Do NOT use this man for a BGRS move with the DND/RCMP/Feds. It was the worst experience with a BGRS approved lawyer I have had in my career so far. We lost thousands on a military cost move because of ignorance and oversight. This is a BGRS lawyer that bragged about his BGRS expertise and experience yet I had to explain to this guy that we do not pay realtor fees out of pocket and don't pay the mortgage penalty. We still lost money. He also withheld funds from us. We didnt get the full proceeds from our home sale until 3 weeks after it closed. I had to get BGRS to intervene IOT get the money owed. BGRS has flagged and is investigating him. Do yourself a favor and pick another lawyer from the list.
