I like the programs here--i occassionall come to a book discussion here and there are about ten regulars, i've gone to computer security classes here where the guy was so good he was promoted, and to some American history workshops. There is a room downstairs for these programs that is spacious yet could comfortable fit 30 people. The general 1st floor section can get crowded (especially between 2-5) and there is the general library issue that the library is not the sanctuary from noise that it used to be. Forgettabout it if there's a chatty cathy on the cellphone (although her name is probably svetlana and she may be borderline homeless). Not one of the worst places to go if you want a quiet place to work or study but also not one of the better.

Four stars! This library has a lot of caring staff. They have lots of activities for children that are fun, yet educational. To be frank, after the upgrade they made a few months ago, the library looks much more appealing. Not only do they have a bunch of programs to keep you entertained every couple of hours, they have many books that are being renewed every so often, with new books adding to it's vast collection. My only complaint is the computers, which are kind of outdated. Honestly, even though many kids come to the library to play shooter games and cause some disruptions, updating the computers and reducing the restrictions couldn't hurt.

This is a lovely, spacious neighborhood branch. Main floor computers are for adults, and noisy kids are segregated to the second floor. Has one elevator. Beautifully maintained, near bus B1 and D train. Clean. Only negatives: restroom is upstairs only and if computers on main floor are busy, adults cannot use the children' computer's unless you have a child's library card, even if the computers are all available. A blessing to have this library.

The library has an upstairs which helps divide the nonesense from the serious work. People are complaining that there are usually no seats, well that's most likely since if you are seriously going to the library a Friday afternoon when you know kids are hyped about playing their minecraft on the computer then don't come upstairs haha. Overall it's a really peaceful environment and the best part is that there are mangas! SCOREE

They've recently finished a renovation to add self-checkout machines and they keep expanding their graphic novels section. The staff is very friendly and the place is usually packed with people from the area. They have an upstairs children's section that a bunch of resources for kids. Ruben Gonzalez & team are extraordinarily fun! They are a true educational asset to our public library. He has the carisma that's essential for education. Our children can finally learn Spanish in a fun musical environment. His songs enrich our Spanish vocabulary and we get to have fun while learning. Muchas gracias amigos :)

They have a large seating area and many options to choose from. Two floors with plenty of space and family friendly atmosphere. Wheelchair accessible. … Awkward location and not a very clean street. Some strange people hang out in the seating area and the noise level can get high at times.

I like the gentleman that works at the front desk, he is more helpful than the women. He will get up from his seat even with crutches, but the women didn't the day I visited. I also think they need a few more adult computers. At certain hours there's too many people and not enough seats.

2 Stars for: childrens section it was loud and messy. I've been to many libraries and the childrens section is neat, organized and quiet. Came on the weekend, maybe its better during the weekday. 4 Stars for: the staff they were helpful and polite.

The most greatist library EVER !!! You can all ways find amazing books just your fit , you just need to explore . Amazing staff and and you can get a card if you are 12 and older (sometimes you get a card if younger )( SOMETIMES ),☺ …

They have a bunch of manga for my weebs out there they also have pretty fast computers the wifi is not slow or anything either and there is always a place for me to sit atleast before it closed. BEST LIBRARY EVERRRRRRR!

The staff is very Friendly. Especially the staff upstairs. I do feel as an educator that they do not have a limit to the noise level.. it's fun to see children socialize but level of noise is not controlled by staff.

17 and younger should use computers on the second floor of the building. That is where young adults should be, they are disruptive and their disruption prevents other adult users from using adult computers

Just visited to get my Kingdom Come special edition library card for The Book of Hov 2023! It was a wonderful experience and the librarian was so kind and extremely helpful! Thanks again!

Nice place to read, but we really need a quiet room, because when the people coming in, they are making a lot of noise. Would be so nice if they have a quiet room.

I would not reccommend this branch. The staff dont keep track of who uses the computer, even if the patrons dont use them at the moment. Save your energy and time.

Clean establishments and books very tidy on shelf. Very quiet and well lit. Very convenient location that offer movies, story time and knit/crochet session.

Decent library. The staff is helpful, it's easy to check out books, magazines, etc. And the website got a reliable setup on putting books on hold for you.

Library has many different languages books, there are 2 floors area with table and chairs! Very convenient and very kind staffs working there!
