Hesitating between a bar or a night club? Why not both... I discovered Brickyard thanks to a friend of mine, and since whenever I go to Kaohsiung, this place is my number 1 spot. The best part is how versatile this place is : If you just want to grab a beer and play billiards (American pool) with some friends. Or if you'd rather dance the whole night, with the crowd and a DJ's. It's all there ! This place is also a famous foreigner spot, so don't be surprised to see a mix of culture down here (always for the best). One last sentence about the staff. Whether it's the security outside or the barman inside, they're all super kind and fun. Please go try it out !

Way too many foreigners. Not many locals to talk to on girls night. All you can drink only a small selection of cocktails. I had 8-9 drinks and did not feel drunk or even tipsy. Almost everyone smokes in a small place so if you do not like smoke then this aint the place for you. Bartenders very friendly and DJ quite funny. Got a pooltable and football table. Just not my kinda place.

I have been in all places in kaohsiung and this is the most welcoming place for foreigners and great place to make new friends, the service was great even they were so busy and even the DJs play great music according to the crowd, great experience in Taiwan, anyone in kaohsiung should definitely pass buy to make great memories

if that's the latin spirit you search, it's all here.. I enjoy every second of my time here.. totally awesome music, and also nice dance hall and policy they make.. if dance is not enough for you, they also have some good pool table and drinks here.. enjoy your visit there, you must try..

A place for all. Monday great drink specials. Tuesday closed. Wednesday ladies night. Thursday rainbow night (gay night) not every Thursday anymore (before big holidays or on Saturdays they have big parties) Friday student night. Saturday mixture.

Although it is indeed a sports bar they also host decent parties. Big enough to sit, play foosball, billiard etc... drinks are ok-ish. Ideal place to make new friends and have a good time. Unlike other bars/clubs in taiwan I can tell…...

Music depends on the DJs, so see who's scheduled. Premium cocktails felt overpriced, but some drink specials (all-you-can-drink with cover) provide exactly what you expect.…...

Sub par club. The music wasn’t very good nor were the drinks. It can be expensive and no drinks package can be bought. Visited on the night of the first of February 2019

吧檯人員很有耐心的解釋酒單,態度也很不錯,音樂好聽,就算一個人去也不無聊,是個很好交朋友的地方. Bartenders are friendly and patient , music was really good too , even i went there by myself , still get lots of fun

I have a love hate relationship with this place. Better to go with a group and not too often or you'll start seeing the same people over and over. Fun theme nights.

Good place to dance and hang. Lotsa students/coleg Fri nights. Drink prices are okay, like most local pub/bars. Cover charge upon entry tho (comes w a drink)

It's a good place for friends hanging out and relaxing! Many foreigners love this place. If they can provide more dance music, it would be great!

Staff are nice and friendly, events and music genres are diverse, so there's always fun for everyone. definitely my favorite spot in Kaohsiung

Bring your ID. I'm 39, and they still want to see it. Typically pretty happening on the weekends, but I've never been there during the week.

Fun bar to hang out at. I went for Rainbow Thursday, their weekly LGBT night and had fun. The crowd was friendly and the music was great.

Really nice place to hangout at. The alcohol was okay though, it gets you really sick the day after. Music was okay but love the vibe.

一堆想吃亞洲女孩豆腐的窮鬼老外在裡面，門口的台灣人卻不讓（亞洲人非台灣人）進說有台灣身份證出示才讓進非常凶，請大家不要去誰去！重點是隨身的包放在門口卻不見！下次再去再讓我們看到圖片上穿黑衣服的喝飲料的這個這個身高類似不到165cm的台灣男，直接打*他！這次算警告！

hmm.. same as most bars/clubs. it can get smokey in here. food is great. atmosphere is a tad dark. people can be friendly.

It's a night club, there are mostly international students , it's not the fanciest but when the music is nice it's good

Nice subway kind of pub with different themes daily catering to all age groups. The drinks are very reasonably priced.

An interesting place with an eclectic mix of all kinds of people. A definite messed visits if you go to Khaoshing.

好前一陣子某天去用中文點餐，跟我說不會中文，用英文還一副我在工三小的臉，古哥評論用中文回，是在哈囉，先猜不是業主回的，就算不是，來台灣都多久了，一點中文都不會是有沒有尊重台灣，不想融入就回自己國家，高加沒比較優越

菸味重，裝潢偏舊，不知是否算特點？ 調酒口味不算有特色，偏淡或口味不太對，且種類不多…bartender不夠專業，完成時可以試試看再shake吧…還有加強的空間。 優點是整體氣氛還不錯，且價格不算貴，薯條好吃。

馬來西亞人 來臺留学去的第一個bar 氛圍絕了，外國人居多。非常建議去那邊交朋友，還可以学英文哈哈哈哈。
