DISCLAIMER FOR VEGANS and NOT VEGETARIANS!!!!! I’ve been vegan for 7 years and unfortunately one of my favorite vegan pizza places was closed today. I decided to give this place a try. I guess shame on me for not sticking to a fully vegan spot because I ordered a vegan pizza half vegan cheese and vegan pepperoni and the manager said ok sure. I live 30 minutes away so I got the pizza and considering the restaurants surrounding an area that is bad I decided to wait to check the pizza until I made it to my parking spot. Once I arrived to my parking spot I opened the box and I made sure it was half cheese and pepperoni as I requested (with the expectations it was fully vegan and I noticed the enormous size it was). My car inside light doesn’t work so I did all this in the car without the inside car light on. I finally make it home and as my family and I was beginning to eat I notice that the pizza pepperoni seems like it was real meat. So I called and the manager to ask him about my order and he says the pepperoni IS real meat and it was a miscommunication between us. I said there was no miscommunication because I specifically asked for fully vegan pizza. How and why I would not make that a specific when I’ve been vegan for 7 years and I can get sick from eating that. He says that he’s sorry and that he will give me half off a pizza. I said why would I want that when this is my health? Not to mention I will never come back because apparently they do not have any other vegan options aside from cheese. I asked him what about my health? And he offers a half off pizza ??? Like what the hell is that! Why on earth would you do that? It’s not about the pizza price it’s about listening, education, and being considerate. I say education because when I asked him if I order a vegan cheese and “real”pepperoni pizza is that vegan? He says yes. This is ridiculous and him and all the other restaurants that claim they offer “vegan options” are possibly lying intentionally or just not educated enough to know what it means to be vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, plant base, lactose free, etc…. So if you are vegan I would not recommend. Unless you want they so called vegan pizza!

I ordered pizza and waited one hour without delivery.Thereafter,I I downloaded their app called. I was told my order had " just finished" and was on its way. After going downstairs and waiting another 45 minutes with nothing, I called again and was told they never actually received my order. They offered me a "refund" or to wait for another pizza without a refund.. Unbelievable. Instead of doing the right thing and offering both refund and also my two hour late pizza, they cared less. Again, this was after them telling me on the phone that my order was "on the way". I waited outside like a fool and then was treated like one on the phone. If they are willing to treat me like their trash don't think they'll treat you any better.

My sister and I wanted pizza and this was the closest pizza place that offered vegan options so of course we chose them. We ordered the veggie pizza but with vegan cheese for pickup. It was 0.7 miles from us so we thought we would walk but suddenly realized that it was further than we imagined so we took a scooter. It's not a large establishment but it's enough seating in there and it's open. You can see them cooking the pizza behind the counter. Our pizza looked really good and we couldn't wait to get back to our room to eat it. The toppings were fresh and plentiful. There were artichokes, fresh tomatoes, olives, and mushrooms. The crust was also crispy, which is more important than you think. No one wants a soft, flimsy crust. This pizzeria has my stamp of approval.

Great pizza! However looses points on cleanliness and hygiene. Women’s bathroom was out of order. So I wait to use the men’s one. An employee walks out. I walk in. The bathroom is in bad shape. But there is no soap to wash hands. Wait! An employee just walked out, and he was not able to wash his hands. I approach who I believe to be the owner. He tells me the employees washes their hands once they get back to the kitchen. He also tells me he had to remove the soap because it keeps getting stolen. For me, both explanations are unacceptable for a food establishment! Didn’t feel good to see the same employee that walked out of the bathroom preparing my food.

I came here on a friend's recommendation. Let me tell you I wasn't disappointed. This pizza spot stands out . From the rest of the pizza spots. That are in that area. Way better then Joe's pizza . The sauce tastes very good and the amount of cheese is perfect. I got pepperoni on mine too. The customer service what makes it perfect for me . Also the way the cook their pizza is better. I love my pizza cheese to be a little burnt on top with crispy crust only on the edges . I highly recommend this pizza place.

First time getting take out and I must say we are officially fans AND WILL NOT BE EATING DOMINOS OR PIZZA HUT USING MY EBT CARD yes I'm not ashamed! I would pay cash any day to eat BRAAZO'S I DIDN'T KNOW GOOD PIZZA TILL NOW and it's true you have to treat yourself not cheat yourself!!! Delicious and the mozzarella sticks we're still hot but we were eating and the pizza is so good I didn't even get a picture of the cheese inside!!!

This place is amazing but the guy who took our order was extraordinary dedicated to us. He took our order happily, was attentive to what we were ordering making sure everything was correct. Let me tell you, their buffalo wings are 10/10, and pizza is delicious, we orederd meat lovers gluten free ! I loved it how is a pet friendly spot. I forgot the employee name, but we were so happy that he even bothered and spoke Spanish to us! Hope I'm back when I visit L.A as well!

You can order ahead for dine in. Pizza is good. Need to ask for well done to get a crisp bottom. Personally, i always get some wings as well. Updated, original review from 2021, update in 2022- they have downsized the wings and changed the dough. This place has taken shirtcuts now in there ingredients and it shows in the taste. Would not recommend the wings now. Pizza is still good just not the same quality. Going from 5 to 3 stars now

Okay, I've tried several pizzas from around downtown LA... BRAZO'S PIZZA was, in my opinion, a just ok pizza. The toppings were good, and the dough could be a little more crispy.. Overall, pizza was okay. Not great, but just alright. I also had wings; the sauce was spicy and tasted good. Wings were a bit mushy and soggy. Overall, I will give them a second try. Ps delivery was fast and friendly.

Pizza orders were delivered to us hot, flavorful and delicious. Got pepperoni with jalapeno, cheese, veggie pizzas each in 18". All of us remarked on how perfect the ratio of toppings on each slice was. And the quality of the ingredients was ace, that left in us happy bellies! Both the Caesar and Chopped salads are delightful! The fries were crispy and tasty. Probably would have eaten more given the chance. Will definitely be a repeat customer here at any opportunity.

Mild Wings smack.. Garlic margarita and the Braazo pizza!! id never would of thought pickles would inbed so well on this slice but something bout the potatoes and ground beef suit well with the pickles must try if your in the area. Place was clean and the staff was very helpful.

Outstanding NY Style Pizza! I was craving a slice and this amazing local restaurant has some of the best in town. Cheat day for me and this was well worth it! Owner was extremely friendly and we shared some good conversations. I highly recommend!

If you're looking for good quality pizza with authentic flavors, this is the place to go to in LA. All the ingredients flow together harmonically and every bite is heaven. Every thing is fresh and high quality. I order from here weekly, and refuse to eat pizza elsewhere in LA. Added perk that the owner is super friendly and cares about his customers! You won't find that at Joe's.

I got a large veggie pizza, very fairly priced and very good size, perfect dough, and i don't know if it's the same delivery guy every time, but the one i got deserves the higher tip. he seems genuinely happy to be delivering your pizza, and i don't live in a particularly great neighborhood, so that says a lot. I will definitely be ordering from here again.

My BF and i came here after a few drinks at The Broken Shaker. This place is sooo good! The Vegan Pizza (with added mushroom and garlic) was amazingggg. My BF Ordered the Hawaiian pizza. He said it was your basic Hawaiian pizza. But all you vegans, consider this place for pizza. And everyone else, add garlic to whatever pizza you get! You won’t regret it.

Really good pizza, thin and crunchy it tasted really fresh and the ingredients were all superb. The only thing that put me off is that they didn't have single slices available of other pizzas in their menu, really wanted to try the barbecue chicken pizza. Other than that great beer selection and its stays open late which is great for an after party snack.

Quality of the food is excellent its original design of the pizza, vert thin crust with highest quality cheese. Service is quick and friendly, it is my favorite pizza restaurant in downtown Los Angeles, he has a lunch special one slice of cheese pizza and a soft drink up until 4:00 pm.

I tried the BBQ CHICKEN PIZZA. The crust was thin and chewy. The toppings were very adequate. Taste was delicious and not overly spicy. Chicken was moist and onions thinly sliced. I chose pickup, and the pizza was packaged with care with a couple condiments (Parmesan & Crushed Red Pepper- I didn’t personally use).

Ordered cheese only and meat lovers to try !! Must say I am so greatful to finally taste amazing pizza. I would always ask my sister or friends to bring me a New York slice of pizza when they would go to NY. Yummm this place has it down. After 23 years in LA finally found my spot for pizza thanks …

First time here from Tucson :) Wanted a Pizza place, read good reviews, and hell yeah. Fresh made pizza, ice cold drinks, even brought us pepper/cheese and napkins! Super friendly, clean, good vibes, hella chill. Definitely recommend for sure!

Go to Joe’s instead… This place is soggy, under-prepped, slop hiding under an “elegant” veneer. The $3 gas station pies are the cherry on top, too. There are better pies in the area for more reasonable prices.

Their margarita pizza is absolutely delicious. Their sauce has the right flavor, not too loose not to thick and good tomatoe flavor. Their crust is so crunchy and soft in all the right places. Will try again

Amazing service. 3 stars bc their wings are listed mild/spicy/bbq which 100% implies a mild Buffalo. But mild= 1/2 bbq 1/2 Buffalo sauce. No one is ordering mild and expecting it to taste like bbq.
