Visited this Vet a cross the past 3 years 6 or 7 times with different dogs and birds and Patric is a knowledgeable Vet but can be a bit impersonal. Simone the manager is a business orientated, getting quickly to charge money, few times overcharged, then requesting vet to double check the bill, then rectifying the bill, very confusing prices, some services overprice (dog ultrasound £80). Not sure why the practice has often new Vets coming and going, which don’t alway have the same knowledge when it comes to do the same treatment on the same pet with the same problem? Also the receptionists are often new and lets this practice down. They don’t replay to emails, not always call back when you requested information and on occasion argue and behave as they have the Vets knowledge. Few times needed to call later or another day to get an answer from another member of staff whom was more bothered to get the correct information without argument. So still trying to work it out what is the most important in this practice: the pet or the money?

I have an African Grey parrot called Lucy and we live in East Sussex. We have been to several Exotic Avian Vets miles away from where we live. After finding Anderson Bromley Common Vets...and the wonderful Agata...we are happy to take on the two hour travel. Agata & her team are the best asset of this practice, they will value your pet’s care in every aspect. Lucy is doing much better after Agata noticed a skin infection that had spread from her feet all the way up and under her wings which caused feather plucking and wounds. The last vet I had been to made a quick job of her...without checking her properly... leaving me with a distressed bird and with the knowledge a very long and painful recovery. Lucy and I are now looking forward to the happy days ahead singing and dancing and all this thanks to Agata and the super helpful staff...

We have been using Bromley Common vets for 6 years and always found Patrick and his vetinary staff friendly, caring and truly professional. We have a nervous dog and Patrick (laterally Dan ) are very caring making sure he is not exposed to other dogs that could cause a trigger in anxiety. We have recently moved out of the area but returned to this vet practise. Dan did an FNA test on our dog for a leg cyst that was found to be benign but the cytology report recommended removal that Dan did this week. We have experienced some sharp practise in service with some vets recently but Patrick and Dan have always been fair and reasonable as well as being transparent in their services. Highly recommended and will always check back in here for advice and care as needed.

Really recommend these vets. They are thorough, efficient, friendly and very well priced without compromising on services. Recently transferred from another vets as this clinic is much better priced, and are very punctual with their appointments! I like how truthful and honest they are as they will tell you what treatment is needed and what is unnecessary! It is so great to not have products and services pushed on you. When I go for an appointment I can be sure my questions will be sorted and that will be it. In the previous vet they would follow up with blood tests, vitamin chews, potential other problems which needed extra appointments booked. Really really appreciate the vets here- thank you!

This is a truly wonderful vet practice. Patrick, the lead vet, is kind, patient, supportive and a truly skilled vet. On more that one occasion he has seen my Yorkie emergently on a busy Saturday morning. After my Yorkie was diagnosed with collapsing trachea, Patrick went above and beyond, calling us out of hours to see how she was doing. My husband and I were so grateful for his support then and his continued amazing care for both of my dogs. Simone, the practice manager is equally kind, welcoming and accommodating. You will not regret bringing your beloved pets to Bromley Common Vets.

I rarely post a review but I felt I needed to do it. As long as you don't ask for anything specific outside a normal appointment with the vet, it seems alright. Otherwise, the people at the reception become annoyed very quickly with the questions and don't listen to you. I will not return to this clinic anymore because it doesn't make me feel comfortable to book an appointment with the vet for something already stressing happening to my animals... it just adds another layer that I don't need.

I’ve been to quite a few different vets recently and this one knocks all of them out the park. The price is a lot less which would usually indicate not as good service but the service and care you receive here is amazing. I have a very sick African Pygmy hedgehog and Patrick was very kind considerate and really knew his stuff. Thank you To all the staff there and I’m sorry for crying in your waiting room so much

I took my 10 year old cat to Andersons this morning fearing she had broken her front leg as she was limping on 3 legs. Saw Patrick he rushed her away in no time at all he was back saying no break but infection from a cat fight and had administerd a longlasting antibiotic. A few hours later in she comes on four legs as good as new. Your a miracle man Patrick thank you so much.

I paid £30 for a check up of an extremely pregnant cat and was told she should give birth in 3 days. She did not so I paid £40 for an ultra sound to find out how babies were when they should arrive and how many there were. I was told there were 3 big kittens that should arrive in a few day. Fast forward 4 weeks later we now have 6 2 week old kittens running around.

Wonderful experience here after our cat injured himself. All of the vets here were so caring and calm. They kept us updated throughout, were clearly very knowledgeable and have been nothing but kind to us and our cat. They all seem to genuinely love the animals that they're looking after, which made a huge difference for us. I have total trust in them.

Very poor service will not use this vet any more I have taking my puppy for vaccination no one check her weight I did it my self and before they finish explained me what is the service when I book my puppy they told me puppy package is £60 after she's asking me to pay£ 78 pound rubbish place I will stick to my vet in burnt ash lane anderson vet

The absolute best vet you can find. Always know they will provide our cats with the most genuinely caring service. Nobody likes taking their pets to the vet, but I feel 100% safe in their hands and that they want the very best for them. Patrick is amazing and leads by example, but every other vet we’ve seen have been just as good. Unbeatable.

Great practice, very friendly and caring vets. Very impressed with the post surgery after-care. I was sent a text the next day to see how our dog was doing and asked to send a picture of the surgical site on day 4 to make sure it was all healing well. A couple of the receptionists are very helpful and friendly :-)

Having been to a few vets, I feel so lucky to have found this practice. The care Patrick takes is second to none. Even when difficult decisions need to be made, there's never any rush and you know ultimately Patrick wants what's best for the animals. I can't recommend Bromley Common Vets highly enough.

Took my dog here as she was very itchy, swollen and generally not well. Given a course of steroids and told to come back in a week and less if condition worsens. Next day she was so much better. Very knowledgeable vets and I have always been seen on the appointment time, would recommend this vet.

My guinea pig was screeching in agony after the vet took him into another room. He wasnt like that before the vet saw him. He died that night. Paid £67 for antibiotics that never had the chance to use. Did the vet know my guinea pig wasnt going to last the night. Disappointed in this vet.

The best vets there is Patrick sees our dog Tyson age 12 and has for years tyson loves him . Patrick is such a good vet and all the staff are lovely too thankyou Patrick for being so caring to our boy Tyson. Can always ask him any thing your worried worried about and it's no trouble

Patrick's knowledge, passion and very obvious love for my bearded dragon meant that we were completely confident that we had come to the right vet for him to have surgery. Our boy came home safe, well and happy, and we couldn't be more grateful.

The veterinary was a new bloke but he was incredibly caring towards our two cats and was very passionate about his job. They also had no issues giving us a while year's worth of flea/worm treatment, but other establishments had issues with it.

We've recently transferred to this vet practice from our regular vets. Anderson's on Bromley Common are much more reasonably priced, they are very friendly and they seem to really care about the animals. I'm very happy with them so far.

i bought in a severely neglected cat who was abandoned who i rescued. got told she was in "good condition", despite her fur being matted, and her being malnourished. i got told her to leave her in the street from a vet. very helpful.

Patrick is fantastic with our Tinker! He genuinely cares about animals and we feel very blessed to have him as our vet. It is very reassuring to know that he will always do his best and go out of his way, as he has time and again.

Agata is the best vet there, she is absolutely incredible. She genuinely loves animals and gives my kitten the best care and love he could get out of a vet. This woman needs a raise due to her fantastic work and love for animals.

Good quiet friendly practice and continued to use even though we moved right out of area. Very helpful and sympathetic staff and the vet Partick is a diamond for his knowledge of all types of animals including my bearded dragons.

My vets for simply years. The staff are terrific both in front of house and behind. My feline companion had a major op in 2017 and they were all amazing and contacted me every day either by call or text.

Very competent and friendly team. I took my love bird - JoJo and the exotic vet expert treated him effectively and most gently. They didn't over charge me either. Highly recommend them.

Went the vets very good this morning when I took my puppy.normally go to different vets but they were the only vets that did his injection will use them a gain very good.

They get booked up quickly but were able to fit in my dog when she had an emergency. Always very helpful and they always took care of my dog whenever she needed them.

Patric is helping my cats last two years. He is the only one vet in this area who want to found the problem not guessing and giving antibiotics for any problem.
