Driving in and around the Bristol/Bath area takes a lot out of my neck/back. This is the third establishment they have in this area and I've now visited all 3!. I can say, they all make you feel genuinely welcome, very clean/tidy property, and staff that have no problem identifying the cause of pain and how to relive it. Helpful advice when leaving too. Just hope they decide to open at least one branch near my hometown in Lancashire!. In the meantime I'll definitely be calling again whenever I'm delivering in their area. A resounding 5 stars from me, they deserve it.

Zero stars! Appalling. Ruined my day. Booked an hrs appointment for 3pm on the phone in the morning. Paid for parking then found they were closed with a sign saying come back at 320. Waited and thought I’d at least get a 30 min appointment now that I’m there (had to get a babysitter to attend!), by 330 they still didn’t open the door. I knocked loudly for a while and texted and called the mobile no used on their website. It’s 10pm and still no return call or text of apology. ☹️

Today I went to this Chinese Massage shop in Lower Clifton Hill. I really enjoyed the massage session, she gave me one heck of a massage. I should visit this shop again, she didn't speak much English but she knew where to give massage to. Big Thank you to Amy.

The place was very well decorated and it was very clean, all staffs were friendly and nice, the massage and cupping therapy really helped with my sore shoulders. Thank you so much, I will definitely come back. Highly recommended !!!

Worth every penny, one of the best massages I’ve had in Bristol and the deep tissue massage actually used enough pressure to release tension. Lovely space as well, clean and quiet. Highly recommend
