I go out of my way to go to Brewers Enfield rather than the local giant DIY chainstore near me. The staff are so helpful at Brewers, they have excellent knowledge about the products they sell and decorating in general. I am currently redecorating my house and have painted a mural on my sons wall. The staff have been so helpful at picking out the right products and talking me through how best to use them. They have also been great at saving me money by talking me through certain processes and explaining how to decorate certain things in an efficient way and also by helping me buy only what I need. For me, the staff make it such an easy experience that I will always go there, even though its a little bit out of my way: its worth it.

I have an order from April 6th that even today I have not received a message to collect the order. When I asked them, they told me that the order was completed, even though I had not picked up any order. When I asked them what happened to my order, they didn't know what to answer. They said that they would solve the problem and that they would give me my money back, but even after 3 weeks I have not received any answer or the money back. I really do not recommend them.

Google maps listing is wrong. Went around in circles for 20 mins. When I pointed this out to staff, I was told that 'its not their problem as they have nothing to do with Google'. Thanks for wasting everyone's time, because you can't do a simple address change on Google maps.

The type of place/people that make me remember what it’s like to buy things in a shop with good advice rather than online. I always come out with more knowledge on the project I am doing and enjoyed the conversation as well - really nice place get my decorating kit.
