Avoid! The guys working there have no idea of how to treat customers. I was waiting for my food, and I saw the burger I ordered came out, but no one handled food out of the window for minutes. Then I tried to get the food myself, a guy suddenly came out and yelled at me what are you doing and why are you touching these food. Oh my god, you are not doing your job and yell at me help myself. They are not serving customers, they are entertaining. No show for delivering food, and then confront you when you try to get them yourself. And they ask for tip! This must be the funniest thing of this year.

I asked for an everything bagel and got a plain roll instead. It was slim and there was barely enough cream cheese. This cost over $9 because I asked for scallion cream cheese, which cost $2 extra. The staff is clearly tired and underpaid, and needs to be treated better as well as a better supplied. They were fast and efficient nonetheless. It’s sad that a tourist passing through JFK will think this is what a NYC bagel is. The roll I got was still tasty, just disappointing.

Just PATHETIC… Has nothing cooked based on menu, Not even simple potato chips on racks, water advertised for $1.49 and sold at $3.99.. chips packet $6. Asked to heat my crosswind and literally he put in Owen for couple of seconds.. wasn’t warm at all, Based on location right off of the terminal junction, it is poorly stocked and maintained … The cheese danish was stale and bad the very next day.

Complete and utter shitshow! The owner barked at all the staff and the workflow was a hot mess. I was asked 3 times for for my receipt because only the person whom I paid knew what I ordered. When I was asked the 4th time, I refused. Then, when I repeated for the 4th time I didn't want bread or potatoes, the owner sarcastically said thanks for telling us. Yo, idiot, I ordered it that way and we repeated it that way 4 times. Blow my brains out! Never going back.

Literally the worst wrap (chicken spicy wrap ) I had. Already knew the chicken will be dry and bland... so added the cheese, lettuce and tomato option. That decision didn’t help the overall taste. The wrap was so watery and flavorless. My husband brought a turkey sandwich, he had a not so thrill opinion either. All together, 22 dollars. overpriced. Best bet go to a Burger King or McDonald’s. Better food. Plus no addition of fries.

Omelette was pretty good. Came with home fries and toast. Is it the best breakfast food I’ve ever had? No. But it’s decent for airport food. This is the best quick place to get a quick bite in JFK terminal 8 in my opinion. It’s also not terribly priced. Service was a little slow but to be fair they were very busy. The service workers were very nice and knowledgeable.

FOOD POISONING!! I ate the chicken pasta pesto about 1 hour before boarding my flight. It seemed old and wasn’t cold but ignorantly I trusted it was fine and ate it. I ended up sick on the airplane running to the bathroom every 15 minutes on a 4 hour flight. I was in so much pain. That was 2 days ago and I’m still not fully recovered from it. DONT EAT THERE!!

Not what I expect when going to the airport. Friendliest customer service I've ever experienced (not just in an airport, but anywhere), and our cashier was one of the sweetest people I've ever met. We got breakfast food, and both of us thought the it was incredible. Will definitely come back here next time I'm at JFK.

Ordered a turkey, cheese and avocado sandwich. Im not sure that avocado was fresh as it was a neon yellow colors. Few hours later I felt sick- seeing how that sandwich was the only thing I ate, it had to be that, no joke- bad stomach pains and in the bathroom for long time. If you're reading this - don't eat here

Had a great sausage egg and cheese and a fairly good cup of coffee. My only complaint is that they don't put the salt pepper and ketchup on in the back, they have the condiments out front... being a big guy and with luggage strapped on, I felt uncomfortable standing there in a crowded place longer than I had to.

I figured cooked-to-order might be a bit better than other options. Fries were quite soggy. Ordered it with jalapenos and figured they'd be in the warm sandwich – they handed me a tin foil wrapped open container of cold jalapenos. And it was beyond mediocre as a sandwich as well.

It's unfortunate you pay $30.00 for 2 sandwiches, 1 drink, and $3 hot soggy fries. A regular sized sandwich, and then they charge extra for tomato, cheese, and lettuce. Philly steak was stingy with both meat and cheese. I expect airport pricing but not was unhappy with this.

Was one of the few good looking food options in terminal 8. Got there at 5:30pm when it says it'll close at 10, but saw the staff closing up and walking away. Maybe she went on a bathroom break but 30min has passed and ya boi is sitting here hungry :(

Don’t even use google reviews but had to for this place. Lady asks me if I want tomatoes or lettuce on my sandwich and of course I agree. Charges me extra for lettuce and tomatoes. My $15 sandwich tasted like a soggy paper towel. SNAKES.

Siba is a very friendly person. She takes great care of the employees and the customers. Omar is an amazing chef. They always make sure to take care of us. Sometimes we just come in the deli just to check on them. Great team.

I walked in picked up a sandwich and the cashier yelled “that’s $11”. She didn’t feel the need to yell that at the white man who was already standing in line with the same sandwich in his hand or anyone else .

Please do not eat here. The food is of terrible quality and the burgers are worse than McDonald's. burgers. I just spent $18.75 on a burger that tastes like rubber and baked "fries" that aren't much better.

$6 for a stale muffin . Next time I'll wait in line at Dunkin.

I do not recommend this place to anyone, the exaggerated and high prices and the product of very poor quality ... the coffee tastes horrible and the packaged sweets that you can buy any whole food

I just had some fries here. They were so rubbery and greasy. Worst fries I’ve ever had. She said they are baked instead of fried, but I think they were also reheated several times. Really gross.

Very low quality and not worth at all. They show you a sign with fresh coffee for $1.45, then when you ask, they don’t have and you have to pay at least $3.5 for a very low quality tea!

Friendliest service I’ve yet experienced in the USA by the manager of this deli. The food which we ordered was cooked fresh. Very reasonably priced. We didn’t have to wait long.
