My experience of purchasing an apartment here through Bricks and Mortar was seamless! ... I had heard so many horror stories over the years about buying in spain , so was a little nervous! And with any process like this, it’s not always plain sailing! But they, along with their legal team , took all the stress out of it and I couldn’t have asked for a better support! Each step was explained clearly and any questions I had (which were a few) were answered promptly and they know their stuff and are so professional, so I appreciated their advice. If I were to buy again , I without a doubt would ask for their services again! And their after care service sets them apart from the rest!

Had a wonderful experience with Terry and Nuria. They put in a lot of time and effort to help us find our home. We visited Spain twice and there was great communication when we were our of the country as we were looking. As we finalized areas they were quick to respond with our many shifts from one town to another, and from building on land to then renovating a home they found. They are both very easy going and get the job done. I recommend 100%.
