We purchased our first home with the help of Oak Street when we initially moved to Nashville, and the experience was on another level. (Seriously - we found out just how good they were after later purchasing a second home outside of Tennessee with what we've now realized is a "normal" realtor. The comparison isn't even possible, as Oak Street is in a category of their own.) That's why when we needed to sell our Nashville home, we had no question about who we'd be turning to for help. And it's no surprise they went above and beyond yet again... From our first consultation, where Brianna gave us a reassuring, yet realistic view of what to expect, to the interior design consultation they set up for us, where we were given feedback on how to perfectly prepare our home, to the contractors they scheduled for us to take care of a few updates and fixes that needed to happen -- it was all handled for us.
