I booked in my mondeo to get a basic service done. I was happy with what they did however going over the invoice I noticed how much you actually pay for things. I normally service my own cars however my mondeo had a hex key for a sump plug and I didn't want to touch it. I ask for for the mechanic to put a normal socet type sump plug in which was some what a bit of a "lecture" moment for me even though I wasn't asking for anything out of the ordinary and offered to pay extra for the cost of a sump plug. Thankfully they ended up doing it as the original hex plug was ruined! Honestly, I'm happy with the staff, the service and so forth. However I noticed that oil was almost $20 a litre when I got the same oil for $40 for 6 Litres. Anyway. They did a good job, they have made it so I can service it my self and in all honesty I'm happy with what they did.

We didn't have a good over all experience. Had our car done a basic service. Came home and noticed oil was leaking, checked the oil filter, noticed something was wrong. Called back to ask if the mechanic could check it and was told he could not spare a moment in the next few days. Then ask if we could bring the car back on the weekend as we finish work when their trading end during the week and was told we couldn't, as they cannot order parts to fix if, if it was a faulty one AND that if we can check it out and do it ourself we could as it may have just not been tightened properly. Husband did check on the weekend and found the old o ring wasn't taken out before the new oil filter was put in and the thing was jammed in so hard to fit. So we bought a new filter (on a weekend) then replaced it ourselves.

Really great service from Jamie + the team, they came and picked up our car as I can't drive having just had a baby. We were just booked for tyres but they were able to also do a full service and the brakes for us, something we knew needed to happen but we didn't know they could do this there and it just made it so convenient having it all done at the same place on the same day and they made it work. Communication is very good + clear, we were able to pay over the phone and they dropped the car back to us. Also love the reminder emails for when our tyres are due for rotation and it's so easy to book online. Thanks so much.

Absolutely amazing service. My tyre was a little flat so I came in this morning to get it checked (rather be safe than sorry) and the team were incredible. They saw my car right away, assessed the tyre and even though there was no issue (it was just flat) they checked thoroughly and were so lovely. Will not go anywhere else for new tyres now, thanks so much guys I really appreciated it so much!

Excellent experience today. Safety check identified a number of issues which were all fixed promptly and cheaper than expected! And brilliant staff - all the team I spoke with were genuinely friendly, helpful and knew what they were talking about. It's so nice to know that this kind of service is still out there. Amazing service received on Wednesday 20th December 23. I had a flat tyre on Tues, I called them and they were able to fit me in to have the repair and refitted straight away. I had barely parked my car before someone came to take my car and tyre. Less than 30mins and I was on the road again. Fantastic friendly staff. Highly recommend them

We went to Bridgestone at Smithfield to have a car inspected before purchase and returned to have some routine maintenance and brakes done. I very recommend this boys. I just come in on Saturday late because they close at 12. I come in about 1145 to fix one of my tires. Normally I go to different shop but this is the first time I come to this people ask them for fix the tire they fix it wasn’t that big problem but they didn’t charge me for it. Thanks boys

Polite service only reason for the 2 star is I just spent 1700 on tyres and alignment, but they could not take the few extra minutes to give the mags a spray and wipe down to make them look like I just spent 1700??
