Never wait at this station but walk five mins behind to the parklands and The Garden Room. Sit in the gardens and wait for the train or bus to arrive. Beautifully done and a great place for travellers to kill time. Station is otherwise well set up and staff are always friendly.

Average station. Plenty of places to sit while waiting, plenty of information with the coach departure area, only criticism is that it’s not very easy to locate on foot. Would recommend giving yourself a little extra time to get there in the first place :)

Not much help from the service person... I never catch trains so was just pointed a direction and when I was confused was treated like a pain in the rectum... cheers fella who worked on Friday morning 18th Nov... u are so truly awesome... not

Great terminal. There is car drop-off for both the bus terminal and rail, but I accessed the terminal from Parklands Boulevard, went down in the lift and there is also escalators to take you down to the terminal area. Public toilets also up

It is a spacious terminal with lots of connectivity and frequency. There are clean public amenities, and the drinking water fountain. The security personnel are very helpful and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend it.

I didn't like this place that much. There are no smoking signs everywhere and the 2 people up wind of me decided to smoke. One even had security talk with him and they were not asked to stop.

Not many facilities for travellers going long distances - no food options, showers, luggage storage etc on site. Whether that will change when the "new" terminal is finished.

Slowly being rebuilt, some long walking involved when Ur getting older! Clean, tidy, maybe a moving underground walkway to the city would be a good idea?
