The one good person left unfortunately. The current people genuinely do not know how to do brows - I don’t mean this offensively, I just think they haven’t been trained. They left mine uneven, with gaps in the middle, and I found the process to be unsanitary. Would not recommend!

I wax everywhere … but my face. Threading seems to be kinder to ur face. Having said that, I still tear up every time. The ladies here are wonderful! But my face is sensitive (or I’m just a big baby) and it’s a challenge. But they are always gracious and it’s ALWAYS worth it.

I’ve been a repeat client here all of 2022 and I won’t be going anywhere else. Sarah is the best at Brazilian wax and face wax, but truly, all the gals here are great and put in hard work. The service is quick and efficient and affordable considering it’s in Brooklyn heights!
