They have a terrible return policy, the pants I had ordered had glue all over them. It would have cost me more to return them then keep them and remove as much of the glue as I could. About 90%. When I called and left a few messages it said Army universe but they never called back. Then I got an email telling me it must have been the wrong number. If you buy from them with free shipping you have to pay the shipping in both directions for a return even if they send you a damaged product. They are no good and they blame you. I will never buy from them ever again.

A very pleasant experience! The selection isn't quite as extensive as in the photos, but there was a lot of stock in back and the shop staff were very patient and kindly brought everything we asked for from the stockroom. The products are really sturdy, made in India and Guatemala and other countries that I am thrilled to support. All in all very positive If there were more badges and insignia in stock, I would gladly give 5 stars.

If I could give this business zero stars, I would. Both locations are staffed by rude and unhelpful people with hot tempers and no respect for consumers whatsoever. If you absolutely need something, go in and buy it and you will see why you’ll never return. Saul Dee and his employees should be ashamed of themselves.

Shoes are very cheaply made they last about 6-8 months with everyday walking use, the manager is no help at all better off getting a pair of timberlands,much better quality for your money.

I ordered a backpack, they said that i need to wait for it 2 days until it comes. Well unfortunately i I waited 4 days, even 5 days.

They have cool stuff but almost everything they sell is made in China. Not the best quality when it comes to there apparel/clothing.

I got a nice camo jacket from there.As my Brothers are in the Army back home I’m going out there ASAP to make some purchase.
