quite fast although a bit lacking because of the rush.

  • Irtaza Tahir

The cafe and roastery has a gorgeous aesthetic. I had their iced coffee which was OK - nothing to write home about. But the overall experience was nice.

  • Dominique Deflandre

Coffee is good, although not exceptional considering the relatively high price tag. The building looks great from inside though!

  • André Jacques

I don't drink coffee, so the only reason I go there is basically for the deserts and the WiFi. It is a great place for studying.

  • Chelsea Allen

Always good service. Good drinks. Open late enough that you can go in the evening and relax. Good atmosphere. Lots of room.

  • Alicia

They have a good deal on their ground coffee. Buy a bag, bring it back when empty and get like 50% the second you buy.

  • Gareth Morgan

Great atmosphere, huge range of products, lots of tables with power outlets, and most importantly - fabulous espresso!

  • victor hugo

Best coffee experience everytime I visit, most professional baristas I have ever met, wouldn't expect less from them
